"Although I would give this hotel five stars on all the standard measures (if it can even be called a hotel — it's more like a cozy, magical little home, with service that rivaled some of the five-star hotels I've stayed in), I have to admit that what pushed my satisfaction over the top was what happened when I came down to the ”lobby” to ask whether checking out at 3 a.m. would be a problem. The answer, of course, was ”no problem.” But the family who owns the place — a sister, a brother, and their mother and father, all of whom seem to live there — happened to be sitting down together to a simple Vietnamese dinner. They invited me to join them, and the invitation felt completely genuine, so with deep gratitude I sat down. (To be fair, no future guest should expect this — it was a spontaneous kindness, not a service.) The simple food was enjoyable, but the real pleasure was getting to know the four of them. I talked mostly with the 35-year-old son, whose English was the best. His sister was 33, and the father, seated on my left, was 71. They were amazed to learn that I was 82. After a heartwarming dinner and conversation, I returned to my magical little room — really more like a small studio apartment — as befits an early-to-bed man."

"A beautiful hotel, I simply loved it inside and out. Everything is carved, the furniture is veneered and tasteful. There's a shop opposite that's open until 10 PM. We had a fridge. The air conditioning in the room works very powerfully. There's a clothes dryer on the balcony, which overlooked Dragon Bridge, and we could see the fireworks at 9 PM on Sunday. There are washing machines on the top floor. I kindly ask the staff to tend to the flowers on the roof by the pool, as some of the adeniums have already lost their leaves."

"Cozy hotel with very helpful staff! Daily cleaning. The location is great – just a 7-minute walk to the beach, with bars, restaurants, and coffee shops all around. The room felt like an apartment, complete with a washing machine, stove, and dishes. Plus, we had a sea view from the window! The sunrises were absolutely incredible ♥️"

"We stayed here for just one night, but we absolutely loved it! ❤️ The hotel feels brand new, everything is spotlessly clean, fresh and beautifully maintained. The staff are lovely and welcoming, and the whole place has such a cozy, homey atmosphere. The bed was super comfortable, with great quality cotton bedding, and the bathroom was spacious and had everything we needed. All the little details were there too: a good hairdryer, shampoo, shower gel and all the essentials. Honestly, an absolute gem! 💯 We really enjoyed our stay and would happily come back. "The hotel is really centrally located, and you can reach many places on foot. You can refill your water bottle for free at the reception. The rooms were very spacious and clean. There's no shower tray – just a shower fixture, so be aware that the bathroom will get wet after showering and there's no squeegee. It didn't bother us, for example. We arrived in the evening – the receptionist couldn't speak or understand English, so we had to communicate entirely with Google Translate and gestures. In the end, it still worked out well, and we were very satisfied. We only found out on the day of departure that if you rent a scooter, you can have it delivered to the hotel entrance, or even pick it up there. Definitely a highly recommended hotel."

"We booked this hotel for a month through the app. Initially, the size didn't quite match what was advertised, but it all worked out in the end. These apartments truly became a home away from home for us during our month-long stay! The staff is incredibly polite and responsive to all requests. They even bought us a pot, a frying pan, spoons, dinner knives, and forks. We mostly cooked at home. The fridge is large, and the washing machine is excellent! It's about 900 meters to the sea, but when you walk that distance twice a day, it doesn't feel far at all. The only downside during our stay was the noisy construction next door, but we even got used to that. A special thanks to Tan, the hotel manager, for his attention and understanding!"
