"I had a wonderful stay at D’Kelly Hotel. It’s a new and modern hotel, and everything feels fresh, clean, and well-maintained. The room was very comfortable and equipped with high-tech facilities, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The bed was new and very cozy, perfect for a good night’s rest. The facilities are impressive, especially the nice swimming pool, which is great for relaxing. There is also a café next door that opens until 2am, so it’s very convenient if you get hungry late at night. Overall, the hotel offers great comfort, modern design, and excellent value for money. The environment is pleasant, and it’s clear that a lot of effort has gone into making guests feel comfortable. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a nice and comfortable stay in this area. I would definitely stay here again!"

"Very unpleasant experience. I would never book this hotel again. Even though we stayed for only one night, too many things went wrong. When we arrived, the receptionist couldn’t find our booking. After that, we were given a hotel access card that was very old and broken with tape patched. When we went to the room, the door was already slightly open. Inside the room, the DB box cover was open and hanging upward, which felt unsafe. There were no refills for tissue paper, shampoo, or shower gel, and there was no hair dryer at all. the pillow cotton is coming out, all furniture are old and not well maintained. To make things worse, at around 2:20 a.m., all the electricity suddenly went off — all switches stopped working and there was no power. Overall, a very bad experience and definitely not worth it."

"We stayed only a night with my family of 4. Overall, I am impressed with the Hotel as it is newly opened, clean and European concept. Reminded me of my stay in European hotels. Given that it is a hotel with sleeping beds only, the facilities are located nearby in the main hotel. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Layout and design are good. Could be nice to have some basic amenities like toothbrush and toothpaste, at least. Shampoo and shower gel was available. However, the bathroom is a bit small, and any movement would make the partition sound, given the size of the bathroom (ie european style, lack of space, narrow). On our day of checkout, the other guests were inconsiderate, as children were running along the room corridors in the morning, whilst we were still asleep. Also, due to the close proximity of the room and partition materials, any sound would make it loud. It was inconsiderate for the other guest to also talk so loudly in the morning at the nearby room. Maybe a sign to show to keep their volumes down would be helpful in future."

"The location is perfect. The only downside is that I didn't sleep either night. It's very noisy from the road. Not just very, but VERY VERY! It was my first time staying somewhere with such thin walls. Loud motorcycles drove by at night, and I could hear them revving very distinctly."

"Booked this apartment for its location and also because it was almost brand new. Positives: + Location - close to town and very convenient + It's almost brand new and low occupancy so very quiet and amenities in building are brand new although things like spa pool and atapchi pool are closed. + Good customer service from IWH. Customer service officer Dee was very helpful and friendly. + Cukcoo water dispenser in unit which is great was getting both hot and cold drinking water. + Branded appliances. Negatives: - Apartment's furnishing wasn't great. Dining stool has this metal ***** around it that is sharp and actually cut my daughter's leg. - Mattress was ultra hard while pillow is too soft. - While towels and shower gel and shampoo is provided, there is no handwashing soap provided. - Towels provided are fairly low quality and one even had cigarette smell which we asked to be replaced. - While we appreciate the separate shower cubicle and toilet, there is no curtains to separate the bathroom area and the living area making changing clothes coming out of shower abit of a hassle. - Water pressure is not great. Overall, while the price is good, this we feel is one of those case where the apartment looks much better in photos than actual due to the budget friendly furnishing used."
