The location was perfect, making it easy to get around and explore nearby attractions.  Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. We look forward to coming back again! However, we would like to suggest an improvement in the provision of drinking water. It would be great if the hotel could provide more accessible drinking water options, such as additional bottled water or a water dispenser for guests"

"The place is newly opened but even then, everything was seamless. Check-in was easy although we arrived at midnight, parking was a breeze and the rooms were very clean and complete with amenities. Truly satisfied with the stay. Keep it up!"

"Service was friendly and approachable, we were able to get fast attention from the front desk due to our room cards malfunctioned and in another instance one of the lift malfunctioned. Around 10 parking lots are ready for guests, with additional street parking. Room and bathroom size is still maneuverable for Asians, and the design is of minimalist and modern style at the same time. Sound proofing is near to none as we can hear other guests conversation, whether they are at the corridor or next room."

"Booked this apartment for its location and also because it was almost brand new. Positives: + Location - close to town and very convenient + It's almost brand new and low occupancy so very quiet and amenities in building are brand new although things like spa pool and atapchi pool are closed. + Good customer service from IWH. Customer service officer Dee was very helpful and friendly. + Cukcoo water dispenser in unit which is great was getting both hot and cold drinking water. + Branded appliances. Negatives: - Apartment's furnishing wasn't great. Dining stool has this metal ***** around it that is sharp and actually cut my daughter's leg. - Mattress was ultra hard while pillow is too soft. - While towels and shower gel and shampoo is provided, there is no handwashing soap provided. - Towels provided are fairly low quality and one even had cigarette smell which we asked to be replaced. - While we appreciate the separate shower cubicle and toilet, there is no curtains to separate the bathroom area and the living area making changing clothes coming out of shower abit of a hassle. - Water pressure is not great. Overall, while the price is good, this we feel is one of those case where the apartment looks much better in photos than actual due to the budget friendly furnishing used."

"The location is decent, with a few restaurants nearby. It's about a 20-minute walk to Old Town and a 10-minute walk to Dessert Street Night Market. The hotel has been renovated, but the management and service quality could use some improvement."

"The service was terrible. All the facilities were fine, probably because they were still new. The decor was okay too. The pool wasn't really for swimming as it was small, but it was good for photos. It wasn't even a regular rectangular shape, and it was tiny. The first time I checked in, I arrived at 4 PM and was told the room wasn't ready. The second time, I arrived at 8 PM, and I still had to wait an hour because they said they couldn't find the room key. I was speechless, couldn't they just assign me another room? If you ignore the service, it's generally alright."

"A big corner house with 9 rooms. Spacious hall living room with TV channels. Dining set with tablewares. No stove no utensil for cooking. A fridge, microwave and water dispenser with hot, warm and cold water. Downstairs has a shared toilet too. Clean and nice. Last minute 5pm on the spot booked this unit. Instant confirmation and easy self check in instantly. Fast response from the incharge person. I booked Family room for 5pax on the first floor. 2 bedrooms with a joint toilet. Room8 spacious 1king 1single. Room9 1queen. Very comfy thick beds. TV in the room cannot be used. Old mother need to go downstairs to watch TV at the living hall. Its fine quite convenient and comfy to sit in the living. Greeting many guests coming in and out haha. Very affordable price. Nearby restaurants and attractions. Great stay! Thanks!"
