The breakfast is good. When I went there, there were many people in the restaurant. I asked the waiter and said that there are Western food orders at noon and evening, so I tried it before I checked out at noon. It was really good and it suits my appetite.

酒店裝修很好，環境也很美，前台美女小葛服務周到，給我免費升級了房型，客房服務也很貼心。後面就是天明湖公園可以散散步。地下車庫免費停車，可直接電梯上去。400多元的價格簡直是性價比之王，太可了！

設施：酒店比較新，房間比較大，住的很舒適。樓下大堂吧有和星巴克的合作咖啡，適合需要咖啡因的人羣。有自助健身房。
衞生：很乾凈。
環境：靠近天明湖公園邊，景色很好。
服務：去跑馬拉松的，第二天有提供延遲退房服務。住店送了地方特色做伴手禮。前台對房間和服務的介紹都很清晰。

同事推薦的新開的酒店，設施什麼都是新的，挺不錯的，但是我房間的椅子，大家請看，雖然我也不會坐，但真的蠻噁心的，還有早餐也不好，品種也太少了，哪裡像五星級酒店該有的水平

酒店很新，很舒適，週末和家人從上海開車過來遊玩，人生地不熟所以，提前電話諮詢，前台小呂很熱情好客，行了地主之誼，給升級了房間，還介紹當地景點和好吃的，真是太感謝了！

年初三下午到店入住，被告知因為預訂完了包廂，餐廳無法用晚餐。客房送餐服務也不能，因為食材不夠。結果我們一家人在酒店用上了新年第一頓外賣必勝客。另外入住後發現房間的枕套沒有更換，地板沒有擦。據説是聘請外包臨時工乾的活。反饋後服務人員及時上來更換了，態度是積極可取的。總之，五星級酒店出現上述兩個問題是不應該的。
