Thoughtful butler service: The butler was very attentive. If we couldn't find our way, they'd come to pick us up. They'd also prepare the hot spring bath for us in advance if we wanted. Afternoon tea and breakfast could be delivered to the room, which was perfect for those who like to relax. Facilities: The giant screen for movies was amazing, the private hot spring had a great view, and the public areas were also beautiful and perfect for photos.

Our time in Long Tang was the highlight of our trip to China. The property is beautiful, with great attention to detail, stunning views and amazing food. We were lucky enough to be there during a Miao festival event, which made our stay even more special. We will never forget the friendly and welcoming people of Longtang. Thank you!

This is a fantastic guesthouse! I don't usually like staying in guesthouses because I always feel the environment and cleanliness are disappointing. This time, however, I wanted to see the night view of the Miao Village, so I had no choice but to stay within the scenic area. I chose two listed guesthouses and compared them before booking Yue She. It certainly didn't disappoint! First, their service was incredibly thoughtful. Even at 9 pm, they sent two staff members to pick us up at the North Gate, help with our luggage, and show us the way. The hotel's exterior is unassuming, but the interior is surprisingly spacious and charming. Sitting on the terrace in my room, I had a panoramic view of the entire Miao Village at night – absolutely amazing! The room was clean, tidy, and comfortable; you could tell the owners had put a lot of thought into it, paying attention to detail. The lovely receptionist was incredibly warm and attentive, the young butler was also very considerate, and the experienced steward truly touched me, helping us carry our largest suitcase up and down the stairs. The breakfast wasn't lavish, but it tasted like home. Overall, I was very satisfied!

This is a restaurant that happens to have rooms – I enjoyed the restaurant and its food far more than the accommodation itself, and I have pictures to prove it! The AI robot in the room was a bit clumsy. **Cleanliness**: Standard. **Environment**: It's conveniently located uphill, close to the observation deck, and downhill, near Wind and Rain Bridge No. 5. You can see Xiangquan Square from the window, so it's lively and very convenient. Like most places in Miao Villages, it can be a bit noisy, which isn't ideal for early sleepers, but it quiets down after 11 PM. **Service**: There's a butler chat group, and the butler handles luggage pick-up and delivery to the room, which is very thoughtful. The afternoon tea, late-night snack, and breakfast were all Western-style, exquisite, and delicious. They really helped to revive my taste buds after a week of sour soup and rice noodles. My kid sprained their ankle going down the stairs, and the staff were more concerned than I was, bustling about to help. The lady at the hotel even contributed her own Yunnan Baiyao medicine, which I really appreciate! The hotel's 'Huabei' princess (the cat) is a little bit proud but also very clingy, absolutely adorable!

The room was very clean, and the owners were incredibly welcoming. The location is excellent – no uphill climbs, as the guesthouse is right by the road, yet surprisingly quiet. The rooms are built with solid concrete, so the soundproofing is fantastic. The overall environment is clean, bright, and feels spacious. All the facilities in the room are brand new and complete, and every area is spotlessly clean, making it very reassuring. Both the owner and his wife are very hospitable and provide excellent service, offering great value for money and a wonderful experience. We were traveling with elderly family members, and the owner even helped us assist them. I found the pillow a bit high, and the owner immediately brought a lower one, which was so thoughtful. Very satisfied!

Environment: The room location is fantastic, right by the observation deck. You get panoramic views without the crowds, and the scenery outside the window is just like what you see at those popular internet-famous cafes. The scenic shuttle bus stops right at the entrance. Service: We had a one-on-one butler, Xiao Luo, who was adorable and provided incredibly thoughtful service. She picked us up from the west gate ticket office, helped with our luggage, designed our itinerary, and introduced us to the room. We received welcome fruits, a minibar, a sweet night soup (red bean paste with mini tangyuan), afternoon tea (which we didn't get to experience), Miao traditional costume experience, batik dyeing, and luggage forwarding. All in all, extremely satisfied. Facilities: The room was a loft. Downstairs was the living room, bathroom, and balcony, while the bedroom was upstairs. What's most worth mentioning is how excellent the soundproofing in the bedroom is. Despite being in an area with 'daytime coffee, nighttime drinks' establishments, it was very quiet, and we slept completely undisturbed at night. There's a small platform on the rooftop, currently under construction, but the view from there is great.

First impression of this guesthouse: really good! A friend recommended it and it didn't disappoint! Great environment, fresh air, and most importantly, the bed was incredibly comfortable~ Full marks for the experience 💯. Plus, there are private spots perfect for Instagram-worthy photos! 10% off lunch and dinner: The food was delicious and fragrant, I recommend the dry pot beef, and the stewed chicken was local. Free pick-up and drop-off service from the North Gate to the hotel: Having a car to pick us up and drop us off was very convenient, they even picked us up at 11:30 PM. Everyone was super friendly and responsible, and the room was very clean. There's also a small convenience store downstairs.

I couldn’t be happier with this hotel! Every staff member was incredibly attentive and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and truly enjoyed our stay. Before we even arrived, they gave us multiple transportation options to reach the North Gate, where visitors purchase tickets to enter the village. They then met us at the gate, helped us buy our tickets, stored our larger luggage, and guided us through the village to our homestay. They even carried our smaller bags all the way to our room. Along the way, they encouraged me to participate in the village’s traditional welcoming ceremony and treated us to a delicious bowl of noodle soup since we hadn’t eaten yet. What really made this stay unforgettable was that they became our personal tour guide for the day. The tour was educational, fun, and perfectly paced for us. This was a special mother-and-son trip, and my son couldn’t stop talking about how exceptional the service was. Out of our multi-city journey through China, this may have been our favorite stop. To top it all off, they arranged our Didi to the train station and personally escorted us back to the North Gate when it was time to leave. Xiao Guanji and A Rui, you are simply the best! Thank you for making our trip so memorable. We’ll never forget your kindness and hospitality!

Comfortable and Convenient Stay with Thoughtful Host We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room is new and equipped with smart controls, making it very comfortable and modern. It is the same as the picture. They had a lift too which is suitable for seniors and children. The owner is fantastic — they assisted us with several parcel collections from Taobao, which was a huge help since collecting them ourselves would have been inconvenient. At the last minute, they even helped purchase a birthday cake for my nephew from the city, which we truly appreciated. The location is excellent, with plenty of food options nearby. It’s also a great alternative for families who want to explore the area without staying in the Ancient Town — dragging luggage and changing buses there can be challenging. Whenever we were tired, we could simply take a Didi back to the hotel, and it drops you right at the door. Overall, this is a highly recommended stay for anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and a host who goes the extra mile!
