"Staying at this hotel during my trip to Kaili was a great experience. The overall environment is excellent. The lobby is spacious, bright, and grand, while the guest rooms are well-lit, clean, and tidy, with a comfortable and quiet layout that creates a very pleasant living atmosphere. The breakfast restaurant is bright and elegant, offering an excellent dining experience. The breakfast spread is comprehensive, featuring both Chinese and Western options, including hot dishes, pastries, fresh fruit, and various beverages. The local specialty sour soup noodles were authentic and flavorful, and the freshly cooked noodles were delicious. Ingredients were fresh, and food was replenished promptly. Having such a satisfying breakfast made heading out for the day truly enjoyable. With its clean and elegant environment and rich, local-flavored breakfast, I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit Kaili."

"Owners were helpfull through wechat. Room was nice and spacious. The room was cleaned everyday with new towels and new bathroom necessities. Also, the location was very good. The bed was also very comfortable, and the shower and bathroom very big: 10/10."

"This stay was such a pleasant surprise! The hotel's facilities were outstanding and really caught my eye, and all the bathroom amenities were complete and worked perfectly. The cleanliness was impeccable; the sheets and duvet covers were spotless with no strange odors, and the bathroom was sparkling clean. The environment was quiet and peaceful, and the view from the window was quite expansive. "Came here from Atour Libo ,that alone speaks volume as to why we chose Atour again.One of the reason we chose Atour was that breakfast was till 10.30am.Most hotels stop at 10am.Being free and easy travellers,we're in no rush. The room we took has some traffic noise but not as obtrusive for us. There are many restaurants nearby ,mainly similar type guizhou food.Sour fish soup etc. Will choose Atour again for the rooms and great service. Oh,the laundry service is most convenient for tourist as the system they use is a time saver.Drop yr laundry in the laundry room and write yr room number .They will either send to yr room or u can pick up once it's done .Just check with reception."

"The hotel's location is fantastic. Downstairs, you'll find Jingying Road Pedestrian Street, and Wanda Plaza is just across the street. It's also very close to the Kaili Museum, which offers free admission. If you want to go to the park, it's about a 10-minute walk. There's a bus stop right outside the hotel, making transportation super convenient. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was incredibly soft and comfortable, and the view from the window was lovely. Plus, it has floor-to-ceiling windows, which is a great bonus!"

"The Zhongrui Tianxi Hotel is located in the heart of Kaili, surrounded by numerous restaurants and shops, making dining and shopping incredibly convenient. The hotel offers dedicated parking both above and underground, which is very handy. Upon entering the lobby, you're immediately greeted with a very comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. Next to the front desk, there's a tea station and coffee machine with various herbal teas, along with a display cabinet offering afternoon tea items like fruits, cakes, and beverages, all complimentary for guests. The staff are exceptionally warm and enthusiastic, which is really heartwarming – truly living up to its highly-rated reputation. The room itself feels spacious and bright, with excellent facilities. Many thoughtful details stand out, such as dual bathrooms, disposable facial towels, disposable bath towels, toilet seat covers, as well as alcohol wipes and shoe-shine cloths. These small touches really showcase the hotel staff's attentiveness and care. The room's cleanliness is impeccable, the soundproofing is excellent, and the bed is very comfortable. We stayed for two nights, and our whole family slept soundly. The hotel's breakfast is abundant and varied, with a good mix of meat and vegetarian options, and the taste is fantastic. The shrimp cakes, Ai Cao Baba (mugwort cakes), freshly baked bread, and beef rice noodles were particularly delicious. The hotel also offers complimentary lunch and late-night snacks. We didn't have lunch, but we enjoyed the late-night snacks twice, which included congee, small dishes, and rice noodles – very good! Upon check-out, they even gave us a bottle of sour soup base as a gift, which was incredibly thoughtful! Overall, it was a very satisfying stay, and I highly recommend this excellent value-for-money hotel to anyone planning a trip to Kaili or Xijiang Qianhu Miao Village. The hotel is 30 kilometers from Qianhu Miao Village, making it ideal for self-driving tourists who prefer not to stay in guesthouses within the scenic area. Finally, I wish the hotel continued success and the staff a happy and prosperous life!"

"Start from when we arrive at the train station, because we do not know how to go, and not that far, so, the boss helped us, picking up from the train station. Went inside, already asked for a seated toilet, he also upgraded my room. After a few days travelling from Zhangjiajie, I finally enjoyed the warm water from the shower room that also a plus point. I like the Japanese style toilet also. He also has connections with someone that can drive you to xijiang thousand village, so, you do not need to walk to the train station. Boss also helped me with my Taobao, that I Miss type information inside. Hotels also have a water filter for you to top up your flask. The room is perfectly clean. The layout of the room is also good. At the end of our journey, because we got many suitcases, the handsome boss drove us back to the train station. Thank you so much for the hospitality. I definitely will recommend this hotel to my friend who wants to stay in Kaili south"

The marble floors are sparkling clean, giving the whole place a sophisticated and elegant feel. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, efficiently handling my check-in and even proactively recommending local sightseeing routes. The buffet restaurant is clean and well-maintained, with a rich variety of breakfast options including pastries, hot dishes, and authentic local delicacies from Southeast Guizhou like Sour Soup Noodles. The hotel's location is excellent, right in the city center. There's free parking for those driving, and it's very convenient for visiting attractions like Xijiang and Xiashi. The guest rooms are clean, quiet, and well-equipped. As a hotel under the Culture and Tourism brand, the quality is reliable, making for a worry-free and comfortable trip. I highly recommend staying here when visiting Kaili!"
