"Location: Situated at the must-see intersection in Kaili, the hotel is conveniently located. Aside from a 15-minute drive to the village, major shopping malls, the Silver Jewelry City, and the Zhongbo Food Street are all within a 400-500 meter walk. The hotel has its own parking lot; the front desk registers your license plate number upon check-in, ensuring smooth parking afterwards. (I secretly glanced at the hotel's parking fees, and I must say, parking in Guizhou is really expensive! Luckily, the hotel offers free parking!) Service: Why start with the service? Because it was absolutely fantastic! We arrived at 11 am, and many rooms were still available, so they upgraded us to a suite. The suite had a bedroom, living room, and a balcony with a view! What a pleasant surprise! They also have a robot for food delivery, and a cleaning lady brings any items missing from the room! Once, I needed cotton swabs, and the cleaning lady, not knowing what kind I needed and not wanting to bother me by asking again, brought me a whole pack of cotton swabs and several iodine-soaked cotton swabs! So thoughtful!!! Rooms and Facilities: The rooms were spacious and had a local flair. The bathroom was roomy with two sinks for two people to wash up separately. The bedding was comfortable, but the only downside was the pillows were too soft and all were low. I suggest adding a firm/high pillow option for those who don't like soft pillows. The room had a refrigerator, safe, scale, hairdryer, etc.—everything you could need. Breakfast: This deserves special praise. For the price, the breakfast selection was amazing, with great taste! It catered to various tastes and included local specialties! The rice noodles, flat rice noodles, and noodle stalls were delicious! The toppings changed daily; I tried spicy chicken, braised pork belly, dry-pot beef, minced meat, and crispy pork cracklings! Every single one was delicious! There were also many side dishes and accompaniments to choose from. For steamed dish lovers, they even had Shefan (a type of rice dish)!!! And then there was even glutinous rice chicken, haha! It truly offered a diverse range of flavors. In short, this hotel has become one of my favorite hotels, and I will definitely stay here again next time I come!"

"The overall experience of the hotel exceeded my expectations! The room is spacious and bright, the decoration style is modern and simple, and the sanitary conditions are impeccable. I especially like the design of the bathroom, the water pressure is sufficient, and the toiletries are also high-end. The front desk lady was very considerate and helped to arrange a late check-out. The hotel's gym and swimming pool are also great, and the facilities are very new. In short, it was a very pleasant stay!"

"This is my first bad review on Ctrip. I gave this hotel the following reasons: 1. The service attitude is extremely bad. When I just checked in, the front desk room card was not ready, so I couldn't open the room. I went to the front desk to swipe the card again, but the front desk didn't even say an apology. 2. After lunch outside at noon, I was waiting for someone in the lobby. I was thirsty and asked the front desk if I could get a bottle of water. A man at the front desk (a girl when I checked in in the morning) said stiffly, "I don't have water here, go back to your room and drink it yourself." The tone was so bad and the attitude was so bad that I almost got internal injuries. 3. It's still a water problem. The next morning, the two bottles of water in the room were finished, and I asked the front desk if I could send a bottle. The front desk wanted to receive it, 3 yuan a bottle. My god, the ordinary kind is not as good as Wahaha, Nongfu Spring water, 3 yuan. Do you think it's selling things in the train station? 4. Let's talk about the water problem again. The washing water was left for three or four minutes, and there was no hot water. I called the front desk, and the front desk said to send someone to take a look. Then, there was no more, not a ghost came. When I was ready to give up and use cold water, hot water finally came out. 5. The room slippers in the photo are called environmentally friendly slippers, and they are said to be repeatedly disinfected and reused. Haha, no comment, you can experience it yourself. There are many other problems, so I won’t list them one by one. After writing so much, in the final analysis, there is still no service concept. I hope the management of this hotel can see it."

"I rarely give bad reviews, but the service at the hotel front desk was truly appalling. We stayed in three rooms for two days. We tolerated the weak water pressure in the showers, which were either too cold or too hot. After finishing our exams and returning around 1:00 PM, we asked the front desk if we could rest a bit and check out half an hour later. The front desk was adamant that they couldn't extend the check-out time and that we would be charged if we checked out at the designated time. This is the first time I've stayed at a hotel with such a strong sense of principle."

The hotel environment is quiet and elegant, and the room's soundproofing is excellent, ensuring a very peaceful rest. The room facilities are complete and well-maintained, and the entire room was meticulously cleaned. During check-in, Sister Chen was warm and enthusiastic, thoughtfully considering my travel needs and proactively helping me upgrade my room. Her service throughout was attentive and heartwarming. The hotel is close to the high-speed rail station, making travel and transfers convenient. There are also many local specialty foods nearby, such as sour soup fish and glutinous rice, making dining, accommodation, and sightseeing very hassle-free. The value for money is outstanding, and I will prioritize booking here again on my next visit."
Kai Li Heaven-sent Resort Hotel
"It was absolutely terrible. Except for the lobby, all the rooms faced the main street, making it incredibly noisy at night. There was also a smell of smoke in the rooms and the hallway. As for the bathroom, it looked like it had been used for years; it took many flushes to get clean and the smell wouldn't dissipate. I don't know if the exhaust fan was even there. And it wasn't cheap, over 300 yuan a night. In all my years of staying in hotels, this was the worst I've ever experienced. The breakfast was also mediocre. I went around 8 am, wanting some whole grains, but the yams and sweet potatoes were all served cold; I had to choose something else. And the shower didn't have an overhead shower; there was only a handheld showerhead."

The hotel perfectly embodies a 'wild luxury' style, and the room views are impeccable. It's operated by the villagers, meaning the income directly benefits the local community. A staff member will meet you at the hotel parking lot for transfers, and an uncle will help with luggage to your room or the front desk. The hotel's dinner is also excellent; the local rice field fish and river snails were memorable, and the cured pork was absolutely fantastic. Overall, this hotel is a true paradise for relaxation and quiet contemplation. Highly recommended, and I'll definitely be back."

However, transportation in Kaili itself is a bit inconvenient. In some places, you have to use underpasses to cross the street; there are no zebra crossings. Taxis are not cheap, and sometimes it's difficult to get one, especially near the high-speed rail south station and Xijiang Miao Village."
