The Zhongrui Tianxi Hotel is located in the heart of Kaili, surrounded by numerous restaurants and shops, making dining and shopping incredibly convenient. The hotel offers dedicated parking both above and underground, which is very handy. Upon entering the lobby, you're immediately greeted with a very comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. Next to the front desk, there's a tea station and coffee machine with various herbal teas, along with a display cabinet offering afternoon tea items like fruits, cakes, and beverages, all complimentary for guests. The staff are exceptionally warm and enthusiastic, which is really heartwarming – truly living up to its highly-rated reputation. The room itself feels spacious and bright, with excellent facilities. Many thoughtful details stand out, such as dual bathrooms, disposable facial towels, disposable bath towels, toilet seat covers, as well as alcohol wipes and shoe-shine cloths. These small touches really showcase the hotel staff's attentiveness and care. The room's cleanliness is impeccable, the soundproofing is excellent, and the bed is very comfortable. We stayed for two nights, and our whole family slept soundly. The hotel's breakfast is abundant and varied, with a good mix of meat and vegetarian options, and the taste is fantastic. The shrimp cakes, Ai Cao Baba (mugwort cakes), freshly baked bread, and beef rice noodles were particularly delicious. The hotel also offers complimentary lunch and late-night snacks. We didn't have lunch, but we enjoyed the late-night snacks twice, which included congee, small dishes, and rice noodles – very good! Upon check-out, they even gave us a bottle of sour soup base as a gift, which was incredibly thoughtful! Overall, it was a very satisfying stay, and I highly recommend this excellent value-for-money hotel to anyone planning a trip to Kaili or Xijiang Qianhu Miao Village. The hotel is 30 kilometers from Qianhu Miao Village, making it ideal for self-driving tourists who prefer not to stay in guesthouses within the scenic area. Finally, I wish the hotel continued success and the staff a happy and prosperous life!

Highly recommended! The moment I arrived at the store, I smelled a wonderful fragrance. Inside, it's simple yet elegant. This is my favorite Ji Hotel so far! It's bright and airy, with a fantastic layout (the last Ji Hotel I stayed at was a bit stuffy and smelly, but this one has floor-to-ceiling windows. The only downside is that there are residential buildings opposite, so privacy isn't great when you open the curtains). The side near the parking lot is also very quiet. Furthermore, it's within a 10-15 minute walk to many restaurants I want to eat at, and a 20-minute walk to the farther ones. Highly recommended! I felt so welcomed and comfortable at this boutique hotel in ancient Xaisi. I understood that this hotel was in an older part of Kaili. On further exploration I found it to be in an extremely historic an ancient village of Xiasi that spanned many dynasties. Within walking distance to can find architecture that represents Qing and other dynasties . Xiasi’s streets reveal layers of history where Han, Miao, and merchant cultures converge. Stone streets, wooden covered bridges, decorated eaves, bell towers, and imperial and domestic courtyards reflect exquisite craftsmanship. My room overlooked the Qingjiang River. It was beautiful appointments with indigo fabric details. I especially liked the Chinese red chair. My room also have a spacious balcony. The owner took care of me like I was her daughter. It was so sweet. The central courtyard of the hotel is a lush garden. I loved exploring Xiasi during the quiet off-season. Its enchanting alleyways and ancient architecture is extraordinary. It’s especially romantic as evenings falls and this historic village is lit by red lanterns. I highly recommend this hotel. I look forward to returning.

Had such a great stay at Stone Hotel (Kaili Downtown Wanda Plaza) 🥹✨ The room was clean, spacious, and really comfortable — perfect for resting after a full day of exploring. Everything was well-maintained and the overall vibe was cozy and relaxing. One of the best things about this hotel is the location. It’s super convenient to get around — we easily took Didi from the hotel to places like Xiasi Ancient Town and Miao Village, which made our trip so smooth and stress-free 👀 There are also plenty of food options and shops nearby, especially being close to Wanda Plaza, so everything you need is within reach. Overall, such a convenient and comfortable stay. Highly recommended, especially if you’re planning to explore around Kaili 🤍✨

I stayed in this hotel some time ago and had a great experience! As soon as you enter the lobby, you will see the simple and elegant decoration style, warm lighting and exquisite ornaments, the atmosphere is warm and upscale. When checking in, the front desk staff are warm and thoughtful, and the efficiency is very high. The room was spotlessly clean, the bed was of moderate firmness, the linens were clean and soft, and it was super comfortable to sleep in. The hotel restaurant has a rich variety of dishes with excellent taste. The breakfast also offers many varieties, which are nutritious and delicious. The gym is fully equipped to meet your daily exercise needs. The location is also excellent, with convenient transportation and many places to eat and shop. I will choose this one next time I go out

Beautiful hotel, nice and spacious room, great location and excellent staff. The location is close to a park, the pedestrian street if you want street food and near a mall if you want some more upscale food options. Easy to find and get a taxi/didi to anywhere you need to go. Our room had a separate living room and 2 bathrooms, with good views of the city. We had a couple requests that the staff graciously accommodated. If we come back to Kaili, we will choose this hotel again!

Amazing hotel in a great location in Kaili center. Close to lots of food and bar options, as well as shopping. Also close to bus station. This hotel is very comfortable to stay at as a foreigner, they have many aspects similar to Western hotels that aren’t commonly found in China, like offering free ice, coffee, softer beds, etc. The staff is very friendly, the rooms are meticulously clean and have very modern amenities like automatic lights and a smart toilet. There’s also a balcony which is great to relax on. My only advice is that I had a bit of trouble finding the location, it would be good if they could give instructions on how to find the hotel.

The room was clean and hygienic, although a bit small; the view from the window was breathtaking, unforgettable, even though I only stayed one night; the guesthouse is located in the town center, by the river, though a bit hard to find following the map; the facilities included a projector and a smart toilet, very stylish, although the toilet wasted too much water and the projector was difficult to operate! In short, choosing this place was the right decision! If I go to Xiasi again, I'll definitely stay here again! Yay!

This is such an authentic place to stay and a perfect location in the ancient town. My room was great and overlooked the river and at night the lights were beautiful. The hosts are super helpful and all my questions were answered using translation apps. The fact no one spoke English didn’t matter as we communicated effectively using the apps. The family cooked me a lovely dinner in the evening and everyone was so friendly and helpful. This is a really lovely ancient town not visited by many foreigners. If you want to visit an authentic real ancient town I recommend you stay here. Such great value for money.
