"On the way back from this trip, I recorded all my objective evaluations and subjective feelings about Guanting Holiday Hotel:
1. The hotel staff is of high quality, professional service and high efficiency. From the parking lot brother I first contacted, to the front desk sisters, to the room sister, I can feel the extremely sincere service attitude. The front desk responded to my service needs very quickly, actively helped me solve the problem and there will be follow-up return visits. It can be seen that the employees really handed over and handled the problem, instead of just going through the motions. This is a sincere service that I can't experience in many five-star hotels.
2. The hotel is in a superior location, close to the railway station, located in the city, surrounded by shopping malls and square parks, and there is a night market street nearby at night, Yongfeng Pedestrian Street Bar, and many barbecue shops, which are suitable for walking. Although it is a bit far from the scenic spot, I think it is safer to live in crowded places in the city at night.
3. There are basic types of dishes for breakfast, the taste is good, and the fruits are also fresh. Thank you for the Dragon Boat Festival surprise given by the hotel. It is a very good experience.
Finally, I am very grateful for the service of the front desk sisters. I will choose this hotel again next time I have the opportunity to come."

Very close to Guanmen Mountain, Guanshan Lake and Green Stone Valley, convenient for playing.
There is a private bath in the house, the water is drained quickly, and the pool is very large.
The service is good, with a WeChat private butler.
Some suggestions: There are no tea bags, coffee and soft drinks in the water bar. There is no refrigerator in the room. Breakfast is served slowly when there are many people. The quilt core always falls out."

When I open the door, it feels like a smart standard room in the whole house. But when you open the door and walk in, you will find that his toilet is very big. When you open the toilet door and walk inside, it turns out to be a private bath. This design basically touches the hearts of all the friends who take their children out to play, no matter what. Whether you are tired or your children like to play in the water, this hotel is definitely the best choice👍It is also worth mentioning that their breakfast is not rich but well-balanced. GGuest UserLocation is good, just right by the lake where there is a light display every night between 7 to 8pm. There are also lots of restaurants and eateries within walking distance.
Room is thoughtfully laid out and is clean and quiet.
Staff service is very good, both during check in and check out. They helped with the luggage in both instances, provided us with warm bottled water at checkout and are very friendly during our stay.
Worth a 5 star rating. Highly recommended if you are in this town.

LLovekeleloveThe room view is absolutely stunning! It has a terrace where I enjoyed coffee and simply relaxed, surrounded by mountains and breathing in fresh air – it was incredibly peaceful. Spending two days unwinding in this idyllic place was truly relaxing and worth every penny. The breakfast area isn't large but offers a wide variety of choices. We also ordered the 'stove-boiled tea' in our room, which created a wonderful ambiance. Manager Li Ting at the front desk provided excellent service; she was very thoughtful and attentive, patiently answering all our questions. I'll definitely be back!

SSam and LeeFantastic find after our usual hotel was under renovation. Location was just outside the railway station so highly convenient especially if you are carrying multiple luggages. There is washing machine and a dryer available which we were able to use without any issues and the room was nice and warm with hot water.
The only issue I had was getting to the dining area where you need to use the stairs to access a hidden part of the building. Breakfast was decent!

GGuest UserThe overall service at Mangu Town is excellent! The staff who serviced our room were especially exceptional, patient, caring, and very understanding. However, I declined to view the private bath room before booking, simply looking at the pictures online. And it wasn't because it was fully booked and inconvenient to view! Upon entering the room, it smelled strongly of dampness and was cramped. Most puzzling was that the private baths were only drained once a day and couldn't be freely drained. With such a large temperature difference between morning and evening, draining the water once only allows for a single soak. If you want to soak again, you have to go to the public area. This seems to defeat the purpose of private baths. What's the point of paying the private bath price to stay in a damp, moldy, and cramped private bath room when you can't choose to do so multiple times? Why not stay in the slightly cheaper, brighter, and more spacious River Valley rooms? This makes me wonder why so many empty rooms aren't open for viewing, only pictures!

Location within 15 mins walk to core business area.
Facilities fair & it took some times to have hot showering water on our 1 st night.
Breafast is traditional northern China food & drink
At mid night some short period engine started for 10 sec which might interuptive to sleep.
Overall speaking, it was an option for people who want silent spacious hotel

GGuest UserI went with my family and it felt very good. There was a slide trampoline for children in the yard. The beautiful proprietress also provided us with camping venues and equipment. There were umbrellas, tables and chairs, and you could bring your own ingredients. RRravlThe hotel is very clean.the room is small for just ok for one person with a super single mattress. There are a lot of eateries and shops nearby, looks like a BBQ street. The locatition is a bit hard to reach. There is no nore bus to go there after 8:20. The city is very clean and beautiful. In generla a good place to go. And most importantly, it is really cheap.
