The room was quite clean. It's a busy place, people were still checking in even in the middle of the night. Facilities: The room wasn't big, but it had all the basic amenities, and the oxygen supply was excellent. Hygiene: Housekeeping cleaned and changed the sheets daily, it was very clean. Environment: It was alright. Service: The front desk staff were enthusiastic and answered all our questions. They even proactively offered two extra bottles of water, which was a nice touch.

The room was spacious and bright, the bedding was comfortable, and with smart room controls plus central humidification, it stayed cozy and moist even in dry weather. The Vienna International Hotel (Classic Edition Everest Scenic Area Store) has excellent oxygen supply, spotless rooms, and warm, attentive service. It's conveniently located for travel and easy access to the base camp. The experience far exceeded my expectations; in short, it was very comfortable. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time.

Accompanied my good friend to Mount Everest for another visit, and we still chose to stay at this Vienna International Hotel chain. The experience was great! My friend really loved the overall decor and layout, which felt modern and youthful. We slept very comfortably at night; the central humidifier kept the humidity just right. What truly deserves a shout-out is the oxygen supply: 4 outlets with pure, ample oxygen. We didn't experience any altitude sickness at all, feeling almost as if we were in Nyingchi. The bedding was very comfortable, and breakfast was delicious. Upon check-out, they even thoughtfully gave us two bottles of grape juice, which was a lovely touch!
