Perfect
We were looking for an experience in a rural village away from the usual tourist tracks, and this was the perfect place for it. The host was incredibly welcoming and generous with his time. He shared a lot about Miao culture and traditions, and took us around the village to show us where he grew up and where he and his family live. He kindly helped us with transportation to the station, and his brother prepared a delicious dinner made from locally grown ingredients. The accommodation itself is comfortable, clean, and has attention to details. Surrounded by the beautiful nature of hills and fields, it felt both peaceful and authentic. We truly enjoyed our stay here and would recommend this wonderful place!

Perfect
Upon arrival at Kailinan Station, the PIC of Leili sent someone to pick us up. She even recommended us places to go and to dine in Kaili during the short drive. To our surprise, all the staff of Leili are female! Wow, it was all girls power and we were so impressed of how well they have managed the homestay! The homestay is artistically designed and decorated,the ambience is so cozy, the rooms are so new and clean. Not forgetting, the staff are so enthusiastic and kind to share us some information about Kaili. The homestay even provided us with welcome afternoon tea sets which serves their local tea and midnight dessert (green bean soup). We just feel so home staying in Leili. =)

I looked at many hotels before choosing this hotel. Because it was a new hotel, I was worried about the smell. I went to see the hotel room before checking in. I didn’t expect that there were big floor-to-ceiling windows and the room was very big. The new hotel had no smell at all and was hygienic. It’s extremely clean, with Tmall Elf smart control, powerful air conditioning, dual heating and cooling controls, and it actually has a dirty clothes basket! So detailed! There is also a laundry room, and underground parking is also very convenient. It is especially suitable for traveling. I decided to continue my stay the next day! It is also very close to the high-speed rail station, about three minutes' drive. Xiao Hu at the front desk is also very enthusiastic. I will come to his house next time.

All the friendly Reception Counter staffs including the Supervisor were cheerfully receiving us. The Supervisor chatted with us making us so welcomed while her staffs were busy registering us. The cleansing staff greeted us when they saw us walking to our room. The hotel is super clean and looks classy. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. The beds were large and comfortable to sleep on. We regret that we had only two days stay in Kaili. We checked out with poignancy. This beautiful hotel is highly recommended. We will definitely come back to this unforgettable Hotel again the next time we visit Kaili.

The room was simple, and facing a main road uncomfortably noisy. The staff were okay, being low season and the breakfast closed, they prepared a noodles, though it had to be supplemented with food from outside.

Fantastic hotel with exceptional service. Mum and I stayed in this accommodation for 3 nights, and we really enjoyed our stay. The hotel has brand new rooms and facilities, and is clean. The staff are super helpful and courteous. Especially the front desk team. I don’t remember all of them, but team member number 26 was always smiley (they all referred to themselves in numbers, interesting practice). The hotel location is between the city centre and the train station, close to the local art and crafts market (within walking distance). Highly recommended activity is to visit Xia Si old town, where you can experience traditional clothes dying and painting technics that’s special to ethnic communities in Kaili.

Next to the hotel is the Cultural Memorial Hall. The surrounding cherry blossoms, smiles, and magnolias are in full bloom. It is also facing the lake. The whole environment is pleasing to the eye. The hotel lobby design is also beautiful and grand, and the room details have various ethnic characteristics. The lake view room has a better view, especially when the lights are turned on at night, the night view is very beautiful, and I even saw people setting off fireworks at night. Breakfast was delivered to the room, and the variety was very rich, especially the shredded pork noodles with mushrooms, which tasted very good. There seemed to be a lot of spicy oil, but the actual spiciness was not bad. I couldn't help but eat more than half of the bowl. A hotel with good scenery and good value for money. The breakfast is delicious. I will definitely choose it next time.
