It's a highly recommended hotel with excellent value for money! ✨ Accommodation Highlights: Spacious and comfortable beds: We stayed in a 'Deluxe King Room.' The room was bright and spacious, and the king-size bed was incredibly comfortable – not too soft, not too firm – ensuring we got a full night's rest after a day of exploring. Clean and well-maintained environment: The hotel's overall hygiene was excellent. The rooms were spotless, and the bathroom facilities were new with strong water pressure, making for a very pleasant stay. High value for money: To find such a high-quality hotel at such an affordable price in a popular resort destination like Pattaya is truly exceptional value. Plus, we earned extra Trip Coins by booking on the platform, which was a nice bonus! ⚠️ Things to note: Transportation: The hotel is quietly located away from the hustle and bustle. If you plan to visit the main beach promenade or large shopping malls, it's more convenient to use Grab taxi services or rent a scooter. "Overall, Arawana Regency Hotel in South Pattaya is great. The rooms are cleaned daily and kept tidy, and there are many affordable shops nearby. It's a twenty-minute walk to the beach, and getting around by songthaew is convenient. Just a heads-up, the hotel doesn't provide slippers or toiletries, so remember to bring your own. It offers excellent value for money and is definitely worth a stay."

"Loved this place so much! 10000% comfortable sleep. I loved the room as soon as I walked in. It was cool and comfortable even without the AC on. The bed was soft, the pillows were soft, and the blanket was cool and clean. There's a TV to watch. It's just over 1 kilometer from Bali Hai Pier and close to Jomtien Beach. The accommodation is quiet and has an elevator. There's a motorcycle rental shop right next door, so if you don't have a car, I highly recommend checking them out – it was super convenient when I rented from there. The hotel's location is excellent; there's a 7-Eleven at the entrance of the alley, less than 50 meters away. Love it, love it! I'll definitely stay here again next time!"

"A True Hidden Gem in the Heart of Pattaya! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I ended up at the Aston Hotel under a bit of stress after my flight was cancelled, forcing me to extend my stay in Thailand by a week. Honestly? It was the best ”accident” that could have happened. Since the hotel just opened in December 2025, everything feels incredibly fresh, modern, and pristine. It’s rare to find a spot that balances high-end quality with such a reasonable price point. Highlights of My Stay Modern Luxury: Being a brand-new property, the rooms are sleek and the amenities are top-notch. You can really tell they put thought into the design and comfort. Prime Location: If you want to be where the action is, this is it. It’s perfectly situated right in the middle of Pattaya’s best shopping malls, vibrant nightlife, and amusement attractions. Everything I wanted to see or do was just a short walk or baht bus ride away. Exemplary Service: The staff went above and beyond. Even though I was dealing with the headache of a cancelled flight, their warm hospitality and efficiency made me forget all about my travel troubles. A Quick Tip I opted not to add breakfast to my booking, and for me, it was the right call. Because the hotel is so centrally located, there are dozens of incredible local cafes and street food vendors right outside the front door. It’s a great way to explore the local flavors! The Verdict Whether you’re booking a planned vacation or—like me—need a last-minute sanctuary, the Aston Hotel is an absolute winner. I cannot recommend it enough for anyone visiting Pattaya. I’ll definitely be back (hopefully with a confirmed flight next time)!"

"The hotel is superb, the staff are excellent, everyone is polite and friendly, everything is wonderful and safe. It's clean, modern, the pool is great, and the gym is excellent. I will definitely stay here again, I highly recommend it. The only thing I would add is a bathrobe, but that's a minor point."

"The hotel's location is ideal! There are 'Tors' shops and a 7/11 nearby, gyms are close, and the Big Buddha is just around the corner. The pool is small but cozy, and there was always enough space. The 'fitness room' is a joke – it's just a treadmill, an exercise bike, and a few dumbbells, barely enough space for one person. So, I wouldn't proudly call it a fitness room. Breakfast was good, pretty much the same every day. We missed the famous omelets, but by the end of our vacation, we found out you could order them individually (sigh). The main drawback was the housekeeping! There were ants all over the room, and the floor was only cleaned once in 17 days after we requested it. The cleaners would sometimes leave tea/coffee and sometimes not, sometimes bring water and sometimes not, and sometimes bring only one bottle instead of two. This wasn't just in our room but also in all four rooms on the first floor that our group occupied. The service at reception was also inconsistent – sometimes they'd greet you, sometimes they'd ignore you for days 🤷‍♂️ Overall, we enjoyed everything except for the cleaning. Definitely get a room that doesn't face the road; apparently, it's noisy."

"The hotel provided excellent service. When I checked in, the staff member gave me all the details about my stay and even walked me to the elevator (there's a 2000 baht cash deposit, which is refunded at check-out). The service was truly great. Every area of the hotel was beautifully decorated with lovely colors, plants, and furniture. The walk to the beach from the room wasn't far at all, and there's a medium-sized pool with a shallow section perfect for kids to play in and even swim. The color palette the hotel chose is really charming, making the poolside a very popular spot for photos. And the ocean itself is stunning! In the morning, they served a delicious breakfast with a fantastic spread of food and bakery items. It was impressive, I loved it."

"If you're looking for peace and quiet, this is an excellent choice. We stayed for a week. The rooms are newly renovated, everything is clean and tidy. The staff are very friendly and always ready to help. If you're walking, it might be a bit far. But if you have a scooter, you couldn't ask for a better option – everything is close by. There's a fairly affordable scooter rental not far from the hotel. Within a 10-minute walk, there's a small market food court, massage parlors, a laundry service, and a coffee shop with very decent coffee. I also highly recommend the Godzilla bar and restaurant; it's delicious, has a great atmosphere, and is nearby. We were happy to spend our time here and would gladly stay again."

"I spent a long time looking for a hotel to stay at, and my search truly paid off. My main criteria were cleanliness, quietness, proximity to the Russian Market, good reviews, price, and a balcony. This place perfectly met all of them! The hotel is new, clean, and has a fantastic balcony with lighting. The furniture and design are tasteful, and the shower is spacious. There's also a hairdryer, which was really important to me, and a drying rack on the balcony. Housekeeping was daily, providing fresh towels and toiletries. The bedding is incredibly soft and comfortable. There's no strange odor in the rooms. It's clear the owner poured their heart into this hotel. The reception staff are very friendly. The owner is incredibly positive and super customer-focused. He always checked in to see how we were doing and if everything was alright with our room. I love Thailand for their responsiveness. If we ever come back to Thailand, we'll only stay here! We'll recommend it to everyone!"
