A great hotel, right next to Huanghua Town, seven or eight minutes away from Xiao Zhaozhou Bridge. There are many facilities in the hotel, including a gym, swimming pool, children's playroom, etc., and they are all free. The room is very clean and the bedding is good. Breakfast is okay, with about ten or twenty varieties. There are electric cars and bicycles for rent at the door of the hotel, which is convenient for traveling. There are also several restaurants nearby, which is also very convenient for eating.

這是第四次入住這個小區的別墅，之前幾次都有明顯的洗手間反臭問題，所以這次特意改訂另外的區域，反臭問題是沒有了，但洗澡熱水問題一直非常困擾，水壓不夠，大家不能同時洗澡，幸好天氣也比較熱，洗涼水澡也勉強忍了，第一晚的温泉池放熱水放到凌晨，水才開始微熱………
另外，二樓洗手間一直在漏水，影響了客廳的餐桌位置的天花板不斷在滴水，一開始，工作人員説是搞衞生阿姨不注意而已，不會影響使用，但是隨後兩天一直不斷滴水……哎！還好工作人員比較負責，響應很快，無論幾點，使命必達，這是唯一值得安慰的地方🤣

The house equipment is consistent with the picture, suitable for family outings and friends gatherings. Adults can live for 12 people + 1 child, because there are two twin rooms (1.5 meters wide/piece), two double bed rooms (1.8 meters wide), one of the twin rooms is a parent-child room, go to bed 1.2 meters, get off the bed 1.5 meters, there is a chair broken, Management is replaced in time, butler service is thoughtful and meticulous.

Bad place: the pool is a bit dilapidated, the room has cockroaches, the apple has broken, but later we changed a dragon fruit, breakfast just eats bread with hair, the room only has two bottles of water, but it is not convenient to buy water to go back to the hall, there is no towel next to the hot spring pool.
Good place: there is a wave pool, there are many balls for children to play on the slide, the hot spring is very comfortable, there is a battery car transfer, the service is OK. There is a relatively large children's paradise, so I don't want to go.

GGuest UserLoved this trip. Upon arriving at this resort, we were greeted by their friendly staff who later took us on a tour of the resort. They have all sorts of animals, ostriches and camels to name a few, and all of the vegetables and fruits that they plant are used in the resorts cafeteria. Not to mention, they don’t put any sort of pesticide and you could go pick the fruits and vegetables yourself. We also went on the stream hiking activity, and what really moved me was that the staff carried a giant watermelon up the stream so then we would be able to share it at the destination, like hiking without anything is already hard enough, not to mention carrying a giant watermelon. Overall it was the staffs friendly attitudes that left me absolutely in love with this resort.

AAsh & MedsOur stay at the Sheraton Lion Lake Hotel can be summarised in one word, disappointing.
I believe this was/has the potential to be a lovely hotel to visit. The hotel and its grounds are massive, however, most areas are closed and there is a general feeling of abandonment. Fountains and water features are empty, shops closed, grass is overgrown and facilities a little dated and tired. The indoor pool and one of the restaurants were closed and the outdoor pool was not very clean.
What it did have was excellent customer service, the Moroccan theme was very cool and the rooms overlooking the lake were clean and had a lovely balcony.
Overall, not worth the money. If you are looking for a base to sight-see Qingyuan, there are much cheaper hotels around and if you are wanting to enjoy a staycation this will be a disappointment.

Llpmm27This is my first time staying at this hotel. I have always stayed at the Garden Hotel next door. The price is quite favorable, but the service is really poor. Before checking in, I had communicated with the platform many times, hoping to get a room with the same size and layout as the pictures shown in the hotel. The hotel agreed, but when I went to the front desk to check in, it said there was no such room type? A room of less than 10 square meters was arranged. After reluctantly checking in, we contacted the Ctrip platform. After the platform communicated on our behalf, the hotel agreed to change rooms for us (a special thank you to Ctrip customer service for solving the problem very quickly and thoughtfully). This thing makes me feel that it is quite a loss. Although there is a room, I am not allowed to check in, and I am tormenting the customers. After checking in, we were given a room close to the elevator. It was very noisy when they were coaxing you in the middle of the night, so I couldn’t sleep well!

KKimberlybbThe travelling experience in xilegu was complicated. Some aspects were excellence with some areas to be improved. Service was good. Our family had fun in circus performance though the scale was small and without safety measures. Breakfast buffet food was good. Hotspring was fine and water park hygiene can be better especially the water quality. The pool floor was full of subtle tiles due to lack of maintenance. Accommodation was good and spacious with private hotspring. The staff kept reminding to leave a comment which is very detailed mind.

GGuest UserThe hotel is built on the mountain, with a 180-degree lake view in front and a large lawn downstairs. The room is clean, spacious and bright, with a good view. It is very quiet in the off-season, suitable for the whole family to go on vacation. Every service staff is very enthusiastic, including the pick-up driver, the aunt in the hot spring rest area, and the aunt who helped to pack the breakfast when she couldn't finish it. Tan Jinfeng, who helped to get water, deserves a thumbs up. If you want to eat, it is recommended to go to the hot spring rest area. The local big sister's small pot stir-fry is cheap and delicious, much better than the Chinese restaurant inside! The most recommended places are Chayu Hot Spring, Karst Cave, and Glass Bridge. The shortcomings are that some waiters are not young people, are not familiar with the business, or are not very in place. For example, the hot spring took two women's bracelets, and we, a man and a woman, had to go down to change. During the period, a cart was lost, but fortunately it was brought back. Be sure to take good care of your things. It is not a first-tier city.

SShinannanya/I went on a weekend trip with my friends, and finding this Guangdong Water Venice in Qingyuan really exceeded my expectations.
Environment: The whole resort is clean and tidy, and many small details can be seen everywhere. The weather was very good on the day I went there, and the photos and check-in were also very good.
The hotel service is also very considerate. There is a free high-speed rail station pick-up service when you take the high-speed rail. There is a free sightseeing bus in the resort, and you can call a car anywhere, which is very convenient.
The Venice Hot Spring is worth experiencing. There are many hot spring pools. I highly recommend the aerial hot spring, which is comfortable and has a good view.
The weather was a bit cold, so I didn't go into the water, but I could row a boat on the swimming lane, and all kinds of water toys were fun.
Overall, it is quite recommended. If you come to Qingyuan for 2 days and 1 night, you can choose here.

GGuest UserVery helpful and friendly hosts. Location is almost at the top of the Yao Village, close to the temple and 50m from the street walking up to the temple. With the help of our hosts we found it without problems. You have to park the car at the parking lot of the village and then walk up the hill on the main stoneway. With every step you take uphill, you feel more and more the charm of this village and its people. You feel like in a past century. And as you are walking uphill and turn to see the beautiful scenery, you will wish to stay more time. This is the place to forget about stress at work and the noise of big cities. Here you can relax and fill up your batteries.
We booked a basic room with a small bathroom, what was enough for us for 1 night. But you have to get used to the chinese toilets. The view from the balcony was absolutly beautiful. The hosts have a small restaurant across the street and you can order from your room and enjoy the tasty food on the balcony. If you have enough time, stay at least 1 night. You will not regret. One of our favourite villages in China.
