They offer a dedicated shuttle service, but during peak season, traffic can be heavy, making the 5-minute walk to the West Gate a more convenient option. Please note that from the West Gate, you'll need to walk through about 200 meters of commercial pedestrian street to reach the ticket office, so those who mind walking should consider this.
The hotel's decor is a bit dated, but judging by its early design, it seems to have aimed for a 4-5 star standard. In the humid Guiyang rainy season, the commercial-grade washer-dryer in the lobby is especially practical. The lobby also offers Miao village-style photo shoots, so you don't need to look for one once inside the scenic area.
Breakfast is served from 7:30 AM to 10:00 AM, and it's quite accommodating as you can still eat if you arrive a little late. I really loved the duplex design; it was very clean, and the shower pressure was excellent. Staying here felt so relaxing. Having breakfast on the observation deck in the morning was a unique experience. The service was also top-notch; they thoughtfully sent a welcome message and tips beforehand. The location was easy to find, and the travel guide they provided for the scenic area was really good – we had a nice lunch at a recommended spot. They even had two Doraemon comic books in the restroom, which my friend absolutely loved reading!"

The room was clean, tidy, cozy, and elegant, with luxurious amenities. The bedding was soft and comfortable, and every detail felt thoughtful and high-end, creating a wonderful ambiance.
The butler service was attentive and thorough throughout my stay. They proactively coordinated my itinerary, arranged pick-up and drop-off at the scenic area entrance, helped with luggage, and patiently explained sightseeing tips and local cuisine. Upon arrival, I received welcome fruits, and the exquisite and delicious breakfast could even be delivered to the room. Thoughtful evening sweet soups and caring reminders were all provided, making the entire experience seamless and personal.

"The view from the room's balcony is unbeatable, directly facing the classic panoramic view of the Miao Village. The location is very close to the observation deck bus station, which perfectly meets the needs of both enjoying a high-altitude view and being able to take a bus back to the hotel. The night view of the Miao Village wasn't as beautiful as I imagined, but having breakfast on the hotel's terrace in the morning, facing the village, was a lovely experience. You can tell it's a boutique hotel from the amenities. The service was warm; the front desk lady recommended a great restaurant, and Butler Xiaojin helped us with our luggage all the way when we were leaving, which was incredibly important after several days of intense hiking and touring."

"The room was fantastic!!! It was the best of the three different hotels I stayed in during my four days in Guizhou!!! I highly recommend this room; the view was great, the living room was spacious, and the 50m² was very comfortable!!! The view I saw in the morning, even with the misty clouds, was beautiful! The service from the young man Xiao Sen and the other young man was also excellent! It's also close to the West Gate. I did a lot of research on accommodations before coming, and staying inside the scenic area is really troublesome. You have to carry your luggage up steps and transfer to a sightseeing bus (if you're physically fit, that's fine; the advantage of staying inside the scenic area is convenience. If you're less energetic, stay near the entrance; although it takes a while to get in by bus, it's really comfortable not having to carry your luggage). The North Gate is quite noisy (and lively), so I ultimately chose a hotel near the West Gate."

The daily complimentary fruit platter was a highlight—diverse, fresh, and deliciously sweet. Our room was spotless and well-organized, feeling spacious and bright. All facilities were well-maintained, ensuring a very comfortable stay. Every aspect exceeded our expectations; the attention to detail was truly impressive, and it offered excellent value for money. ZkkzqqThis is a fantastic guesthouse! I don't usually like staying in guesthouses because I always feel the environment and cleanliness are disappointing. This time, however, I wanted to see the night view of the Miao Village, so I had no choice but to stay within the scenic area. I chose two listed guesthouses and compared them before booking Yue She. It certainly didn't disappoint! First, their service was incredibly thoughtful. Even at 9 pm, they sent two staff members to pick us up at the North Gate, help with our luggage, and show us the way. The hotel's exterior is unassuming, but the interior is surprisingly spacious and charming. Sitting on the terrace in my room, I had a panoramic view of the entire Miao Village at night – absolutely amazing! The room was clean, tidy, and comfortable; you could tell the owners had put a lot of thought into it, paying attention to detail. The lovely receptionist was incredibly warm and attentive, the young butler was also very considerate, and the experienced steward truly touched me, helping us carry our largest suitcase up and down the stairs. The breakfast wasn't lavish, but it tasted like home. Overall, I was very satisfied!

