I stayed here for one night while I was in BC on a biz trip before catching my flight home. The location was very convenient—only about a 10-minute drive to the airport—and parking was easy thanks to the large front yard. The place itself was lovely: spotlessly clean, thoughtfully designed, and you could really tell the hosts had put a lot of effort into making it comfortable and welcoming. One highlight for me was the washer/dryer combo. It was exceptionally clean and worked perfectly, which was a huge plus after dealing with some less-than-clean laundry facilities elsewhere during my trip. I didn’t get a chance to use the bathtub, but it looked fantastic and had a really unique design. And I have to mention the little details too—the toilet paper was surprisingly high quality, which genuinely made me go 👌🏽👍🏼lol Although there wasn’t air conditioning, the fan provided was more than enough- blows icy breeze. Overall, I had a very comfortable stay and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this place, especially if you’re looking for somewhere with reasonable price, clean, convenient, and close to the airport.

This was my first time at an air bnb. I always prefer staying at good hotels. But Vancouver shangrila house just blew our mind! It was such an amazing find and it was nothing less than a deluxe hotel. What a gorgeous house! The interior was lush, the ambience was super cozy and above all the entire house was just spotless. The house and the room smell amazing and even the toiletries provided was thoughtfully curated in a way that the showers would feel like a warm hug. Our host Julie is a delight! She also gifted us an umbrella when she got to know we don’t have one and it was pouring outside. We definitely look forward to going back to Julie’s humble abode to stay for a couple days! A big shout out Julie for all the efforts she put to make us feel at home.

My husband, son, daughter-in-law and I stayed in the Deluxe Family Home while visiting Vancouver. The grounds were beautiful with many flowers in bloom. The home was located on the first floor, making it easy to access from the parking area. The unit was very clean with modern appliances. There was a Keurig coffee machine with K-cup pods provided. This was one of the few rentals in the Vancouver area that had two king beds, a requirement for my family. There were two bathrooms with shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The location was a short drive from the airport, a Walmart and several restaurants and take-out pizza. The only issue we had was during our second night. A family was staying upstairs and we could hear a child running back and forth until well after 10:00pm. I then heard the child crying and finally the noise stopped. Not really a problem, just a little annoying.

The hotel room wasn't very spacious, but its proximity to the airport was a huge plus. It's just a ten-minute drive away. The hotel offers a shuttle bus, but make sure to book in advance, as it can get fully booked. There are also many restaurants nearby, making the location excellent. With the SkyTrain and various bus routes close by, it's a very convenient hotel. They offer breakfast; although the selection isn't huge, it's enough to fill you up, and there's free-flowing coffee and hot chocolate, which is a nice touch. The rooms also come with a microwave, so you can bring food back to eat. Overall, it's a good hotel.

I'm very satisfied with this hotel. The service was incredibly warm and friendly! Thank you! They provide a kettle for boiling water and a water dispenser for refills, which is very important to me! Chinese guests will appreciate this! The bed was soft and comfortable for sleeping. Wi-Fi was excellent. The surrounding area is quiet. The airport shuttle service is frequent, making transfers to and from the airport very convenient. Overall, this hotel is fantastic! I'll definitely stay here again next time.

Service: Very professional, efficient and friendly. Check in process was quick. The guy who checked me in ensured I stayed on the same floor as my other family members who booked a different room. Valet service is a nice perk. However, it can take longer waiting for the car vs us going to the car park lot ourselves. Amenities: They have Dyson hairdryer which is a huge plus. Extra amenities are available upon request. Room: Room is as pictured. My room was on the 8th floor and I could see the Richmond night market from my room. Bed is a bit too soft to my liking. Pillows are a bit high and hard. Cleanliness: This is the only category where I wish I could rate zero. Most notably thing I noticed is there's dust on the hairdryer, I was fine with this. Until I got into bed, inspected all 4 of the pillows. Noticed on 2 of them, were a strand of hair (or eyelash?) And some dusts. This pretty much ruined my stay. I pushed these 2 pillows aside to the other side of the bed, after trying my best to attempt to ”clean” them in case I accidentally touched them... It was already past midnight when I got into the room to rest and in to the bed and found out about this. Didn't bother to call the front desk about it. Overall this hotel is great overall. Location is not far from the aberdeen mall as well with car. Service is outstanding. Wish they'd retrain their cleaning staffs though.

Very short stay, but everything was friendly. Hotel's room is clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. They also offer a free airport shuttle service. You can book a shuttle by email before arriving at the airport, or contact the hotel using the toll-free number in the airport shuttle area after arriving at Vancouver International Airport. The only drawback is the desk and bedside tables in the room. The tops are attached to the legs by four bolts. These protruding bolts leave insufficient flat surface for books, laptops, or backpacks. I suggest the hotel replace these impractical desks and bedside tables. Besides, the hotel is in a great location. It's within walking distance to the SkyTrain station and there are many restaurants nearby. Especially, the food court at ”Richmond Centre” which is nearby this hotel primarily serves Asian cuisine, so you won't feel homesick.

Unfortunately due to a medical emergency I was unable to make the trip from UK to Canada - I had to cancel flights, other hotels, car hire and excursions. I submitted medical documents and have been refunded for everything else even though these were ‘non flexible’ and ‘non refundable’. The Hampton Inn by Hilton Vancouver Airport/Richmond was the only booking not to consider a refund or even a credit note, even though medical document was submitted more than 48 hrs prior to check in time. This was the continued response from Trip.com: Your booking at Hampton Inn by Hilton Vancouver-Airport/Richmond cannot be cancelled free of charge. We have submitted a free cancellation request to the hotel on your behalf. Unfortunately, we have not received a timely response from the hotel, and your booking will remain as originally confirmed.

The room had a fridge and a microwave, which was super convenient! It was clean and tidy, and the little park behind the hotel was nice and quiet. I managed to catch the last shuttle bus, arriving at the hotel at midnight. Breakfast included fruit. I stayed for 6 days in total, and it was definitely the best value for money among the hotels in the area! Plus, there were USB charging ports!

For the price paid $378, it was really below average. Old style decor ,room small ， bed listed as Queen seems tight like double. The shuttle service & staff was a plus. There was very limited choice for breakfast. No eggs on the day we were there,which was ridiculous.
