GGuest UserBefore check-in, I received a warm welcome call asking about my arrival time and room preferences. They were very accommodating with my requests for a high floor and a quiet, non-smoking room. The check-in process was quick upon arrival, and they even offered delicious tea. Breakfast was a buffet, so everyone could choose what they liked ā very satisfied!

TTangshoudeyoutiaoThe front desk service was excellent, and the overall environment was pretty good. The tea and coffee were a nice refreshing touch. However, the room's lighting and curtains had some serious flaws. The motion-sensor light wouldn't turn off, and the curtains let in way too much light in the morning, which meant we adults didn't get any sleep. It was too late, and the kids were asleep, so we didn't bother calling the front desk ā it would have been too much of a hassle. Because of the great front desk staff, I originally wanted to give 5 stars, but since I didn't get any rest, today's trip was exhausting, I almost had a car accident, and my mood is just terrible.

55109****Jinan in early autumn is beautiful, and this hotel truly enhances the experience. It's in a great location, not far from Baotu Spring, Black Tiger Spring, and Daming Lakeāall within walking distance for a leisurely stroll. The surrounding Baihuazhou historical district is also lovely for a walk, especially when lit up at night. The hotel breakfast is plentiful; I particularly enjoyed the warm Jinan Chatang, where you can add various dried fruits yourself. Upon checking out, they even gave us delicate pastries, telling us we could eat them on our journey, which was incredibly thoughtful. I've already recommended it to friends who are planning to visit.

Hhhhyun5 stars! ! It was 2 o'clock in the morning when we arrived. The lady downstairs thoughtfully delayed check-out for 2 hours. It felt very good. I will book this hotel next time I come to Jinan East Railway Station.

GGuest UserThe location is absolutely fantastic! It's about a two-minute walk from Beiyuan subway station, and you can even walk to Daming Lake, making getting around super convenient. The aesthetics really hit the spot too. The Morandi low-saturation color palette feels sophisticated and calming, and every corner of the lobby and rooms is picture-perfect.

GGuest UserEnvironment: It takes less than 5 minutes to get to the Laotun subway station, which is very convenient.
Hygiene: The room is spacious, clean and tidy, and you can see that it is cleaned frequently.
I soaked in the bathtub after a tiring day, which was very comfortable š, and I felt that every pore was taken care of.
Service: I checked in at almost 11 o'clock in the evening. The waiter was very friendly and not impatient at all.
When I entered the room, I saw the prepared snacks. People who like to eat midnight snacks said it was very heartwarming š„°
Facilities: The do not disturb function in the room is really great. I can sleep until the sun rises the next day. It's really great.
Once the curtains are drawn, no one loves them. The airtightness is great.
When I left, the souvenirs I was given included masks. Tears welled up in my eyesš„¹. I didn't expect there would be so many catkins in Jinan when I came here, so I didn't prepare them. I didn't expect the hotel to be so considerate and prepare them. When I arrived near Baotu Spring, there were as many catkins as the wind. Thanks to the hotel for providing themš·š„³
I will come to this hotel again next time I come to Jinan. The bed is very comfortable and everything is great. I don't want to leaveš

MM295577****This hotel is located in Jinan Gaoxin Wanda Plaza. You enter through Y1 gate and take the hotel's dedicated elevators (4 or 5) to the 19th-floor reception for check-in. The hotel is directly across from Shandong Energy Group, making it one of the closest hotels to it. The three reception staff were warm, generous, and provided excellent service. The room was clean and hygienic, and being on a high floor, it was very quiet at night. Breakfast, also on the 19th floor, was very rich and plentiful.

The condition of the room was perfect. The design of the room is very nice.
The staff is friendly.
The breakfast is Chinese style, but a European will be able to find a dish to taste.
The only thing to consider is that the train station is not as close as it seems at first glance
