GGuaiwudishiniI had a very satisfying stay yesterday. The hotel has a business-oriented environment, so it's very quiet with most guests being on business trips. The business area offers two computers for use and printing. My room was upgraded, which made it feel even more spacious. The air was fresh with no strange odors. The bedding was very soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing was also good. The facilities were comprehensive and well-maintained, all very easy to use. The front desk staff provided excellent service, proactively asking about invoicing and parking – I almost forgot myself, so I was grateful for the reminder. At check-out, they asked about my stay experience and even gave me a small gift.

LLamlamlalaThe day before check-in, the hotel butler added me on WeChat and provided instructions on how to reach the hotel. There's a dedicated hotel parking lot, so no need to go to the customer service center first. Just navigate directly to 'Shuangquan Hotel Parking' and head to the hotel lobby to check in. Service: There was no concierge staff to help with luggage, but the front desk staff were quite good, answering all our questions. Both of our reserved rooms were upgraded. When one room card was lost, the front desk receptionist replaced it for free, and their service attitude was excellent. Environment: The environment is pretty good, and the location is arguably excellent. It's right near the Tourist Service Center, making it convenient to get everywhere! It's also very close to the shuttle bus terminal at the customer service center, just a few minutes' walk. If you have enough time, you can even walk to various scenic spots instead of taking the shuttle. We got complimentary breakfast buffets for both rooms on the second floor of the hotel. The setting is nice, and the variety and taste are decent. I brought my baby, and I had requested a bed rail in advance, but they could only install it on one side, and it wasn't very sturdy. The baby toiletries only included a toothbrush, toothpaste, and slippers. The sink was a bit high for a baby; I'd suggest providing a step stool, otherwise, an adult has to hold the baby to wash hands, which is inconvenient. Overall, the hotel is quite good, and staying within the scenic area is super convenient! I'll definitely stay at Shuangquan again next time!

JJuujuuHuThis is what the meaning of you get what you pay for. As little as the price can be, cannot have such high expectations on reason why you want the greatest of the great. After reading reviews, many said location was convenient, assuming it would be on the main road but not, i didn't meant as in I felt unsafe, just wasn't what I was expecting (not a big deal). It's inside a building with other hotels. Waiting for the elevator was a nightmare, there was only 1 that goes up and then down, felt like 5min passed, but that's just an exaggeration. If you're in a hurry, make sure to set some time for the elevator run. I came a bit early, and they accepted my early check in, which was lovely. The employees are very friendly, even giving tours to each new customers checking in. It's a small hostel, place was cleaned often, security was good. It's a bit funny to see the gym room right in the open of the entrance after check in. They had a shoe cabinet, so indoor was slipper only, I like that idea so the room doesn't smell like feet. Bed was nice, love the shelving unit that can fit lots of stuff too. The lockers are nice, each installed with a rack, convenient to store lots of hangers, space is really big too, enough to fit a backpack in. The issue I didn't like were the bathroom. I was very amazed yet confused on where do I store my clothes in the shower room, the only privacy being in tact was a curtain, it remains me of those Japanese onsen. Had to makeshift a space for my clothes and towel to be in the shower cubicle. Toilets reminds me of public toilets yet much cleaner and smells better. The sink to brush your teeth is very limited. Being 4/5 for everything, meant that it wasn't an issue. Everything was clean, service was great, you have everything you need, doesn't have to be top-tier. It was an experience for me and very budget friendly hotel.

CCandyLOLThis hotel’s biggest problem was the room temperature issue. I stayed 3 nights and the room’s average temperature was 24-25 degree Celsius. I escalated to hotel and they explained that they hadn’t turn on air con service which would be available in Jun only. I wondered if they turned on the warmer and they confirmed they didn’t. They advised me to open the windows but indeed it couldn’t help because no support leg to keep the windows were opened. I couldn’t sleep well and hotel didn’t offer further solution. One contradictory observation was the temperature in lobby was super cool and their staff had to wear thick outfit. Honesyly. It was a terrible experience. Staff even told me that hotels in Shandong city were almost having the same arrangement. However, when we changed to another hotel, we found that other hotel did turn on air con for customers in rooms. Anyway, please don’t visit this hotel before Jun.😭

They even offered complimentary breakfast, which was incredibly rich and varied. The front desk staff were very friendly, warm, patient, and helpful. The fragrance on the floors was also pleasant. The hygiene was clean and tidy, and coffee was provided. Parking was very convenient, and there are many attractions nearby. I'll definitely come again!

The Sheraton bedding is soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing is excellent. The front desk efficiently handled my check-in with thoughtful service. The breakfast buffet offers a rich variety, including local specialties like Tianmo (sweet foam soup) and Bazirou (braised pork). As an established five-star hotel, its facilities are well-maintained, with a complete swimming pool and gym. It provides a reliable and comfortable stay for business travelers.

GGuest UserI like this place very much. The room is clean and sanitary, and the bedding quality is very good, definitely not inferior to a 5-star hotel. The owner also thoughtfully prepared disposable bath towels and water cups. The homestay is in a scenic area with a good location. The courtyard is very warm, with many green plants and cute cats. The boss was also very nice. He helped us carry our luggage and gave us a fruit plate. Only when you come here can you know how good this place is. This is my first review and a serious review because I really think it is good. I hope the boss' business will prosper! I will come here again in the future

GGuest UserThe Qingzhao Ancient City Hotel is perfectly located right inside the Ming City Ancient Town scenic area. It's just a few minutes' walk to explore all the charming stone-paved streets and alleys, and there's no need to rush for the evening 'Spring Show'. Someone contacted me before check-in, and Xiaoying followed up throughout my stay. I will definitely choose this place again next time I visit Ming City Ancient Town. Highly recommended!

WWangwang-wangwangOur room was on the first floor. The hotel has a courtyard-style layout. After taking the elevator up from the underground parking lot (parking is free), you enter the hotel lobby. From the lobby, you walk through two small courtyards to reach the room. The hotel covers a large area. With your room card, you can directly access Baihua Island from the back courtyard, and the hotel's front faces Daming Lake.

Although there was a minor hiccup, our trip manager, Xiao Gao, handled it promptly, and the person in charge followed up throughout, resolving the issue smoothly – that was the most heartwarming part of the trip. While the scenic area is beautiful, occasional unexpected situations are inevitable. The management team's conscientiousness and responsibility demonstrated their strong ability to handle any unforeseen circumstances, ensuring a perfect vacation.
