Regarding the service, it was absolutely impeccable, truly on par with what you'd find in China. The front desk staff were incredibly helpful. I had originally booked the wrong room, and while Ctrip spent ages trying to reach the hotel, saying they couldn't get through, the hotel staff at the front desk promptly and cheerfully changed my room for me. As for the facilities, they were a bit odd. The shower system definitely needs replacing; it leaked everywhere. The beds are much softer than those in Chinese hotels. Some rooms face a bar, which can be very noisy, so if you're sensitive to sound, be sure to mention it when you check in.

The hotel is sort of boutique but generally careless service and no smiles from the staff remembers starting from front desk ending with cafeteria personnel. It was disappointing to see knowing Georgians generally r very hospitable and willing to help. These ones acted like u drag them with ur stupid questions and they have to go extra mile for free. U speak English or Russian to them does not matter. They do not care about u or about ur business that u chose their hotel vs others. Breakfast was fine but nothing special. Everywhere I felt like they didn’t expect u and why u even came. The location is convenient to the subway. The hotel across has a patio and people there got excited because of drinking and were sooo load u cannot sleep and I had to call the staff to calm them down and get some sleep. The previous hotel I stayed in Tbilisi close to Freedom square was much nicer. So I will not recommend this one.

Good place to stay when you plan to sightseeing Tbilisi city, close to centre city, convenient store and many restaurants. There also provide good rooms with great services for Thai ppl like us very appropriate the pipe in restroom, last thing cant forget is absolutely stunning valuable breatfast, we really enjoyed couple of breakfast during we stay. Love it and recommended

Stays at 3rd floor with a good view on the mountains. But to see the greatest view better go by stairs, not elevator. Truly attentive, friendly, and helpful staff that can help you anytime. The great recreational facilities listed on the website are all available and in good working order. The restaurant deserves special attention. We tried a variety of dishes during our stay. Georgian cuisine is simply delicious. I highly recommend trying the cream soups and khinkali. I’d like to add that the cheese pancakes were delicious, but I would have liked to have them—and the various breakfast options—served earlier; I missed having breakfast served early. I’d also like to see a map or at least a bus schedule with the routes. That was definitely missing, and it wasn’t always easy to figure it out on my own using the apps. And there are also lots of different birds in the area. I wasn’t able to do it on this trip, but maybe someone else will be lucky enough to wait for them and feed them by hand. I wish this wonderful place and the people who work here all the best and continued success.

Upon check-in, there was an issue with the room payment – I had paid through Trip.com, but the hotel couldn't see the payment. Nevertheless, we provided a deposit while the situation was being clarified. Overnight, the Trip.com team resolved everything, and our money was returned! This was the only unpleasant thing that happened during our stay. The hotel offered amazing and varied breakfasts, a really great outdoor pool and spa area, and a beautiful and cozy room! Чистый и стильный номер, отличный завтрак, отзывчивый русскоговорящий персонал, который сразу предложил найти выход из форс-мажорной ситуации, в которую мы попали. До Площади Свободы 10 минут пешком; но стоит иметь в виду, что отель расположен на горе, по дороге в отель в паре мест довольно крутой подъем.

What I liked about it was that everything was around it: Starbucks, Dunkin', Subway, Wendy's, an Italian pizza restaurant, and a park, all in one of the most upscale neighborhoods in Tbilisi. However, the room size was small, and to top it off, the bathroom door was transparent, offering no privacy at all. If I return to Tbilisi, I won't come back to this place. I'd look for cheaper options in the same area; it's not worth the price. That said, I won't return to Georgia at all, especially Tbilisi, which isn't nice and is very primitive.

Excellent location! Hotel Magnolia is within walking distance of everything. I easily explored the entire Old Town with its narrow streets and temples on foot. It's right next to Freedom Square. There are plenty of cafes, restaurants, shops, and ATMs nearby. The hotel offers a delicious buffet breakfast. The room has a kettle, cups, and a hairdryer. The Wi-Fi is good. But the best part is the incredibly kind staff – wonderful people who are ready to help at any moment. They are so responsive! I booked an airport transfer through the hotel for only 75 Georgian Lari, and it was super fast. Everything was on time, easy, and simple! A huge thank you to the lovely people at the reception, and to everyone who cleans the rooms and hallways, and who prepares the food! Thank you so much for being there. I will definitely be back!

And the location is simply amazing! 🔥 It’s right in the heart of Tbilisi, with beautiful streets, attractions, cafés, and restaurants all within walking distance. It’s the perfect base for exploring the city and enjoying its atmosphere. A huge thank you to the hosts for their incredible hospitality, care, and warmth! I would absolutely recommend Point Hotel to anyone visiting Tbilisi, especially solo travelers and with family. You truly feel safe, comfortable, and at home here. ❤️ 10/10!
