The bedding is soft and skin-friendly, and the facilities are complete and brand new. The bathrooms are separated into dry and wet areas, and the smart devices are convenient and thoughtful. The outstanding sound insulation effect blocks out the outside noise, allowing guests to relax and enjoy a good night's sleep, and have a pleasant and comfortable rest time. The breakfast offers a wide variety of choices, catering to both Chinese and Western tastes. "Facilities: The room layout was extremely chaotic, and the room numbers were confusing; I wandered around several times trying to find a room. Cleanliness: The cleanliness was acceptable; I couldn't find any faults. However, one day the trash can wasn't lined with a trash bag. Environment: The environment was quite nice, with a simple Chinese style, but the room soundproofing was extremely poor. The outside wind and car noise were very loud, and the hotel didn't provide earplugs. Service: Service was practically nonexistent. There was only one staff member on duty at night. Even after repeatedly confirming with the staff that I wasn't staying in a front or back room, I was assigned one, and parking was extremely difficult. The internal parking spaces were inaccessible; they were only available to residents of the complex, but parking fees were reimbursed. All of this is the absolute truth."

"I have to give a huge shout-out to Ninghai Holiday Resort! This hotel just opened on April 30th this year, so the facilities are brand new, and the experience was fantastic. The entire hotel is designed with standalone villas, offering great privacy and really giving you that vacation vibe. The environment is simply gorgeous; the landscaping is meticulously done, and the back garden is beautiful – perfect for a stroll or taking photos. The room interiors were equally satisfying: spacious, clean, and stylishly designed. A special mention goes to Coco at the front desk and Alice from the F&B department. Their service was incredibly thoughtful and warm, making us feel completely comfortable from check-in to inquiries and every meal. They truly enhanced our stay. With the added bonus of the hot springs, this stay was truly perfect. New hotel, great environment, and excellent service – I highly recommend it to anyone looking to relax in Ninghai; you won't be disappointed!"

"Facilities: First-class. The one-bedroom suite has an extra bed that can be added on the tatami mats. It was very spacious for our group of four. There was underfloor heating, so we slept very comfortably at night; the kids even wanted to sleep on the floor. The outdoor soaking tub was quite clean, but leaves or insects would appear every 5 minutes. Those who mind this should choose carefully, but I didn't mind and was very satisfied. The soaking tub can be filled and drained freely, with no limit on the number of times. Hygiene: I didn't have to use alcohol wipes to scrub it, which proves its cleanliness is truly excellent. For such a large room, not counting the outdoor area, the indoor area was spotless—truly impressive (even the air purifier didn't accumulate dust). Environment: Beautiful mountains, clear water, and fresh air. Away from the city hustle and bustle, small bamboo partitions create a simple, private corner—just the right distance to hear noise but not see people. Service: The staff were all young and energetic, enthusiastic and attentive. Xiaoyu and Coco were very considerate, helping with arrangements and providing guidance. They communicated promptly with any questions and followed up on everything—very good. The bedtime sweet soup was delicious, and the afternoon tea set was also nice. The minibar drinks were all free and plentiful, showing great generosity. In short: expensive, but worth the price."

I will continue to share my parent-child travel strategies and pitfalls I have encountered. In order to avoid the June 1st peak, we set off from Shanghai in the middle of the week and found a niche tourist destination in Ninghai County, Ningbo City. This is the former residence of Xu Xiake. As a travel enthusiast, of course we must check in! Today I would like to highlight the hotel we stayed in, Ninghai Xia Ke Ju Hotel (Xu Xiake Avenue Branch). Just because of the name, it is worth a visit! 🏠The room is really big, and it’s a mountain view room! Standing in front of the window, you can have a panoramic view of the green mountains and windmills in the distance. The scenery is so beautiful😍. There is actually a large bathtub in the room. Taking a bath is not very comfortable🛀. 📖There is also a small study room indoors, which contains some books related to Xu Xiake. It is indeed the hometown of Xu Xiake, and the cultural atmosphere is super strong. 🎁The souvenirs given by the hotel are very rich, especially the paper dragon. My children loved it so much that they played with it for a long time. 🏛The lobby of the hotel is very large, and there is also the Xiake Book Bar, which is antique and perfect for taking photos in Hanfu. Our family all put on Hanfu and took many beautiful photos here. 🌃The hotel also has a rooftop. Standing on it, you can see Yangxi outside the hotel. The scenery is picturesque and it is also a good place to take pictures. 🥘The hotel also provided midnight snacks in the evening, which was really considerate. 🍳The breakfast on the second day was especially good. There were many local snacks, such as Ninghai wheat coke tube, braised bamboo shoots, wild rice, small chaos, etc., which tasted great 😋. All in all, this experience was really enjoyable and I highly recommend it to everyone! 💕"
