FRIENDLIEST Hotel in China! Honestly, these were the kindest hotel owners we've ever had the pleasure to encounter. Kind and thoughtful and helpful. The rooms were super clean and quiet. Breakfast was an absolute feast...plus it was prepared early in the morning due to our early train departure. The hotel's location in Qiantong Town was perfect and scenic. And the nightly hotel rates were very affordable. I definitely recommend staying here.

The shuttle drivers were polite and attentive, always appearing promptly whenever called, and patiently introduced us to different areas of the hotel. Room service was equally impressive; our room was spotlessly clean, with every detail perfectly executed. Breakfast was abundant and exquisite, combining both Chinese and Western options with fresh ingredients and artful presentation. Sitting in the restaurant, surrounded by lush greenery outside the window, was a wonderful way to start each day. The hotel facilities are also top-notch. The private hot springs were incredibly relaxing, the indoor and outdoor pools were clear and serene, and the gym was well-equipped. What was most captivating, however, was the hotel's natural surroundings – enveloped by mountains, with swaying bamboo forests, babbling brooks, and air as pure as crystal. Strolling through it felt like being in a secluded paradise. Though only three days, Anlan Hotel Ninghai provided us with complete relaxation and joy. It's more than just a hotel; it's a place where one can slow down, find peace, and reconnect with their true self. We look forward to our next visit.

The location is secluded and peaceful. The room is very spacious, and the hot springs are fantastic. There's also a large grassy area where you can relax. The hotel restaurant's food is decent, and they offer a shuttle service and EV charging stations. It's only a 15-minute drive downhill to the town where you can enjoy local farm-style cuisine. You can also stargaze at night. Highly recommend.

When we came back, it was just after 9 pm, but the door of the homestay was closed and locked! Calling the reserved homestay phone number of Trip.com , we couldn't get through. We waited for 15 minutes in anxiety before finally getting through another call. I thought it was Trip.com customer service, but I didn't expect it to be the boss. She said that she gave us the key, one of which was the door key, and forgot to tell us. Just such an understatement, we didn't get even a word of sorry. In addition, the breakfast at the hotel only starts at 8 o'clock, and it is not to ask or say, only to ask. To be honest, I have never seen breakfast provided so late. Your homestay either does not provide breakfast, and breakfast is provided early, otherwise it is very inconvenient for people who are used to getting up early. Also, the bathroom is a bit offensive, and people who mind are cautious. Objectively speaking, the room is not big, the decoration is OK, the health is general, the service is very poor, not worth the price.

Things to be mentioned for foreign visitors who might not be understood: the breakfast/dinner location is uphill, 15 minutes walk from the hotel, so if you don’t have a car it might be a little uncomfortable (shuttle is provided only in the evening). Another point is that the outdoor spa from the hotel and the shared pool can be accessed only once, therefore do all your things before entering to enjoy the longest. These are not critics, and are advices meant to create awareness for future travellers. Besides that, great experience! I would recommend!

I've found a gem this time! The Qiantong Yinmo Hotel is absolutely stunning! In the evening, the white walls and black tiles, paired with the greenery and flowing water in the courtyard, were so stunning I snapped tons of photos and shared them on Instagram. 😄 The room was incredibly stylish, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the breakfast was incredible! The biggest surprise was the smart technology that lets you turn on and off the lights, adjust the air conditioning, and even play sleep music with voice control. The hotel staff were all very professional and friendly, making my stay truly wonderful! I give it a five-star rating without hesitation!
