"Staying at the newly opened Zhizhi Hotel at the foot of Everest Town was an absolutely perfect experience. First off, it's rare to find a hotel here with its own underground parking garage, and the height limit was very generous, which was great for self-drivers. There are two elevators in the garage that go directly to the lobby and rooms. The front desk staff were incredibly enthusiastic and even upgraded our room. The room itself had a Nordic-style, low-saturation decor, which I really loved, and the layout was very practical. We also received welcome fruit, and the staff even brought us two yogurts, haha. The oxygen supply in the room was excellent and pure. The breakfast restaurant had a wonderful ambiance, with clean floors that weren't sticky at all, and the tables were well-wiped. Just the cleanliness alone is a rare find in a hotel in the ******* region! Plus, the hotel is only a 40-minute drive from the Everest observation deck, so it's very convenient for serious photographers to capture photos of the 'golden mountain' at sunrise. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in the area. Keep up the good work!"

The hotel called in the morning to confirm our itinerary, added us on WeChat to answer questions, helped us arrange transportation to the scenic area upon check-in, and we found fruit in our room with the floor heating already on and oxygen turned on. When they learned we'd be heading to Gawula Pass for sunrise and would miss breakfast, they proactively refunded the breakfast fee and even prepared two packed meals for us. The service throughout our stay was outstanding. I highly recommend experiencing it for yourselves!"

"Although it's a tent camp, the conditions are pretty good for this altitude. The communal restrooms are outside, and they were cleaner than I expected, with vacuum-flush squat toilets that someone regularly cleans. There's hot water for handwashing, though you need to let it run for a bit each time. No shower facilities, unfortunately. You can rent oxygen concentrators or oxygen tanks, which is definitely necessary for anyone experiencing significant altitude sickness. Overall, it's an experience worth trying."

"This hotel offers excellent value for money! Located in Everest Town, the hotel helped us book seats on the scenic shuttle bus. When we went, it departed right on time, and the friendly front desk guy even walked us to the pick-up spot, though it was very close. The scenic bus ride to Base Camp takes about 40 minutes and the road conditions were great. The hotel's overall decor is a simple European style, with comfortable and warm colors. The room facilities are complete and well-maintained, with oxygen and underfloor heating both working effectively. What truly stood out was the centralized humidifier, the only one we encountered during our entire trip in Tibet, which made sleeping incredibly comfortable. The restaurant environment was also very clean. Before our arrival, they proactively contacted us with information about the hotel's location and check-in details, and even provided reminders about high-altitude precautions, showing great warmth and professionalism. Upon check-out, they thoughtfully provided glucose drinks, demonstrating truly comprehensive and personalized service. Honestly, I never expected such a comfortable hotel near Everest Base Camp. "Come to Everest Town to stay at Jikang Fuoxi Hotel, the overall experience exceeded expectations, the price is directly full! The hotel's hygiene is particularly in place, the whole house is changed for one guest, the bedding is white and soft, the bathroom is separated from wet and dry without odor, and the corners are cleaned. The front desk and cleaning staff were gentle and thoughtful, took the initiative to help carry luggage, and also explained the method of dispersing oxygen supply intimately. Any demand response was very fast. The room is 24 hours oxygen + floor heating. It is especially safe to stay at Everest high altitude for one night by car. The supporting parking lot and dining are complete. Compared with the surrounding oxygen-rich hotels, the price is too affordable. Come to Everest and highly recommend this!"

"No one had high expectations for accommodation at Everest Base Camp. I chose this B&B because of the good service, sweet tea, restaurant, owner’s children (more on this later), stargazing, etc. in the reviews. The actual experience is that all the above expectations are met. The boss's two daughters accompanied us until bedtime, singing, dancing, giving us food, braiding our hair and watching the stars... leaving us with wonderful ******* memories. The landlady arranged the room attentively, helped us carry our luggage and put it away. Seeing that we were not full, she even gave us a piece of beef. The accommodation was good, but the only drawback was the double bed room I stayed in upstairs. Due to the floor heating, small room, and facilities (structural) problems, there was always sound in the room. A final reminder: Drink less sweet tea at dinner, as it may affect your sleep."

The owner was incredibly kind, going above and beyond by offering complimentary water and drinks. He even shared a fantastic secret spot for photographing the Milky Way.

The most pleasant hotel in the whole journey was originally prepared mentally. I thought that the facilities at the foot of Everest must be very backward. I didn’t expect this hotel to be so perfect. The room was clean and hygienic, and the bathroom had a separate shower and toilet (🤣 great!). It had an elevator, underfloor heating, oxygen supply, and a humidifier. Breakfast looked ordinary, but the steamed buns were chewy, and the side dishes were tasty; the only downside was the eggs were too hot, haha. The location is in Everest Town. Just walk 20-30 meters to the right from the entrance, and you can wait for the sightseeing bus on the roadside (tell the owner, and they can help you book it directly). 【Here's the important part 👀】The owners were incredibly warm and friendly 🙆♀️! They were very helpful in resolving some unexpected situations 🥹!! Thank you ❤️

I highly recommend the Yunzuo Xingguang Hotel (Everest Town branch). It was the best accommodation experience during our Everest trip. First, the front desk staff were incredibly enthusiastic and efficient with check-in. They actively helped with luggage, carefully explained precautions for high-altitude travel, and patiently answered all our questions about getting to Everest Base Camp. Their service was truly heartwarming. The hotel has a spacious parking lot with plenty of spots, making it super convenient for self-driving guests – no need to worry about finding a space, which is a huge relief. The diffused oxygen supply in the room was excellent, providing a stable and ample flow of oxygen. Even at an altitude of over 4,000 meters, we experienced no altitude sickness symptoms like headaches or chest tightness. Plus, with underfloor heating throughout the room, it was very warm at night, allowing us to sleep comfortably all night long and completely shake off our travel fatigue. The breakfast selection was rich and varied, with a good balance of dishes, including noodles, porridge, various side dishes, and hot food. The taste was great, and we could eat our fill, ensuring we had plenty of energy for our trip to see Mount Everest. The guest rooms were clean and tidy, with complete facilities and a stable hot water supply in the bathroom. Whether you're self-driving or taking a chartered car, this hotel is perfectly suited. If you're coming to Everest Town, you absolutely must choose this place. We'll definitely stay here again next time.

Stayed for two nights. The sanitary conditions are good. Parking is very convenient on the roadside just entering the county town of Dingri County. The important thing is that the boss is very nice! ! ! Very friendly and will give a lot of advice on the itinerary. Oxygen supply: As long as you order an oxygen supply room, there will be oxygen generating equipment. The hotel has been open for a long time, so some facilities are inevitably outdated. Overall, it is good, clean and well-managed. Parking is convenient. Buffet breakfast, by time.
