GGuest UserLocation is good, just right by the lake where there is a light display every night between 7 to 8pm. There are also lots of restaurants and eateries within walking distance.
Room is thoughtfully laid out and is clean and quiet.
Staff service is very good, both during check in and check out. They helped with the luggage in both instances, provided us with warm bottled water at checkout and are very friendly during our stay.
Worth a 5 star rating. Highly recommended if you are in this town.

LLovekeleloveThe room view is absolutely stunning! It has a terrace where I enjoyed coffee and simply relaxed, surrounded by mountains and breathing in fresh air – it was incredibly peaceful. Spending two days unwinding in this idyllic place was truly relaxing and worth every penny. The breakfast area isn't large but offers a wide variety of choices. We also ordered the 'stove-boiled tea' in our room, which created a wonderful ambiance. Manager Li Ting at the front desk provided excellent service; she was very thoughtful and attentive, patiently answering all our questions. I'll definitely be back!

GGuest UserI am very glad that I chose Fengxiang Valley Hot Spring Hotel. The hotel has a good environment, clean and sanitary conditions and complete facilities. I have to say something special about the service. The front desk staff was very nice. After we checked in, one of them actually helped us take our things to the room. She then told me her last name was Meng and that she was my service butler. I could send her a WeChat message if I had any requests. I was really warmed at that moment. We chose a room with a private pool. There are many hot springs in the hotel, both indoors and outdoors. However, due to the cold weather, we did not go to the outdoor pool. The child loved playing in the indoor children's water play area. There was also a large swimming pool next to it. She also learned how to swim from her father. The breakfast was also very rich. The coffee made by the coffee machine is good ☕️ We ordered home-cooked dishes at the hotel restaurant for dinner. The children liked the roasted eggplant and Chinese cabbage meatballs very much. I feel very comfortable when I get up in the morning, open the balcony door and breathe in the fresh air. In short: this is a hotel that values privacy and quality, and we hope to keep this up. Will visit often in the future.

GGuest UserThe overall service at Mangu Town is excellent! The staff who serviced our room were especially exceptional, patient, caring, and very understanding. However, I declined to view the private bath room before booking, simply looking at the pictures online. And it wasn't because it was fully booked and inconvenient to view! Upon entering the room, it smelled strongly of dampness and was cramped. Most puzzling was that the private baths were only drained once a day and couldn't be freely drained. With such a large temperature difference between morning and evening, draining the water once only allows for a single soak. If you want to soak again, you have to go to the public area. This seems to defeat the purpose of private baths. What's the point of paying the private bath price to stay in a damp, moldy, and cramped private bath room when you can't choose to do so multiple times? Why not stay in the slightly cheaper, brighter, and more spacious River Valley rooms? This makes me wonder why so many empty rooms aren't open for viewing, only pictures!

DDanlansedemeiguiThe front desk lady is gentle and kind, and has a good service attitude! The room is fully equipped, clean and refreshing! The hot spring water temperature is so high! You have to cool it down before soaking! The skin is slippery. The parking lot is very convenient. Tell the lady the license plate and she will record it for free! There are also charging piles! There are many specialty products sold in the market, and I bought some mushrooms! The experience is great! I will come again!

Location within 15 mins walk to core business area.
Facilities fair & it took some times to have hot showering water on our 1 st night.
Breafast is traditional northern China food & drink
At mid night some short period engine started for 10 sec which might interuptive to sleep.
Overall speaking, it was an option for people who want silent spacious hotel

GGuest UserI went with my family and it felt very good. There was a slide trampoline for children in the yard. The beautiful proprietress also provided us with camping venues and equipment. There were umbrellas, tables and chairs, and you could bring your own ingredients. The proprietress is very good, gathering with family, couples are very suitable for travel, the scenery is beautiful, the homestay is also very beautiful. Very good experience

Very close to Guanmen Mountain, Guanshan Lake and Green Stone Valley, convenient for playing.
There is a private bath in the house, the water is drained quickly, and the pool is very large.
The service is good, with a WeChat private butler.
Some suggestions: There are no tea bags, coffee and soft drinks in the water bar. There is no refrigerator in the room. Breakfast is served slowly when there are many people. The quilt core always falls out.

RRravlThe hotel is very clean.the room is small for just ok for one person with a super single mattress. There are a lot of eateries and shops nearby, looks like a BBQ street. The locatition is a bit hard to reach. There is no nore bus to go there after 8:20. The city is very clean and beautiful. In generla a good place to go. And most importantly, it is really cheap.
