RylaChanI stayed here for one night while I was in BC on a biz trip before catching my flight home. The location was very convenient—only about a 10-minute drive to the airport—and parking was easy thanks to the large front yard.
The place itself was lovely: spotlessly clean, thoughtfully designed, and you could really tell the hosts had put a lot of effort into making it comfortable and welcoming. One highlight for me was the washer/dryer combo. It was exceptionally clean and worked perfectly, which was a huge plus after dealing with some less-than-clean laundry facilities elsewhere during my trip.
I didn’t get a chance to use the bathtub, but it looked fantastic and had a really unique design. And I have to mention the little details too—the toilet paper was surprisingly high quality, which genuinely made me go 👌🏽👍🏼lol
Although there wasn’t air conditioning, the fan provided was more than enough- blows icy breeze.
Overall, I had a very comfortable stay and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this place, especially if you’re looking for somewhere with reasonable price, clean, convenient, and close to the airport.

Guest UserThe hotel room wasn't very spacious, but its proximity to the airport was a huge plus. It's just a ten-minute drive away. The hotel offers a shuttle bus, but make sure to book in advance, as it can get fully booked. There are also many restaurants nearby, making the location excellent. With the SkyTrain and various bus routes close by, it's a very convenient hotel. They offer breakfast; although the selection isn't huge, it's enough to fill you up, and there's free-flowing coffee and hot chocolate, which is a nice touch. The rooms also come with a microwave, so you can bring food back to eat. Overall, it's a good hotel.

Great during the day, so-so at night.
The room was really spacious and comfortable.
The kitchen was fully equipped, making it perfect for cooking.
The walking path right in front made for a nice walk and a great way to explore Steveston.
The location is a bit out of the way in Steveston, so a car would be a good idea.
However, the exposed plumbing? made it very noisy at night. The noise from outside and the light seeping in through the blackout curtains (which didn't close completely) were a bit inconvenient.

Guest UserThis is a great value transit hotel near Vancouver Airport. Its main advantages are the free airport shuttle bus and complimentary parking, which are super convenient for layovers or car rentals. The rooms are spacious and include a small kitchenette, perfect for simple meals, and everything is clean.
The only minor drawbacks are that the building is a bit older, and the facilities are more practical than luxurious – totally fine if you're not looking for a fancy experience. The lobby offers free hot beverages, and the service is prompt. It's ideal for travelers who prioritize convenient transport and a short, comfortable stay.

Lina QTThe room was spacious and beautiful, with super comfy pillows and a mattress. I love the shampoo, conditioner, and lotions here because they smell so nice. Room also comes with robes and slippers. Although I didn’t get to use them, the pool, hot tub, and gym looked nice. The only thing that would have made my stay better was to have a water filler that provided hot and cold water that I could access on my own. Otherwise, it is a very nice boutique hotel, and that is why we returned.

Guest UserUnfortunately due to a medical emergency I was unable to make the trip from UK to Canada - I had to cancel flights, other hotels, car hire and excursions. I submitted medical documents and have been refunded for everything else even though these were ‘non flexible’ and ‘non refundable’. The Hampton Inn by Hilton Vancouver Airport/Richmond was the only booking not to consider a refund or even a credit note, even though medical document was submitted more than 48 hrs prior to check in time. This was the continued response from Trip.com:
Your booking at Hampton Inn by Hilton Vancouver-Airport/Richmond cannot be cancelled free of charge.
We have submitted a free cancellation request to the hotel on your behalf.
Unfortunately, we have not received a timely response from the hotel, and your booking will remain as originally confirmed.

Anonymous UserThe room had a fridge and a microwave, which was super convenient! It was clean and tidy, and the little park behind the hotel was nice and quiet. I managed to catch the last shuttle bus, arriving at the hotel at midnight. Breakfast included fruit. I stayed for 6 days in total, and it was definitely the best value for money among the hotels in the area! Plus, there were USB charging ports!

KlauseXiaThe room was great, complete with a pool, and freshly renovated. It's conveniently located near Costco, a bus stop, and an Asian supermarket. The only downside was a weird, unpleasant smell outside the hotel, which felt like freshly fertilized garden. The large floor-to-ceiling window facing the street offered a distant view of downtown Vancouver's high-rises, perfect for catching sunrises and sunsets.

The room was spacious and comfortable.
The location is great, not far from the airport and Richmond Centre. You can walk to Richmond Centre, about a kilometer or so. It's also close to a bus stop, so you can take the bus.
It's a good value.
