The Mercure Hotel was such a great experience! It was a ten-minute walk to the hotel, and the room was super spacious, clean, tidy, and comfortable. The breakfast was rich and delicious. I really wished I could have stayed a few more days. Definitely a five-star review!

They offer a free shuttle service to and from the airport. **Jinan Yaoqiang International Airport Shuttle:** After landing and getting my luggage, I called them, and they arrived in less than ten minutes – super quick pick-up! They were also perfectly on time for my departure in May. Really appreciated it. **Environment:** The environment is great, not noisy at all, primarily focusing on comfort. **Service:** The front desk lady was very enthusiastic and even helped me with my luggage 🧳.

The mattress was just right – not too soft, not too hard – and it was very quiet at night, ensuring a great night's sleep. The facilities were well-maintained, and the toiletries were fully stocked. The staff were attentive and responded quickly to our needs. The location is excellent, making it convenient for getting around and dining out. The Grand Metropark Hotel is in an excellent location, within walking distance of Daming Lake and Quancheng Park. The soundproofing in the rooms is very good, and the breakfast offers a variety of Shandong local delicacies. The service is thoughtful and attentive. It's definitely my first choice for travel in Quancheng. I'll stay here again next time.

The overall environment is excellent, offering a quiet escape while still being centrally located. It's about a 20-minute walk to popular attractions like Baotu Spring, Daming Lake, Wulongtan Park, and Furongli. Across from the experience center, you'll find major shopping malls like Henglong Plaza and Shimao International Plaza, as well as Quancheng Square, placing it right in the commercial hub. I was very impressed with the hotel's design and ambiance, and the service was quite good. The only downsides were the smell from the bathroom, which seemed to have drainage issues and lacked proper deodorization. Secondly, the entire Li Xia District was undergoing renovations, which made walking a bit inconvenient. Lastly, the guesthouse didn't offer breakfast, which was a minor disappointment. Despite these issues, my overall experience was very positive, especially with the guesthouse's design. It has a rich cultural heritage, with beautiful courtyard landscaping and old Jinan photos hanging in the corridors, all contributing to a comfortable stay. I hope they can address the bathroom issue.

I have stayed at this hotel twice before because it’s quite close to the train station but this time, I got a room so small that I had to roll on the bed to get to the other side of the room. The space between the foot of the bed and TV stand was too narrow to comfortably walk through. The hotel is also in an obscure area so the Didi can’t drop /pick you at the door. The staff is very friendly though. Breakfast options are enjoyable but also limited.

The hotel is clean and cozy. The location is very convenient as well as it is very near Jinanxi railway station. There are also restaurants around the place. Overall, we had a great time and we wiĺl stay here again next time.

The guests are quiet and friendly, and there's a comfortable common area to relax in. It's excellent value for money and perfect for a transitional stay. Highly recommended, I'll definitely choose this place again next time!

I soaked in the bathtub after a tiring day, which was very comfortable 😌, and I felt that every pore was taken care of. Service: I checked in at almost 11 o'clock in the evening. The waiter was very friendly and not impatient at all. When I entered the room, I saw the prepared snacks. People who like to eat midnight snacks said it was very heartwarming 🥰 Facilities: The do not disturb function in the room is really great. I can sleep until the sun rises the next day. It's really great. Once the curtains are drawn, no one loves them. The airtightness is great. When I left, the souvenirs I was given included masks. Tears welled up in my eyes🥹. I didn't expect there would be so many catkins in Jinan when I came here, so I didn't prepare them. I didn't expect the hotel to be so considerate and prepare them. When I arrived near Baotu Spring, there were as many catkins as the wind. Thanks to the hotel for providing them😷🥳 I will come to this hotel again next time I come to Jinan. The bed is very comfortable and everything is great. I don't want to leave😋
