It's a very new hotel, and the service was quite professional, but the prices during the National Day holiday were really expensive! I stayed on the first floor, and according to the hotel, it was an upgraded courtyard room. Two rooms were booked, and the facilities were both good. Facilities: Problem 1: My friend's room next door had a courtyard that connected to the main road, and there was a gap in the fence allowing entry and exit. Problem 2: I couldn't get out of my room this morning; the security lock on the door was stuck… a hotel staff member had to jump in from the small courtyard outside to open it. Service: The handling process was okay; this room received a 30% discount. For such a large hotel, it wasn't particularly grand.

This is probably my third time here, and this visit was particularly outstanding. Let's start with the rooms: for three adults, we initially booked one castle mountain view twin room. The room and beds were spacious enough, definitely sufficient. The TV was bigger, and there was a huge hot spring tub that could easily fit 3, 4, 5, or even 6 people. The room was well-equipped, and the facilities were so new that even seniors needed guidance (^～^). The bedding was spotlessly clean, soft, and skin-friendly. There was one minor flaw: a small hand towel on the vanity had a slight smell, but it was harmless. Next, the environment: a castle villa nestled among mountains and water. As soon as you drive in, you're immersed in the beautiful scenery. The geographical advantage is clear; the air, fragrant with grass, instantly helps you clear your mind and relax. It's perfect for city dwellers looking to escape the hustle and bustle occasionally and return to nature's embrace. The hot spring pools are divided into public areas and private baths. The public areas are further divided into indoor and outdoor sections, with the infinity pool being a highlight. The hot spring water is incredibly beneficial for people with joint issues. Even the taps in the room provide hot spring water. And the service was impeccable. Staff in all areas proactively greeted us and offered assistance. It would be even better if there were dedicated porters or doormen; that way, guests could have their luggage taken from their car and delivered to their room as soon as they park. The staff in the hot spring area promptly replenished towels, fruit, drinks, and all other necessities, and constantly reminded us about slippery floors and safety, providing a truly family-like warmth. Based on the hotel's bookings for the day, they kindly offered complimentary early check-in and late check-out, which made our elderly companions feel much more at ease and less rushed. Oh, and the breakfast was quite rich; the Chinese pastries were a hit with the elders. It was a very enjoyable trip to Benxi Xikang, and this will definitely not be my last time; many more visits are in store.

Traveling with the elderly and children, we booked a tatami four-person room. This room type is available on the fourth and fifth floors. The fourth floor can be reached directly by elevator, but the light is a little worse. The fifth floor requires one flight of stairs, which is not very convenient. At that time, there was a large window that made it brighter. Each floor has its pros and cons. We have a lot of stuff with our kids and elderly people, so we chose the fourth floor. The staff was very nice. They showed me two types of rooms and let me choose. When I checked out, my baby was still asleep from her nap, so they took the initiative to extend our check-out by one hour. The surrounding natural environment is also very good, surrounded by mountains and small streams, it is particularly beautiful. The downside is that the bathroom has a bit of an unpleasant smell and the room lights are too dim.

The room is clean and tidy, fully meeting the needs of business trips; It seems that there is no heating, air conditioning, ventilation, no heating, sitting and working is a bit cold; The hot water is very good, the washing is hot, and it is not cold to sleep.

The breakfast is quite rich. The overall feeling is good. The staff are all very good, whether it is the security guard or the front desk, they are all very friendly~ Disadvantages: The free bicycles are not easy to ride.

I feel that the chef has a high level and eating well is a plus point for the hotel. There were several weddings every day during my stay, which made me feel very happy.
