"Overall, this hotel is good value for the price. I had a nice stay in Danang. A staff member named Thy was very kind and helpful. She answered all of my questions and always provided great service. There was only one problem during my stay. At around 2:30 AM, the power in my room went out. Thy was not working at that time, and there was an older male staff member at the front desk instead. He didn't seem willing to help and looked unhappy when I asked for assistance. I understand it was very late at night, but when there is no power in the room, guests cannot sleep, so I expected a little more help. When we went back to the room, the electricity was already working again, so the problem was solved. However, I was disappointed with the way the situation was handled. Even so, I don't want this one experience to affect my overall opinion of the hotel. Everything else was good, and I think this hotel is still worth the price. I just hope the late-night service can be improved."

"Fantastic location! The ocean-view room offers a breathtaking panoramic view of the sparkling Han River at night – an absolute delight. Although the room is a bit small, it's fully equipped. The best part is being able to fall asleep in bed while gazing at the unbeatable night view – pure bliss! The breakfast spread is incredibly rich with endless choices. However, the only downside is the seating arrangement: guests have to find their own seats. It's especially difficult to figure out where to sit when the staff have just changed the table covers. I hope the hotel can proactively arrange seating for guests during breakfast in the future."

"It was very convenient to have a rice cooker, dishes, and cutlery in the room! The dishes were especially useful for spreading out our delivery food. There's not much space to hang laundry, so it might be best to do small loads frequently."

"We stayed at this hotel for almost a month, and it truly felt like home. Our experience was wonderful from the very beginning. The staff are incredibly kind, friendly, and always ready to help. They assisted us not only with hotel-related questions but also with other things during our stay, which we really appreciated. A special thank you to Lisa and Bo for their kindness and hospitality! The location is great—it’s just a short walk to the beach. On our first day, the staff even showed us a quicker way to get there, which was a thoughtful touch. The rooms are cleaned every day. We usually wake up later and often missed the morning housekeeping, but whenever we asked, the room was cleaned later in the day without any problems. The housekeeping team was always accommodating. Before we left, Lisa and Bo gave us a small branded souvenir magnet. It may seem like a small gift, but after spending almost a month here, it meant a lot to us and became a lovely memory of our stay. Thank you to the entire team for making our time here so comfortable and enjoyable. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again in the future!"

"Absolute value for money! The price is cheap and the breakfast is abundant. The staff are very friendly and helpful. It's right by the sea, and very close to Chasan Peninsula. The hotel offers free motorcycle parking. All the essentials are provided: toothbrushes, combs, toiletries, a hairdryer, a fridge, and a safe. The room is cleaned daily. Although it's listed as a city view room, you can totally see the coastline. There's a pool and gym on the rooftop. To get a hotel like this for 200 yuan during the May Day holiday is simply amazing!"

"The room was good enough for a comfortable overnight stay, and overall it was decent for the price. However, the window view was not as described on the website. It was advertised as a “garden view,” but in reality, it overlooked an open area with a few concrete structures. The staff member was very helpful and friendly, and we genuinely appreciated his assistance. However, he repeatedly asked how long we would be staying in the city and frequently tried to recommend hotels and other services. He even called us while we were out enjoying the city, which felt a little excessive. He also recommended that we purchase Ba Na Hills tickets through his contact. We decided to book them ourselves through other websites and ended up saving around 400,000 VND compared with the price he quoted. Overall, the stay was satisfactory, and the staff was helpful, but I would recommend checking prices and booking tours independently rather than relying solely on the recommendations provided by the hotel."

"The staff were wonderful, very responsive to requests. Overall, it's good value for money. There's a kitchen, and a big plus is having two TVs, both supporting apps. The sea view is nice, but there's ongoing construction outside the window which is constantly noisy, and once the new building is finished, the sea view will be gone. The location is excellent, with everything nearby. For our family, the inconvenience was that the elevator only goes to the 4th floor, and we were on the 5th, so we had to carry the stroller up and down."
