New Hotels in Sapa

"We really enjoyed our stay at The Myst Sapa, and what made it extra special was the wonderful hospitality from Henry and his team — Kate, Pink, Claudia and Kelvin. They were all so warm, friendly and helpful throughout our stay, and we truly felt looked after. The resort is only a few weeks new, so everything feels fresh, clean and neat. We loved how much greenery surrounds the property. We booked two rooms with mountain views on Level 3, and both rooms were spacious, very clean and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed. The daily tea set and sunset drinks were such a lovely gesture and made our stay feel even more special. The resort is located up on a slope, but there are two convenient shortcuts down to the main road. It’s about a 5-minute walk to Sun Plaza, where we could easily access the monorail and cable car to Fansipan. Many restaurants, and cafe within walking distance. Getting a Grab to anywhere was also very convenient. What really stood out to us, though, was how the staff went beyond what we expected. Henry helped us contact and arrange our limousine service from Sapa to Hanoi. When I needed emergency dental treatment, he personally assisted with contacting and liaising with the dental clinic. When I sprained my foot, Pink even helped contact a clinic and arrange an X-ray to make sure there was no fracture. These little acts of care meant a lot to us, especially when travelling. And not forgetting the restaurant team — especially Mr Dur, whose humour always brought a smile to our faces! 😄 The warm service from everyone made our meals even more enjoyable. We originally planned to stay for a shorter time, but we enjoyed ourselves so much that we ended up extending our stay by one more night. That probably says it all! Thank you, Henry and the entire team at The Myst Sapa, for making our Sapa stay such a memorable and comfortable one. We will definitely remember the kindness and hospitality we received here. ❤️"

"Excellent small hotel with beautiful views of the mountains and rice terraces. Breakfast is standard. It's within walking distance of Moyana and not far from the city center. The only downside is the lack of soundproofing, not between rooms but from the street – you can hear every car, and of course, the roosters."

"This family-run hotel is bright, clean and close to everything ( the night market, the main area, and SAPA station are all walkable. ) Two of the male staff speak good English, and you can use what’s app to contact them. They always give quick responses. You can rent motorbikes, do the laundry, book bus tickets and so on at the front desk and they offer decent prices. All the staff are very welcoming, polite and helpful. They even offer us an early check-in because we take the night bus. You can leave the luggages there and when the room is ready they will send you messages. Overall, we had a great stay at this hotel."

"We loved the Mountain View from our room & from the cafe’s patio. The location is good but cost more for Grab as it sits on a one-way street, driver has to take a longer route to get to it. The room was nice except for the bathroom. It looks nice but not practical at all, there’s no place to put toiletries or even toilet paper. The bathroom is all glass with a light color curtain, not good if you want privacy. Overall if the bathroom is normal it’d have been a 5 stars to my stay."

"Clean rooms, free water & fruits, daily housekeeping. Location is nice since it is near Sapa Station. However, the flush of the toilet sometimes does not work. Breakfast has very limited choices."

"I had a very memorable stay at this hotel. The rooms are clean, spacious and fully equipped with the necessary amenities. The bed was quite comfortable, the blankets and pillows were clean so I slept very well. The hotel staff are friendly, enthusiastic and quickly assisted when I needed. The hotel location is also very convenient, easy to move to attractions and restaurants around. Breakfast is varied, the dishes are delicious and well served. The hotel space is quiet, creating a feeling of relaxation. With good service quality and reasonable price, I will definitely come back next time."

"They claimed it was a new hotel, and we fell for it. In reality, it was just a quick, sloppy cosmetic renovation. The bedding was clean, though. Breakfast was supposed to be included in the price, but there was no breakfast actually provided."

"We liked this hotel very much. I would like to celebrate the delicious breakfast that made our stay even more pleasant. And the restaurant at the hotel is also just wonderful! All staff were very friendly and attentive. All our requests were responded quickly and willing to help, which created a sense of concern and high level of service. Overall, the hotel was a great impression. It is clean, new and equipped with everything necessary for comfortable accommodation. The atmosphere in the hotel was very pleasant, thanks to which we felt comfortable and calm. The only thing - ask the room away from the elevator in advance - the hearing in the room through the door is strong enough."

"Absolutely wonderful stay! The room was clean, comfortable, and beautifully designed. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the location was perfect. Everything was excellent — highly recommended!"
