"The location and environment were absolutely fantastic! We had a family room for three of us and it was incredibly spacious and comfortable. The hotel facilities, amenities, and bedding were all brand new and felt very luxurious. There's also a hotel pool, the only minor downside was the lack of a laundry room. Having a 24-hour supermarket right downstairs was super convenient! Next time I go to Cebu, I'll definitely choose One Tree again!!!!"

"Its a brand new hotel. Very clean & the staff are really helpful. Both check-in and check-out were a breeze. The spaces are clean, airy, and meticulously maintained. The room was bright and well-lit, with floor-to-ceiling windows offering city views. The bed was soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a peaceful and quiet rest. The toilet comes with a smart function button which is a bonus. I didnt try the breakfast. The lobby is a wow. Highly recommend this hotel."

"The hotel is on their soft opening yet they did not come short of their services. Our room was kept clean always. Towels and toiletries were changed and refilled daily. Staff were very polite. There is a provided parking space but I wish it was roofed. I would prefer as well that the toilet has a bidet and the shower water pressure a little bit stronger. But it was a great stay over all!
