The hotel offers dedicated parking both above and underground, which is very handy. Upon entering the lobby, you're immediately greeted with a very comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. Next to the front desk, there's a tea station and coffee machine with various herbal teas, along with a display cabinet offering afternoon tea items like fruits, cakes, and beverages, all complimentary for guests. The staff are exceptionally warm and enthusiastic, which is really heartwarming – truly living up to its highly-rated reputation. The room itself feels spacious and bright, with excellent facilities. Many thoughtful details stand out, such as dual bathrooms, disposable facial towels, disposable bath towels, toilet seat covers, as well as alcohol wipes and shoe-shine cloths. These small touches really showcase the hotel staff's attentiveness and care. The room's cleanliness is impeccable, the soundproofing is excellent, and the bed is very comfortable. We stayed for two nights, and our whole family slept soundly. The hotel's breakfast is abundant and varied, with a good mix of meat and vegetarian options, and the taste is fantastic. The shrimp cakes, Ai Cao Baba (mugwort cakes), freshly baked bread, and beef rice noodles were particularly delicious. The hotel also offers complimentary lunch and late-night snacks. We didn't have lunch, but we enjoyed the late-night snacks twice, which included congee, small dishes, and rice noodles – very good! Upon check-out, they even gave us a bottle of sour soup base as a gift, which was incredibly thoughtful! Overall, it was a very satisfying stay, and I highly recommend this excellent value-for-money hotel to anyone planning a trip to Kaili or Xijiang Qianhu Miao Village. The hotel is 30 kilometers from Qianhu Miao Village, making it ideal for self-driving tourists who prefer not to stay in guesthouses within the scenic area. I felt so welcomed and comfortable at this boutique hotel in ancient Xaisi. I understood that this hotel was in an older part of Kaili. On further exploration I found it to be in an extremely historic an ancient village of Xiasi that spanned many dynasties. Within walking distance to can find architecture that represents Qing and other dynasties . Xiasi’s streets reveal layers of history where Han, Miao, and merchant cultures converge. Stone streets, wooden covered bridges, decorated eaves, bell towers, and imperial and domestic courtyards reflect exquisite craftsmanship. My room overlooked the Qingjiang River. It was beautiful appointments with indigo fabric details. I especially liked the Chinese red chair. My room also have a spacious balcony. The owner took care of me like I was her daughter. It was so sweet. The central courtyard of the hotel is a lush garden. I loved exploring Xiasi during the quiet off-season. Its enchanting alleyways and ancient architecture is extraordinary. It’s especially romantic as evenings falls and this historic village is lit by red lanterns. I highly recommend this hotel. I look forward to returning.

All the friendly Reception Counter staffs including the Supervisor were cheerfully receiving us. The Supervisor chatted with us making us so welcomed while her staffs were busy registering us. The cleansing staff greeted us when they saw us walking to our room. The hotel is super clean and looks classy. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. The beds were large and comfortable to sleep on. We regret that we had only two days stay in Kaili. We checked out with poignancy. This beautiful hotel is highly recommended. We will definitely come back to this unforgettable Hotel again the next time we visit Kaili.

I've stayed here before, and as a newer hotel, it has great amenities and stylish decor. Everything felt good. This time, a friend was on a business trip in the Wanda commercial area, which is right next to the hotel, so it was incredibly convenient. I went ahead and booked a room at the Stone Hotel for him. It offers fantastic value for money, and my friend even complimented me on my good taste! 😁😁😁

This isn't a guesthouse at all; it's a room located in a tower block. It's difficult to find because there's no information to help you get there. You have to call someone to get the access code. I asked about the locations and dates of the major minority markets, and the response was, ”I don't know!” Even though the room is spacious and well-equipped, for the same price, you're better off choosing the hotel next door where the staff is extremely welcoming.

The room was large, clean, and tidy, all on the 20th floor or higher, with a great view. The owner patiently showed me how to get up there at first, even though I couldn't find it. I stayed during the Chinese New Year holiday and they even gave me a small red envelope (cash gift).

Amazing hotel in a great location in Kaili center. Close to lots of food and bar options, as well as shopping. Also close to bus station. This hotel is very comfortable to stay at as a foreigner, they have many aspects similar to Western hotels that aren’t commonly found in China, like offering free ice, coffee, softer beds, etc. The staff is very friendly, the rooms are meticulously clean and have very modern amenities like automatic lights and a smart toilet. There’s also a balcony which is great to relax on. My only advice is that I had a bit of trouble finding the location, it would be good if they could give instructions on how to find the hotel.

This hotel is located in an old wooden house on the riverbank. The room and the entire house smell of wood; it's very quiet. Everything you need is provided: towels, a hairdryer, air conditioning, toiletries, and good Wi-Fi. The owner is very friendly and pleasant, ready to help. I spent two nights there and would have stayed longer if time had allowed—I loved it so much!
