"It's a very new serviced apartment with a great design and all the amenities. I stayed here for three nights in Tbilisi. I added the hotel reception on WhatsApp so I could contact them directly with any issues and they were resolved quickly. The view from the third-floor terrace was fantastic; I rested there every night."
"The room and facilities are very new—so new that there is still a slight smell of renovation. Please note that there is no elevator; the host will help you with your luggage upon arrival, but you may need to make arrangements with him when you leave. Also, the window is located right above the bed, so you have to step up onto the bed to close it, which is a bit inconvenient. Other than that, everything was quite good. The soundproofing is not great, as this residential building doesn't only house hotel rooms and is still undergoing continuous renovations, so there is some noise. The location is excellent, within walking distance of the Old Town."
"I'm writing this review a bit late, but I stayed here at the beginning of July and was very pleased! Even though some renovations were still underway, it didn't bother me at all. The staff made sure there were no noises or smells. They even upgraded me to a room with a terrace. The breakfasts were absolutely delicious! The staff were polite and attentive 🫶🏽 I want to thank them for their hospitality!"
"Stunning apartment! The city and river views are captivating. Everything in the apartment is thoughtfully designed down to the last detail, making you feel right at home. The furniture and renovation are absolutely new and of the highest quality. I give it my highest recommendation. Karen is an ideal and hospitable host; any issues are resolved instantly. For my next visit to Tbilisi, I will definitely choose this apartment again. It's a smart home, and within walking distance, you'll find shops, cafes, pharmacies, and a wonderful restaurant. The photos of the apartment perfectly match what's shown on the website. Top marks all around!"
