After traveling for over ten days, this was by far the most welcoming hotel throughout our trip. The location is unbeatable, the facilities are complete and well-maintained, and all the staff members are incredibly warm and attentive. They even have a dedicated parking attendant, and laundry service staff who help with hanging clothes. The breakfast staff were also enthusiastic and thoughtful. Come to Golmud to travel, stay at the eLong Hotel to experience full marks! The location of the hotel is excellent, just in the city center, facing Kunlun Park, the scenery outside the window is superb, and it is especially convenient to eat and drink around. The front desk service is warm and thoughtful, the check-in is efficient and fast, there are questions and answers, and the local play guide is intimate. The room was a surprise, and the facilities were brand new and complete. The decoration is modern and elegant, the environment is clean and elegant, warm and comfortable, the bedding is soft, the sound insulation effect is good, there is a humidifier in the dry Golmud, and the details are full. 24-hour hot water, small refrigerator, disinfection cabinet, everything, and the living is particularly safe. The room was great, but what truly made our stay was the wonderful lady at the front desk! She upgraded our room, gave us complimentary breakfast, and even a small gift. We really appreciated her thoughtfulness. The service was incredibly attentive and considerate. Overall, we were extremely satisfied!

The hotel isn't located in the city center, but there are plenty of restaurants downstairs. The rooms were clean and tidy, and the facilities were new. There's a parking lot in the backyard with two fast charging stations; a young man was there to guide us through parking and charging, and even helped with our luggage. The receptionist was beautiful and kind. There's also a laundry room and a printer; I needed to print a form, and the receptionist helped me with that too. The rooms were well-soundproofed and quiet. They even provided complimentary yogurt.

Facilities: Excellent! The room was fully equipped, with air conditioning and a humidifier. Cleanliness: Good, clean and hygienic. Environment: Very close to the pedestrian street (5-minute walk), great location! Service: The front desk staff and other staff were very friendly! Airport shuttle service: Punctual and convenient, excellent! The lamb skewers downstairs were also delicious and reasonably priced. A small suggestion: the oxygen device in the room makes a ”popping” sound when it starts and stops at night, which slightly affects sleep. It would be helpful to turn it down a bit to prevent it from stopping. Overall, an excellent experience, definitely worth checking out! 👍

We came here for tourism. We saw good reviews online and chose this hotel. However, we were very surprised when we checked in. The hotel facilities are complete. As soon as we walked in, we felt clean. The front desk was friendly. The location is also very good. The environment is also very good. The lighting is good. The room has sunshine all day long. Great! The room was very clean with a fan, and the bed was very comfortable—a soft bed. There are restaurants downstairs and car washes nearby, just a short walk from the highway exit. Overall, it was very convenient and comfortable. The room was quite new, and the soundproofing was decent. The only drawback was the inconsistent water temperature in the bathroom—either too hot or too cold. Overall, 9.9 out of 10. The host was also very welcoming. Highly recommended!

The owner was very nice and provided excellent service. They even upgraded my room since there was a vacancy. The hotel is very close to Golmud Station, right across the street. There's a supermarket downstairs, and restaurants nearby, which is very convenient. The room was large and comfortable for me, and it felt quite safe. I'd love to come back to Golmud again; it's a city I really like!

It was okay, nothing special. I initially booked a special offer room and realized it had no windows and was tiny, which I couldn't really accept. So, I switched to a slightly larger room with a window. The room's lighting was constantly dim, making the whole place feel gloomy, whether it was the lightbulb or the design, I'm not sure. The facilities were also quite old. But considering the cheap price, I just made do with it. The cleanliness, however, was decent.
