I'm not usually one to write reviews, but today I just had to share some honest feedback. I honestly never expected to find such excellent service and a spotless environment at Everest Base Camp, especially for this price! From the moment we checked in, we could feel the owner's meticulous attention to detail. The front desk staff member proactively helped us wait for the scenic shuttle outside, calling us as soon as it arrived. They even went out of their way to explain every detail for our excursions, and provided clear information on the best spots for stargazing at night and the expected weather. For dinner, we enjoyed the yak hotpot at the hotel, which was all-you-can-eat, incredibly satisfying, and delicious! The breakfast flatbread was absolutely delicious, and all the other breakfast items were no-frills, homely, and extremely hygienic. This hotel truly pays attention to every detail, and every staff member is incredibly kind and sincere. Wishing the owner great success!

The hotel is brand new, fully smart, and the underfloor heating is wonderfully warm. After being stuck at the foot of Mount Everest for two days due to heavy snow, these two days have been exceptionally comfortable. The young lobby manager deserves high praise; he's the most enthusiastic and kindest hotel manager I've ever met! We had a wonderful chat! The entire hotel staff is truly exceptional, making for a very comfortable stay. I look forward to returning to this hotel near Mount Everest in the future. The view room is magnificent, and I was fortunate enough to witness the first snowfall of the year—the mountains were covered in a blanket of white, truly spectacular! Today, the Lantern Festival, I finally saw the entire panorama of Mount Everest. The two-day wait was worthwhile; I'm grateful to have met you all along the way, my friends.

The hot water is very comfortable. Taking a bath after coming down from Mount Everest is warm and refreshing. Hygiene: Clean and tidy, the bedding is very comfortable, there is a latex pillow among the four pillows, which is a surprise, and the quilt is light and warm. Service: The staff are very friendly, helping with luggage and introducing restaurants that locals like. Environment: There is a parking lot at the door, which is convenient for parking. It was quite nice. The hotel price was very reasonable, the landlady was very welcoming, the sheets were very clean, and they even provided us with oxygen equipment. We happened to arrive on Ramadan, a day of fasting for them, and the landlady made delicious fried rice. A beautiful snow-capped mountain is just a 5-minute walk from the hotel.

After eating, you can sing in the lobby on the first floor. Not to mention the song in the room. There are thick blankets, humidifiers, smart quilts in the whole house, and the smell of washing powder can be smelled. The warmth of this hotel is indescribable. It is the best and most nostalgic we have ever stayed in since my trip. We are also small with the boss. My sister took a photo. The two people who were very good were not exaggerating to say that they wanted to come here like friends. People who wanted to see this hotel. The high cost performance can't imagine the comfort here. I once felt that the price was lower. I hope that the boss room is full every day and I hope to live here.
