Facilities: This is by far my favorite hotel room in Golmud. It's incredibly spacious, and the functional layout is brilliantly designed to accommodate both business work and personal relaxation. The floor-to-ceiling windows are a fantastic touch too; after working for a while, looking out at the view really opens up the space. The hotel restaurant is also elegantly designed with large floor-to-ceiling windows, offering a fresh and refined ambiance. As for breakfast, the variety is quite extensive for the Haixi region of Qinghai! Service: The front desk staff are all incredibly warm and welcoming. They always greet me with a friendly hello and a check-in/check-out whenever I pass by, which makes for a wonderful experience. I'll definitely choose this hotel again for my next stay to try out the gym and other services! Cleanliness: The hotel rooms are spotless and well-maintained. The housekeeping staff are very polite and always greet me warmly whenever we meet. Environment: The hotel's public areas are clean and tidy. The lobby has a high ceiling, and many of the public spaces feature floor-to-ceiling windows, offering expansive views, an open feel, and plenty of natural light.

This stay was excellent! The hotel boasts a superb location with convenient transportation and complete surrounding amenities. The rooms were spacious, bright, spotless, and well-soundproofed, ensuring a peaceful rest. The front desk staff were warm, professional, and attentive to every need. The hotel facilities are very new, and the air conditioning can be controlled individually. It is just right to turn off the air conditioning when going to bed at night, so it is not hot. The sound insulation effect is good. It is recommended to stay here. The breakfast is okay.

Please take a good look at this hotel. It's a very cheap, run-down hotel with some basic, cheap furnishings to make it look nice. I honestly don't know which department rated it or how much they paid. You can't even find this hotel on Gaode Maps; it only shows a hotel with the same name called "Esports Hotel." I stay in hotels at least 50 times a year in cities big and small, and honestly, this is worse than a budget hotel like Home Inn. First of all, the front desk staff were terrible. They didn't know anything when I asked. I asked for a humidifier, and they said they'd register it and bring it to me—but where did they send it? The room was awful. The materials used were the cheapest, the floor was filthy, and the slippers were just scraps of paper. Even the tissues were the lowest quality. The bedding and towels were tattered. The night before last, I asked for a takeaway breakfast. I understand that takeaway breakfasts are simple. I could even understand if they just gave me two eggs. But what's the point of giving me a stale, rancid egg tart in a plastic bag? Even giving food to the homeless wouldn't be like this. I originally booked two days, but it was too late when I arrived that night, so I cancelled one day. The next day, I went to the All Seasons restaurant next door, which was cheaper.

The rooms in this hotel are clean and tidy, the bedding is spotless, and the bathroom is kept very fresh without any peculiar smell, making people live very comfortably. Moreover, the hotel's decoration is modern and simple, with elegant style, creating a warm and comfortable atmosphere. The room is fully equipped with air conditioning, TV, internet, etc., and they all work well. The hotel staff are warm and friendly with high professionalism. From the front desk to room service, every employee can respond quickly to guests' needs and provide meticulous and thoughtful service. Especially the dishes in the hotel restaurant are rich and varied in flavor and of high quality.
