XXiaoyuduozhuanqingThe location of the hotel is excellent. It is very easy to find a taxi from the station. The business twin bed is set for a trip with my parents. The room is clean and tidy, the facilities are relatively new, and it is equipped with air conditioning. After the parents live, they say that they sleep well; because there are bruises in the arm, Iodophor, cotton swab sticks and other delivery are very timely at the Huazhu meeting; The most worthy of praise, the next morning, I got up early and set off to eat. I packed breakfast. The hotel was very intimate to pack buns, fried dough sticks, eggs, fruits, etc. with a lunch box; In addition, there is a laundry room (2 washing machines ➕ 2 dryers), and the waiting time for washing clothes is long. It takes more than an hour to queue.

AAnonymous UserThe room is quite big and cost-effective. They clean my room and replace disposable products every day, but the elevator button on the 5th floor leaks electricity! At first I thought it was static electricity since it is relatively dry, but it is not normal to be shocked every time I press it. I have also reported it to the front desk. I hope it can be handled as soon as possible.

GGuest UserWhat started as a simple stopover on our trip turned out to be unexpectedly wonderful. The lobby immediately impressed us with its spaciousness and brightness, and the front desk staff were warm and incredibly attentive. Our room was spotlessly clean, and the mattress was so comfortable we got a truly restful sleep. A delightful surprise was finding both air conditioning and a humidifier, which was an incredibly thoughtful touch! One of the staff members even went above and beyond by helping us with our laundry, showing incredible thoughtfulness! The breakfast spread was also fantastic, offering a comprehensive selection including snacks, main dishes, cold and hot options, plus soy milk and milk – truly something for everyone. Highly, highly recommend! It truly stands out as one of the best memories from our entire trip.

Two movie tickets were given when checking in, the breakfast was tasteful, and parking was convenient. Unfortunately, the hot water was not hot and the water output was too small. The guests staying in this hotel are generally big shots who travel along the Qinghai-Tibet line, and they need hot water to wash and relieve fatigue. This is a management loophole and shortcoming of the hotel!

The room facilities are complete and equipped with sufficient hot and cold water. The wireless WiFi connection is smooth and fast. The parking lot is spacious and there are sufficient parking spaces. The two elevators are fast and quiet, the breakfast is rich and varied, the front desk service is warm and fast, making you feel at home, the room service is enthusiastic, the room is clean and sanitary, and the details are in place. Free tea, book bar, and freshly ground coffee are provided at the front desk. Ear-mounted coffee ☕, high quality of guests, quiet night’s rest, all in all, this is a very cost-effective hotel 👏

GGuest UserAs a frequent traveler, I have stayed in more than 2000 hotels before, and I have never felt more genuine care than at the Tu An Hotel in Golmud: as I check in, the manager 韓月 (I believe she was the manager) noted that my lips were dry, and immediately told her staff to set up a moisturizer in my room. I chose this hotel because the airport bus departs from here; however, the information regarding the bus schedule was patchy. The hotel staff did not know what was the latest schedule, but all of them had been very helpful to try to help me with it - from the manager to the cleaning staff. All of this shows that this hotel cares for the guests.