Guest UserThe suite with the family, the homestay is on the top of the mountain, we mainly want to see the scenery, this time the observation deck room is really full of surprises! The room was cleaned spotlessly and fully equipped. My favorite is the viewing terrace. The view is wide. The scenery is picturesque at a glance. The morning and evening scenery has its charm. It is especially pleasant to sit and drink tea in a daze. The room was clean and spacious. My parents liked to see the scenery on the terrace. The elderly were very satisfied.
The environment is quiet, the rest quality is very good, the facilities are complete, the boss is enthusiastic and thoughtful, and he will help us carry the luggage up when we arrive in the stockade. There are also sightseeing cars for travel, which is convenient and breakfast in the morning. My dad took the car down the mountain and looked around. The family lived very comfortably and really recommended!

The room was spotless and very clean. The loft space upstairs was quite large. The best part was the balcony view; you could see the entire Miao village from there, and both the daytime and nighttime scenery were fantastic. No need to jostle with crowds at the observation deck!
The butler service was excellent. They helped us with our luggage upon arrival and provided a delicious afternoon tea.
The guesthouse is right by the road, so no climbing stairs, which is great for seniors and children. The only minor issue is that it's quite close to the observation deck, so the road noise at night was a little bit loud. However, the location is superb, the room is clean, and the service is top-notch. We had a very comfortable stay.

Compared to many guesthouses within the village that are situated higher up and require climbing numerous stone steps, this guesthouse, located halfway up the mountain, has a remarkably friendly location. The owner even offered to carry our luggage, saving us the effort, and it was just a few minutes' walk up a gentle stone path, making it easy even with a child. We had barely checked in and recovered from our journey when the front desk staff brought us a box of fresh fruit, which was a really thoughtful touch.
The room was spacious, bright, clean, and tidy. The overall design was modern and stylish, the facilities were new, and it even featured smart home appliances. The view from the balcony was absolutely breathtaking, with a unique charm both day and night.
The large floor-to-ceiling glass doors offered panoramic views of the outdoors. In the mornings, wisps of smoke from the terraced houses on the hillside gently rose, adding a touch of life to the serene, emerald-green rice paddies. The stilted houses, built against the mountain, were scattered artfully, creating a tranquil and harmonious pastoral scene with the crisscrossing fields. At sunrise, the golden light cascaded over the dark brown wooden houses and lush green rice fields, bathing the entire village in a warm, golden glow, making the scenery even more vibrant and captivating. At night, lights from every household twinkled like scattered stars across the mountains, arranged in neat rows and patterns, resembling strings of beads hanging in the night sky – truly romantic and beautiful. The Miao village answered every expectation with its beauty; we truly experienced the beautiful Xijiang here.

The most delightful surprise in Xijiang Qianhu Miao Village! The room was very clean, and the view was absolutely stunning. You could see the panoramic view of the entire Miao Village right from the window. Plus, there were so many spots perfect for photos, and they even had a bonfire at night.

(´∀｀)♡ Just a heads-up, try to pack light when you come, as there are quite a few steps, and it'll be much easier to manage your luggage going up and down.

Guest UserXijiang Surprise Mid-Mountain View B&B was a wonderful surprise! The environment is tranquil, surrounded by lush greenery, and the stilt-house design creates such an authentic atmosphere. The panoramic windows in the rooms offer incredible views; you can lie in bed and overlook the entire Miao village. In the evening, the sight of countless lights illuminating the village is breathtaking, and you don't even need to fight the crowds at the scenic viewpoints. What really stood out was the thoughtful hostess. She contacted us in advance to help with our itinerary, assisted us with our luggage upon arrival, and thoroughly explained the local attractions. She even proactively upgraded us to a room with an even better view, free of charge. The room itself was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, and the communal terrace was perfect for photos. The service was gentle and attentive. With both amazing views and excellent service, staying here in Xijiang was absolutely a fantastic choice!

I highly recommend staying at this guesthouse. The location is absolutely fantastic, both day and night! It's truly the best vantage point in the entire scenic area. Any designated observation decks in the area simply can't compare. The photos and videos I took from my guesthouse balcony turned out amazing. The facilities are excellent, and the environment is exceptionally clean. Most notably, the owner's service attitude is just wonderful. Having visited numerous scenic spots across the country, I consider this to be the number one guesthouse I've ever stayed at.

1. The location of the B&B allows you to see the terraced fields during the day and the night view of part of the Miao village at night. Compared with the B&B at the bottom of the mountain, it is very quiet and has no peculiar smell at night;
2. The B&B guy has very good service. He will add friends on WeChat to inform you of precautions in advance, and help with buying tickets and carrying luggage;
3. The B&B is very close to the Dongyin Observation Deck. There is no need to crowd the scenic spot Observation Deck. There are fewer people here and the scenery is better.
4. Attached is a view of the terraces seen from the B&B during the day.
