"On the way back from this trip, I recorded all my objective evaluations and subjective feelings about Guanting Holiday Hotel:
1. The hotel staff is of high quality, professional service and high efficiency. From the parking lot brother I first contacted, to the front desk sisters, to the room sister, I can feel the extremely sincere service attitude. The front desk responded to my service needs very quickly, actively helped me solve the problem and there will be follow-up return visits. It can be seen that the employees really handed over and handled the problem, instead of just going through the motions. This is a sincere service that I can't experience in many five-star hotels.
2. The hotel is in a superior location, close to the railway station, located in the city, surrounded by shopping malls and square parks, and there is a night market street nearby at night, Yongfeng Pedestrian Street Bar, and many barbecue shops, which are suitable for walking. Although it is a bit far from the scenic spot, I think it is safer to live in crowded places in the city at night.
3. There are basic types of dishes for breakfast, the taste is good, and the fruits are also fresh. Thank you for the Dragon Boat Festival surprise given by the hotel. It is a very good experience.

Isn’t 300 yuan for accommodation plus a private hot spring bath suitable?
There are not many types of breakfast, but it is quite complete, and the service staff is very enthusiastic. The beef noodles, rice noodles, and Chaos cooked to order are also delicious. I am very satisfied with this price. Highly recommended."

TTeacherLiIt's a very new hotel, and the service was quite professional, but the prices during the National Day holiday were really expensive! I stayed on the first floor, and according to the hotel, it was an upgraded courtyard room. Two rooms were booked, and the facilities were both good.
Facilities: Problem 1: My friend's room next door had a courtyard that connected to the main road, and there was a gap in the fence allowing entry and exit.
Problem 2: I couldn't get out of my room this morning; the security lock on the door was stuck… a hotel staff member had to jump in from the small courtyard outside to open it.
Service: The handling process was okay; this room received a 30% discount. For such a large hotel, it wasn't particularly grand.

GGuest UserThis is probably my third time here, and this visit was particularly outstanding. Let's start with the rooms: for three adults, we initially booked one castle mountain view twin room. The room and beds were spacious enough, definitely sufficient. However, after staying for a bit, we felt we could be even more comfortable, so we booked another castle mountain view hot spring king room, which truly exceeded our expectations. The TV was bigger, and there was a huge hot spring tub that could easily fit 3, 4, 5, or even 6 people. The room was well-equipped, and the facilities were so new that even seniors needed guidance (^～^). The bedding was spotlessly clean, soft, and skin-friendly. There was one minor flaw: a small hand towel on the vanity had a slight smell, but it was harmless.
Next, the environment: a castle villa nestled among mountains and water. As soon as you drive in, you're immersed in the beautiful scenery. The geographical advantage is clear; the air, fragrant with grass, instantly helps you clear your mind and relax. It's perfect for city dwellers looking to escape the hustle and bustle occasionally and return to nature's embrace. The hot spring pools are divided into public areas and private baths. The public areas are further divided into indoor and outdoor sections, with the infinity pool being a highlight. The hot spring water is incredibly beneficial for people with joint issues. Even the taps in the room provide hot spring water.
And the service was impeccable. Staff in all areas proactively greeted us and offered assistance. It would be even better if there were dedicated porters or doormen; that way, guests could have their luggage taken from their car and delivered to their room as soon as they park. The staff in the hot spring area promptly replenished towels, fruit, drinks, and all other necessities, and constantly reminded us about slippery floors and safety, providing a truly family-like warmth. Based on the hotel's bookings for the day, they kindly offered complimentary early check-in and late check-out, which made our elderly companions feel much more at ease and less rushed. Oh, and the breakfast was quite rich; the Chinese pastries were a hit with the elders. It was a very enjoyable trip to Benxi Xikang, and this will definitely not be my last time; many more visits are in store.

There are numerous shopping malls and snack streets nearby, so shopping, dining, and traveling are all hassle-free. The most surprising thing is that the hotel has been recently renovated, and the ambiance is incredibly fresh and the amenities are comprehensive. The individual air conditioning in the room was especially helpful, offering flexible and convenient temperature control, unlike the restrictions of central air conditioning in some places. It was a truly comfortable stay. Overall, the location and amenities were perfect, and I'd definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit Benxi!

There is washing machine and a dryer available which we were able to use without any issues and the room was nice and warm with hot water.
The only issue I had was getting to the dining area where you need to use the stairs to access a hidden part of the building. Breakfast was decent!

There is also a canopy and an outdoor barbecue and dining area. If you don't check in at the attractions, this is also a good place to relax and kill time. There are bonfires and fireworks at night. The breakfast is quite rich. The overall feeling is good. RRourou84I arrived in Benxi before the National Day holiday to visit the hotel. It seemed to be the off-season, as there were hardly any people there. It would probably be crowded in the summer to escape the heat. The evenings were a bit chilly and very quiet. I was woken up by roosters crowing in the morning, which had a unique charm. The courtyard is perfect for bringing a small dog, although the neighbor's dog, Wangcai, was a bit too enthusiastic, haha. I don't know if there's a problem with the water pressure in the room, but the water flow was extremely low; it took forever to fill a toothbrush cup.

The locatition is a bit hard to reach. There is no nore bus to go there after 8:20. The city is very clean and beautiful. In generla a good place to go. And most importantly, it is really cheap.
