There is a gravel road after getting off the car at the navigation location. If you have a box, they will help you carry the luggage. FRIENDLIEST Hotel in China! Honestly, these were the kindest hotel owners we've ever had the pleasure to encounter. Kind and thoughtful and helpful. The rooms were super clean and quiet. Breakfast was an absolute feast...plus it was prepared early in the morning due to our early train departure. The hotel's location in Qiantong Town was perfect and scenic. And the nightly hotel rates were very affordable. I definitely recommend staying here.

Our stay was great! We were traveling with a child, so there were three of us in total. The front desk even gave us complimentary breakfast, which was a nice surprise. I also didn't expect to find a weighing scale in the room, which was a thoughtful touch. The hotel is located in the city center, making it very convenient for getting around. The front desk staff were also very helpful, suggesting nearby attractions and a lively night market. Plus, parking and car washing were free! Overall, I definitely give this hotel five stars.

The hotel is located on a mountain. After checking in at the lobby, we had to transfer from a shuttle bus to an electric cart to reach our room. Our butler, Jason, had already upgraded our room, and the moment we stepped in, the view was absolutely stunning. The room itself was spacious and bright. The hotel environment is serene, upscale, and grand. Throughout our stay, Jason was attentive and thoughtful, always available when we called. The only downside was the hotel's gym equipment, which was rudimentary, with just one treadmill, one stationary bike, and a few dumbbells. This really doesn't align with a high-end hotel.

The location is secluded and peaceful. The room is very spacious, and the hot springs are fantastic. There's also a large grassy area where you can relax. The hotel restaurant's food is decent, and they offer a shuttle service and EV charging stations. It's only a 15-minute drive downhill to the town where you can enjoy local farm-style cuisine. You can also stargaze at night. Highly recommend.

There's also a dedicated children's playground, so kids have somewhere to stay and won't get bored. Service: Excellent. The air conditioning was already on when we arrived at the room, and there was even some fruit.

The toiletries in the room have a good smell. The nozzle has a large water flow. My hair is very smooth after washing and is not dry at all. The restaurant is decorated in a European style. I like it very much. The chicken sauce and seabass are delicious. The overall feeling is very good. Satisfied, I will choose to stay next time.

The overall experience was very nice, nothing to complain about it! Things to be mentioned for foreign visitors who might not be understood: the breakfast/dinner location is uphill, 15 minutes walk from the hotel, so if you don’t have a car it might be a little uncomfortable (shuttle is provided only in the evening). Another point is that the outdoor spa from the hotel and the shared pool can be accessed only once, therefore do all your things before entering to enjoy the longest. These are not critics, and are advices meant to create awareness for future travellers. Besides that, great experience! I would recommend!

I've found a gem this time! The Qiantong Yinmo Hotel is absolutely stunning! In the evening, the white walls and black tiles, paired with the greenery and flowing water in the courtyard, were so stunning I snapped tons of photos and shared them on Instagram. 😄 The room was incredibly stylish, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the breakfast was incredible! The biggest surprise was the smart technology that lets you turn on and off the lights, adjust the air conditioning, and even play sleep music with voice control. The hotel staff were all very professional and friendly, making my stay truly wonderful! I give it a five-star rating without hesitation!
