The sound insulation is good and the rest is very quiet at night. The staff is well-trained and the problem solving is efficient. The meeting room is well equipped and the business meeting is smooth. The surrounding environment is safe and convenient, and the restaurant tastes authentic. The drive from the airport is reasonable and the pick-up and drop-off service is on time. It is a quality choice for business accommodation in Golmud.

The room was spotless, the bedding was soft and comfortable, the bathroom was impeccably clean, and the 24-hour hot water supply was reliable. The breakfast selection was extensive and delicious, showing the hotel's attention to detail. I highly recommend it to anyone planning a trip! All facilities were in perfect working order, and the night was very quiet; I had a good night's sleep. This was a wonderful stay, and I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time!

AAnonymous UserStayed for the third night. Compared with other hotels of similar price, I think this one is very cost-effective. It is managed by a very formal and old hotel. The breakfast is also good. It is very convenient for shopping and eating in the surrounding area. The room is very clean, the bathroom facilities are also good, there are tables and chairs, it is very convenient for our children who need to take online classes. All in all, it was very comfortable to live in and the facilities were easy to use. There are a dozen wooden hangers in the closet which is also very thoughtful.

The 'Starry Sky Room' design is incredibly impressive, with its hexagonal layout giving it a super futuristic feel. The indoor facilities are excellent: 24-hour hot water, a fridge, and air conditioning are all provided, showing great attention to detail and quality. At night, there's no light pollution, and in the morning, you're gently awakened by the Gobi sunrise, fully immersing you in the 'lonely yet stunning' aesthetic of the wilderness.

GGuest UserAs a frequent traveler, I have stayed in more than 2000 hotels before, and I have never felt more genuine care than at the Tu An Hotel in Golmud: as I check in, the manager 韓月 (I believe she was the manager) noted that my lips were dry, and immediately told her staff to set up a moisturizer in my room. I chose this hotel because the airport bus departs from here; however, the information regarding the bus schedule was patchy. The hotel staff did not know what was the latest schedule, but all of them had been very helpful to try to help me with it - from the manager to the cleaning staff. All of this shows that this hotel cares for the guests.

The room facilities are complete and equipped with sufficient hot and cold water. The wireless WiFi connection is smooth and fast. The parking lot is spacious and there are sufficient parking spaces. The two elevators are fast and quiet, the breakfast is rich and varied, the front desk service is warm and fast, making you feel at home, the room service is enthusiastic, the room is clean and sanitary, and the details are in place. Free tea, book bar, and freshly ground coffee are provided at the front desk. Ear-mounted coffee ☕, high quality of guests, quiet night’s rest, all in all, this is a very cost-effective hotel 👏

The rooms are spacious with ample heating, and the bathrooms feature a separate shower and toilet area, which is excellent. The hotel staff were very polite and provided great service. Breakfast and a self-service laundry are also available. I only stayed one night for my business trip, but overall, I had a very good experience and would recommend it. I'll definitely stay at this hotel again next time I'm on a business trip. Thumbs up! 👍
