"This hotel is near Taksim Square, but it's tucked away in a residential area, giving it a very tranquil vibe. There's a coffee shop right across the street, which is perfect for a leisurely brunch before heading out for the day. It's also very close to both the metro and bus stations. A little further down the road from the hotel, there's a popular kebab shop (I found it on 'that' social media platform) that's excellent in terms of both taste and price. The hotel has a small table outside where you can enjoy the evening breeze. It's lovely to come back after a day out, take a shower, and then go across the street for a cup of black tea and relax. It's truly delightful. Overall, the price and location are both excellent, offering a very relaxed and comfortable stay."

"A wonderful, new hotel with a convenient location. The street is quite quiet, the Bosphorus is nearby, and so is the Galata Tower. There are many cafes and cozy restaurants around, plus a pharmacy and a fruit shop within walking distance. The staff are simply amazing – check-in was fast, they were friendly, and room cleaning was top-notch. The rooms are bright with good soundproofing. They had everything except bathrobes: a garment steamer, kettle, cups (though no teaspoons), a fridge, safe, slippers, and so on. The toiletries were of good quality and had a pleasant scent. Highly recommend!"

"This hotel is an excellent option for a short layover at Istanbul's new airport. It's about a 10-15 minute drive. I highly recommend taking the hotel's transfer service, as the airport taxi driver overcharged me and there was no way to dispute it; he just claimed to have turned off the meter. So, for my return journey, I booked the hotel transfer and didn't regret it at all. The hotel is new, very clean, and beautiful. There are many thoughtful touches, like complimentary mini-bar drinks, complimentary oriental sweets at the reception, and so on. The staff are incredibly friendly and responsive. My only complaints would be the poor soundproofing in the rooms; earplugs are a must. Also, the bedding was synthetic, not cotton. Overall, the hotel is definitely worth the money."

"Очень достойный отель за свои деньги. Прямо напротив метро Еникапы. Т е можно легко добраться с аэропорта до отеля на метро, избегая стамбульских пробок. В номерах тихо, несмотря на уличный шум. Есть все необходимое. Очень чисто, т к новый ремонт, поэтому ни плесени, ни тараканов вы здесь не увидите. Очень вежливый и услужливый управляющий. Мгновенно решал все вопросы. Рекомендую однозначно!"

"The location is perfect, you are less than 10 mins walk to the ferry and metro station. Plenty of restaurants and supermarkets within 5 mins of the hotel and plenty of kebab restaurants open until 3am. Just a warning that the hotel is on a steep hill with cobbled pavements. If you are arriving with heavy luggage, I’d suggest you take a taxi as it’ll be very difficult to navigate the narrow and busy street otherwise. Hotel is great, the rooms are spacious and kept clean. The provide bottle water and toiletries. The staff are very friendly and helpful."

"Let me break down my review: **Pros:** 1. The staff were excellent. They were proactive in their communication, and every time I returned, they'd actively stand up and greet me with a ”HOW ARE YOU.” 2. The front desk staff were also very helpful when I asked for directions. 3. The room was clean, the carpet showed no signs of dirt, and after cleaning, they would spray a fragrance, so there were no unpleasant odors. 4. We arrived an hour early, and they allowed us to check in after waiting just 20 minutes. **Cons:** 1. The toilet seat was broken. I was already very tired, and since we had checked in early, I didn't ask for a room change. However, it was really inconvenient because it moved around while I was using it. 2. The complimentary drinking water provided was just a small cup; other hotels usually offer bottled water. 3. The curtains were too narrow and couldn't close properly (you can see in the pictures). I even had to pull and stick them together myself, otherwise, I wouldn't have been able to sleep well (as I'm sensitive to light). 4. There's a house renovation project going on downstairs, and there was a lot of noise even at 10:30 PM. Closing the window helped a lot, but it was still loud. So, if you don't like noisy city areas, be aware ⚠️. 5. The breakfast was the simplest I've had in Turkey. As you can see in the pictures, the egg pancake was an extra charge, so I didn't order it. But it might have been really cheap, which explains it. Overall, while the price was affordable, when you're traveling, you truly realize how important comfort is once you've stayed somewhere. So, next time, I will choose a place with a better environment."

"The hotel building is old. Be beautiful and everything close to you. You take it to walk, anything you need close to you. Like restaurants, a place full of tourists. But the morning sunlight goes into the room. The breakfast is very good. And the reception service is nice. And when the whole crew went out and went in, Welcome."

"The staff were very friendly and great, but despite being listed as new, the hotel itself is actually very old and it's clear they cut a lot of corners. We only received towels and slippers for the first two days; we had to ask for them, as well as for toilet paper. Even the toilet paper disappeared on the second day. The bed linen and blankets were all stained. Also, when booking, the services listed that airport transfer was included in the price, but after booking, they said it was incorrect and didn't bother to update it in the app."

"The Canopy by Hilton has a great location, although many hotels in the area are similarly well-situated due to their proximity to Taksim Square. This means there are plenty of hotels, restaurants, currency exchange offices, bars, and taxis all around, as it's a tourist hotspot. The front desk service at this hotel was exceptional and very attentive, as were the greeters. If you close the windows tightly, you won't be bothered by the street noise. The air conditioning and bathroom in the room were also excellent! Definitely worth staying here!"

"The room facilities were a bit old, the walls were peeling, and the bathroom smelled. As a transit hotel for the last night, I didn't have high expectations considering the price. Because it's located in the middle of an alley, the surrounding environment is relatively quiet, but the room's soundproofing is poor. After several days in Turkey, I was exhausted, so I slept okay at night. The staff were quite friendly."
