New Hotels in Pattaya

"We traveled as a family and booked 6 rooms. The hotel is new, rooms are clean, with robes, slippers, towels, a safe, and beach towel rentals available. Housekeeping was done daily, and the staff was friendly. On the downside, the pool is small, and they constantly forgot to leave tea, even when we asked. The gym is only 5 square meters (just for show, or to say they have one). Also, the staff tried to scam us with the deposit refund. The deposit for each room was 1000 Baht, so they owed us 6000. But they only gave us 5000 and then put on a show, trying to sweet-talk us, hoping we wouldn't recount. We stay in different hotels every year, but we might actually come back to this one."

"I especially loved this hotel, and for me, it’s definitely a 10/10. Here are my reasons. From the very first moment, we received such a warm welcome. Kik did a fantastic job welcoming us and making us feel comfortable from the beginning. The first four things I always check when I enter a hotel room are: good air conditioning, curtains that can make the room completely dark, strong shower pressure, and good Wi-Fi. This hotel has all four! 🙌 The staff are extremely friendly, helpful, and professional. I especially want to mention Jack, such a great guy! He helped us several times during our stay and was always kind and professional. Another thing I really appreciated is that the pictures are real. The swimming pool, kids’ area, sauna, and other facilities look just like they do in the photos. And last but definitely not least, I have to mention the cleaning ladies. They are absolutely superb! Every day we had fresh towels, soft drinks, and everything was spotless. What impressed me the most was how quiet and respectful they were. If you are sleeping, you won’t hear loud conversations or a vacuum cleaner outside your room. That really makes a difference. So, if you like the pictures and the price of this hotel, I would definitely recommend coming here. The facilities are great, but the staff are what really make this hotel special. "What a lovely stay if you're visiting Pattaya with your family. The hotel is completely themed like a cruise ship and has everything you need if you have children. Two swimming pools, one of which is perfect for kids with lots of play options, and two separate indoor playgrounds. The room itself was delightful. Equipped with air conditioning, a comfortable bed, and a fully functional bathroom. There was even a small balcony, should you want to take in some of Pattaya's warmth. Furthermore, the service was perfect and the staff were incredibly friendly. We would recommend this hotel to everyone, also thanks to its perfect location. Close to the beach and close to the large shopping centers. We would definitely choose this hotel again if we return to Pattaya."

"Overall, Arawana Regency Hotel in South Pattaya is great. The rooms are cleaned daily and kept tidy, and there are many affordable shops nearby. It's a twenty-minute walk to the beach, and getting around by songthaew is convenient. Just a heads-up, the hotel doesn't provide slippers or toiletries, so remember to bring your own. It offers excellent value for money and is definitely worth a stay."

"I really loved this hotel. It was superb! The location is excellent: close to the wonderful Pratumnak Beach, as well as a market, 7-Eleven, and many great restaurants. The hotel is new and clean, and the rooms are pleasant and cozy. The staff are very polite and friendly. Thank you very much! We were happy to stay here."

"The hotel's location is great, and the room is bright and clean, but there's a strong drain smell. It's convenient having a 7-Eleven and Best Mart right next to the hotel. Also, with Siam Commercial Bank right beside it, it should be handy for those who use Woori Bank. I stayed on the second floor, so I'm not sure if the drain smell is an issue on higher floors. Because of the drain smell, I'd probably think twice about staying here again."

"The hotel is brand new, it just opened. Everything is fresh and new. The bedding is spotlessly white, and the towels are plush. They provide good quality toiletries. On check-in day, snacks and the mini-bar are complimentary in the room. There's also a capsule coffee machine. The breakfasts are superb, and there's a gym. It's not far from Cozy Beach. I loved everything and highly recommend it."

"The place itself was okay, but the day I checked in, I had a bit of an issue with the front desk staff. The person didn't smile, didn't make eye contact, and seemed really flustered and busy with many things, which I really didn't appreciate for a first encounter. It felt like they were thinking, ”Ugh, I'm so busy, why are you asking so many questions?” However, everyone else was great. I still remember that specific staff member; they had long hair and were on the heavier side. But all the other service staff were lovely, spoke nicely, and were cheerful and friendly. I'm giving four stars for cleanliness because when I opened the room door, there was a strong smell from the bathroom on the upper floor of the condo. Also, in the bathroom itself, some corners and crevices weren't very clean and had a slight odor, which wasn't ideal. But everything else was fine."

"Loved this place so much! 10000% comfortable sleep. I loved the room as soon as I walked in. It was cool and comfortable even without the AC on. The bed was soft, the pillows were soft, and the blanket was cool and clean. There's a TV to watch. It's just over 1 kilometer from Bali Hai Pier and close to Jomtien Beach. The accommodation is quiet and has an elevator. There's a motorcycle rental shop right next door, so if you don't have a car, I highly recommend checking them out – it was super convenient when I rented from there. The hotel's location is excellent; there's a 7-Eleven at the entrance of the alley, less than 50 meters away. Love it, love it! I'll definitely stay here again next time!"
