Nearby, there's a Costco and a large Chinese supermarket called ”Fengying,” and for dining, there's ”Sea Harbour City.”"

"The hotel's exterior looks a bit old, but the rooms are newly renovated, making them quite modern by international standards. The bedroom is spacious, and the bathroom is clean. Our room was located above the lobby, offering great views from the floor-to-ceiling windows with no noise issues. The free airport shuttle bus was punctual, and the driver kindly helped us with our luggage. The shuttle departs from the hotel entrance every half hour on the dot and takes 10 minutes to reach the airport. This makes it easy to estimate the shuttle times for the return trip from the airport. There aren't many dining options in the immediate vicinity, so we ate at the airport."

Prior to our stay, we had informed the hotel of our late arrival outside the usual check-in hours and included some questions regarding Fairmont Gold services and benefits. Unfortunately, our follow-up email was overlooked, which led to some miscommunication during check-in. However, the customer recovery service was truly top-notch. The team handled everything professionally, responded swiftly, and resolved the issue efficiently — a level of service that truly reflects the standards we expect from a premium Fairmont Gold experience. We stayed one night in Fairmont Gold, and it was an absolute dream stay, especially for aviation enthusiasts. The views were perfect, and the Gold team’s service was exceptional. What impressed us even more was the Manager’s follow-through. He personally took the initiative to look into what had led to the miscommunication and came to apologise to us later in the day. During our stay, one of us was also feeling unwell, and when we happened to meet him in the lobby, he remembered us from our earlier interaction and kindly offered to assist by arranging some medicine for us. These thoughtful gestures truly reflected the genuine care and attentiveness of the team. Thank you, Fairmont, for turning what started as a small hiccup into a memorable stay. The premium paid for the Fairmont Gold experience was truly worth every penny, and we sincerely appreciate the hospitality. We look forward to returning again."

"I had a wonderful stay at this B&B in Richmond. The house was spotless, quiet, and very comfortable, making it a perfect place to relax after a long journey. The shared kitchen was clean, well-equipped, and very convenient for preparing meals. The location is also excellent: just a 15-minute drive from Vancouver International Airport (YVR) and close to the center of Richmond, with shops and restaurants nearby. The hosts were welcoming and helpful, making me feel at home from the moment I arrived. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and convenient stay near the airport. "This is a great hotel! The free airport shuttle service is so convenient. The drivers were very polite and helped with luggage, handling it with care both when getting on and off the shuttle – truly excellent. The front desk staff member who checked me in was also very welcoming, making me feel right at home. The bed and pillows in the room were quite comfortable, and the bathroom was bright and clean. I even wiped the floor with some toilet paper, and it was spotless. Very satisfied overall."

"I've stayed here several times, mainly because of its excellent location. It's super convenient for enjoying food, drinks, and entertainment before heading to the airport. The front desk staff are also great and very friendly. However, both elevators were out of service on the night I checked in... The environment is a bit old and just okay, but the cleanliness is fine."

"Before choosing a hotel, I compared several options and decided on Atour Villa. It turns out my efforts weren't in vain, as I was extremely satisfied with everything. The entire villa was clean, tidy, and elegant, and the host, Julie, was very kind and approachable. The villa is also close to the airport, making it convenient for getting around. "Really surprised by this hotel. High-IQ, diverse staff (they have many languages covered) that had better service than many 5-stars I have stayed at: #1: I extended my stay through trip.com; normally, this is a comedy of errors: housekeepers knocking in the morning, front desk calling and asking when I'll be leaving, etc. This hotel handled everything perfectly without bothering me. On trip.com, you can make special room requests, but this is the first place that actually followed it automatically! #2: Smart facilities choices: QUIET door closers (this is a bigger deal than people realize; most hotels have cheap auto door closers that slam the doors, so your mornings start with the sound of slamming doors at 6AM.), huge in-room refrigerators (small ones probably cost the same, but are useless for guests), lovely patios looking at the Minoru Park, #3: Great location near a large mall and restaurants. Areas of improvement: Breakfast was quite good, though I wish they had hash browns and they need to refrigerate the cream cheese (it says so on the label); had some bad stomach issues with that or maybe the shared serving utensils. Rooms could just use some touch up paint on the metal door frames and some parts of the walls. It would be fast and easy to have maintenance do one room a day. Finally, the air conditioners (heat pumps) are pretty noisy at times. Bring ear plugs."
