"The hotel's location is great, and the capsule rooms have a cool design. The toiletries are also nice. However, the good hardware is let down by the poor software and service. The mattress still had its plastic protective film on, which made the bedding feel damp and crinkled loudly with every turn. For a hotel that just opened in 2025, it's surprising the faucet was wobbly and leaning to one side. The room phone was just a decoration; it wasn't connected, and I couldn't find an outlet for it in the room. What's most frustrating is the service. It was raining in the morning, and for a room costing over 800 yuan a night, there was no umbrella provided. I called the front desk at 8 AM to borrow an umbrella to go to the main building for breakfast. The front desk claimed all umbrellas were out and that they would send one once someone returned theirs. But no umbrella was ever delivered, even by check-out time at noon. When I had to brave the rain to check out, I saw staff delivering three umbrellas to guests in the neighboring cabin! I'm speechless. This is the first time I've encountered such terrible service, and I'm even more surprised it's a Greenland Group hotel. The two stars I'm giving are for the lakeside environment and the creative capsule concept."

Furthermore, the hotel has extremely poor soundproofing. The room is close to the elevator, and perhaps because of Children's Day, at 11 pm, a child was making noise outside for half an hour without anyone paying attention, and adults could be heard talking clearly. The room is also small, with nothing special except for individually wrapped towels. Cleaning is haphazard and inadequate; they don't even care about the water dispenser. Including breakfast, it costs 377 yuan. At this price, you're only paying for the location and parking. It's a 20-minute walk to find food. Aside from the convenience of staying near the highway exit, I wouldn't recommend it."
