Location is good, just right by the lake where there is a light display every night between 7 to 8pm. There are also lots of restaurants and eateries within walking distance. Room is thoughtfully laid out and is clean and quiet. Staff service is very good, both during check in and check out. They helped with the luggage in both instances, provided us with warm bottled water at checkout and are very friendly during our stay. Worth a 5 star rating. Highly recommended if you are in this town.

This is probably my third time here, and this visit was particularly outstanding. Let's start with the rooms: for three adults, we initially booked one castle mountain view twin room. The room and beds were spacious enough, definitely sufficient. However, after staying for a bit, we felt we could be even more comfortable, so we booked another castle mountain view hot spring king room, which truly exceeded our expectations. The TV was bigger, and there was a huge hot spring tub that could easily fit 3, 4, 5, or even 6 people. The room was well-equipped, and the facilities were so new that even seniors needed guidance (^～^). The bedding was spotlessly clean, soft, and skin-friendly. There was one minor flaw: a small hand towel on the vanity had a slight smell, but it was harmless. Next, the environment: a castle villa nestled among mountains and water. As soon as you drive in, you're immersed in the beautiful scenery. The geographical advantage is clear; the air, fragrant with grass, instantly helps you clear your mind and relax. It's perfect for city dwellers looking to escape the hustle and bustle occasionally and return to nature's embrace. The hot spring pools are divided into public areas and private baths. The public areas are further divided into indoor and outdoor sections, with the infinity pool being a highlight. The hot spring water is incredibly beneficial for people with joint issues. Even the taps in the room provide hot spring water. And the service was impeccable. Staff in all areas proactively greeted us and offered assistance. It would be even better if there were dedicated porters or doormen; that way, guests could have their luggage taken from their car and delivered to their room as soon as they park. The staff in the hot spring area promptly replenished towels, fruit, drinks, and all other necessities, and constantly reminded us about slippery floors and safety, providing a truly family-like warmth. Based on the hotel's bookings for the day, they kindly offered complimentary early check-in and late check-out, which made our elderly companions feel much more at ease and less rushed. Oh, and the breakfast was quite rich; the Chinese pastries were a hit with the elders. It was a very enjoyable trip to Benxi Xikang, and this will definitely not be my last time; many more visits are in store.

Fantastic find after our usual hotel was under renovation. Location was just outside the railway station so highly convenient especially if you are carrying multiple luggages. There is washing machine and a dryer available which we were able to use without any issues and the room was nice and warm with hot water. The only issue I had was getting to the dining area where you need to use the stairs to access a hidden part of the building. Breakfast was decent!

Very satisfied with an intelligent stay experience! Heyi Hotel is doing better and better in details. The smart home system in the room brings great convenience, especially when you return to the room on a busy day, you can control everything in the room with voice, and relax instantly. Air purifiers, smart toilets and other facilities have also improved the comfort of staying, and I feel that the hotel is really thinking about the health and convenience of the guests. Efficient, comfortable and convenient, perfect in line with the needs of modern travel, like it!

We were not willing to destroy the blessings of a pair of 1314 white swans and rose petals arranged on the bed. We also kept it when we left the store, and we also used rose petals to leave a message to Mangu Town: ”Thank you Mangu”, which is an emotion we can't express in thousands of words! Thank you for the beauty at the front desk, thank you for all the staff of Mangu Town, thank you Mangu Town, we will come again, come back with the feeling of going home, come back and meet your warm, kind and attentive service staff! Tree house, spring pool, mountain air, wind, bird song, glass boat, barbecue, breakfast..., indescribable, everything has the best feeling, plus the meticulous service of family, our emotional value has burst! It is Mangu Town that brought us the most perfect, the most nostalgic, the happiest birthday and wedding anniversary! Thank you again, you are the best!

We stay 2 night & they offered us the highest 11th floor with good scenic view. The room was spacious around 800 ft. Location within 15 mins walk to core business area. Facilities fair & it took some times to have hot showering water on our 1 st night. Breafast is traditional northern China food & drink At mid night some short period engine started for 10 sec which might interuptive to sleep. Overall speaking, it was an option for people who want silent spacious hotel

Back to my hometown, I stayed in an old five-star hotel. The room was large, clean and tidy, the lighting and ventilation were very good, the front desk Xiao Zhang service was warm and thoughtful, there were supermarkets and restaurants around and Ruixing coffee, and it was convenient to travel. The river view room has a very good view and is more characteristic. You can walk by the river at night, it is cool.

I went with my family and it felt very good. There was a slide trampoline for children in the yard. The beautiful proprietress also provided us with camping venues and equipment. There were umbrellas, tables and chairs, and you could bring your own ingredients. The proprietress is very good, gathering with family, couples are very suitable for travel, the scenery is beautiful, the homestay is also very beautiful. Very good experience

The hotel is very clean.the room is small for just ok for one person with a super single mattress. There are a lot of eateries and shops nearby, looks like a BBQ street. The locatition is a bit hard to reach. There is no nore bus to go there after 8:20. The city is very clean and beautiful. In generla a good place to go. And most importantly, it is really cheap.
