The hotel is brand new, fully smart, and the underfloor heating is wonderfully warm. After being stuck at the foot of Mount Everest for two days due to heavy snow, these two days have been exceptionally comfortable. The young lobby manager deserves high praise; he's the most enthusiastic and kindest hotel manager I've ever met! We had a wonderful chat! The entire hotel staff is truly exceptional, making for a very comfortable stay. I look forward to returning to this hotel near Mount Everest in the future. The view room is magnificent, and I was fortunate enough to witness the first snowfall of the year—the mountains were covered in a blanket of white, truly spectacular! Today, the Lantern Festival, I finally saw the entire panorama of Mount Everest. The two-day wait was worthwhile; I'm grateful to have met you all along the way, my friends.

I'm not usually one to write reviews, but today I just had to share some honest feedback. I honestly never expected to find such excellent service and a spotless environment at Everest Base Camp, especially for this price! From the moment we checked in, we could feel the owner's meticulous attention to detail. The front desk staff member proactively helped us wait for the scenic shuttle outside, calling us as soon as it arrived. They even went out of their way to explain every detail for our excursions, and provided clear information on the best spots for stargazing at night and the expected weather. For dinner, we enjoyed the yak hotpot at the hotel, which was all-you-can-eat, incredibly satisfying, and delicious! The breakfast flatbread was absolutely delicious, and all the other breakfast items were no-frills, homely, and extremely hygienic. This hotel truly pays attention to every detail, and every staff member is incredibly kind and sincere. Wishing the owner great success!

The best hotel at the foot of Mount Everest, bar none. Facilities, service, cleanliness, and environment are all superb. The bread for breakfast was delicious. Furthermore, it's very close to the eco-bus transfer center, which is incredibly convenient. Highly recommended.

Facilities: The newly opened hotel has facilities that are not inferior to those of three-star hotels in the city, including electric toilets, electric curtains and sensor mirror lights. The room is equipped with a Xiaomi humidifier and an oxygen concentrator, and the water cup is a disposable aviation cup, so there is no need to worry about the hygiene of the water cup. The hot water is very comfortable. Taking a bath after coming down from Mount Everest is warm and refreshing. Hygiene: Clean and tidy, the bedding is very comfortable, there is a latex pillow among the four pillows, which is a surprise, and the quilt is light and warm. Service: The staff are very friendly, helping with luggage and introducing restaurants that locals like. Environment: There is a parking lot at the door, which is convenient for parking. You don’t need to park on the roadside like other hotels. The shuttle bus passes by the door and you can take the bus directly. Very good value for money, great value, highly recommended! 👍👍👍

JJesse_LeungI rarely book a hotel, but this hotel is really recommended. The proprietress is so warm and the service is very thoughtful. Free to help us book a car to the base camp. Before leaving, we also took us several bottles of mineral water and the room was clean and tidy. The hotel's restaurant was well equipped. Beef hot pot tastes very delicious, a very recommended hotel

It's so rare to find a homestay with a private bathroom and diffuse oxygen supply at the Everest Base Camp. You can see ***** when you open the curtains, and the sky is full of stars anytime you go out at night. The yak beef hot pot buffet at the store is also delicious. Like it 👍, I will come again next time

This is absolutely the best hotel you can stay at in Everest Town. The rooms are large and clean, and the decor is on par with the high-end hotels in first-tier cities, far superior to other poorly made ones. The service is equally excellent. There's plenty of oxygen, so the room doesn't feel cramped.

This hotel is unbeatable, the location is great, you can see Mount Everest from the room! ! ! ! The quality of the projection is very good, with a large high-definition screen. I slept very comfortably and securely while staying in this hotel. The room is very soundproofed and quiet. Even the curtains are very light-blocking and heat-insulating curtains. The room is very clean. Good, very clean. Anyway, I am very satisfied with it. It is an amazing hotel. Very satisfied with my stay!
