GGuest UserThe hotel is sort of boutique but generally careless service and no smiles from the staff remembers starting from front desk ending with cafeteria personnel.
It was disappointing to see knowing Georgians generally r very hospitable and willing to help.
These ones acted like u drag them with ur stupid questions and they have to go extra mile for free.
U speak English or Russian to them does not matter. They do not care about u or about ur business that u chose their hotel vs others.
Breakfast was fine but nothing special. Everywhere I felt like they didn’t expect u and why u even came.
The location is convenient to the subway.
The hotel across has a patio and people there got excited because of drinking and were sooo load u cannot sleep and I had to call the staff to calm them down and get some sleep.
The previous hotel I stayed in Tbilisi close to Freedom square was much nicer.
So I will not recommend this one.

На ресепшене вежливы и внимательны. Номера убраны. Полотенца, халаты, тапочки, шампуни и тд все в наличии. Уборка каждый день.

GGuest UserStays at 3rd floor with a good view on the mountains. But to see the greatest view better go by stairs, not elevator.
Truly attentive, friendly, and helpful staff that can help you anytime.
The great recreational facilities listed on the website are all available and in good working order.
The restaurant deserves special attention. We tried a variety of dishes during our stay. Georgian cuisine is simply delicious. I highly recommend trying the cream soups and khinkali.
I’d like to add that the cheese pancakes were delicious, but I would have liked to have them—and the various breakfast options—served earlier; I missed having breakfast served early.
I’d also like to see a map or at least a bus schedule with the routes. That was definitely missing, and it wasn’t always easy to figure it out on my own using the apps.
And there are also lots of different birds in the area. I wasn’t able to do it on this trip, but maybe someone else will be lucky enough to wait for them and feed them by hand.
I wish this wonderful place and the people who work here all the best and continued success.

GGuest UserThank you for the wonderful stay at your hotel. We stayed for a week and had requested a room with a view in advance because it was my birthday. The view was splendid, and the hotel was cozy. Breakfasts were magnificent. Housekeeping was daily. We asked for extra pillows, and the staff brought them right away. I even received a complimentary gift from the hotel for my birthday. The only minor issue was that some water splashes out of the shower onto the floor due to the partition, but it's not a big deal. Also, a suggestion: it would be great to have toothbrush holders in the bathroom. Thank you so much for your hospitality. We will definitely recommend your hotel to our friends.

До Площади Свободы 10 минут пешком; но стоит иметь в виду, что отель расположен на горе, по дороге в отель в паре мест довольно крутой подъем.

AAnonymous UserThe hotel itself and its amenities are nice. The swimming pools (indoor and outdoor) look pretty good and the lobby is very clean and stylish. The bar at the swimming pool and on the first floor is pretty nice, cocktails were amazing although little pricey.
However, the service was questionable. First of all, the restaurant on the first floor: waiting time for food - 1h(!), we had to go for lunch to nearby hotel (shoutout to Golden Tulip rooftop restaurant). Secondly, the staff forgot to put mini kits in our room (soap/lotion/razors/cotton pads/shower caps/etc). Thirdly, we went to the pool at 9:30am, there weren’t enough pool towels for 6 people. And lastly the room service was outrageously slow at night. Nobody picked the phone for 15 min. straight, we had to call the reception and guest service. After they took our order, it was another 45-50 minutes before our food came (it wasn’t much just tea and some cheese pie).
Overall, the hotel is ok, but service needs improving. I visited a few Marriott hotels (participant of Marriott Bonvoy program), this one looks like Sheraton, but doesn’t feel like it.

AAnonymous UserVery central and close to all the sights. Lovely hotel, beautiful rooms and great facilities. Staff were very attentive, friendly and helpful. Could not have done more to help us.
One small issue was that we ate breakfast later (9:45, it finished at 11) and often some of the buffet foods were empty and not being replaced. The bread wasn’t fresh and the fruit had been out a while. Having said that, we mentioned this to one of the staff and they did make the effort the following day to provide more of the foods that were out earlier which meant a lot to us.
Very good stay- would definitely recommend!

SSabina051The rooms are very run-down and dim, with some lights not even working. They initially put me in one room, but I found a lot of hair on the bedding, and the cups and nightstand were dirty, as if the room hadn't been cleaned at all. I asked the administrator to do something about it, and they moved me to the next room. The new room was pretty much the same, just slightly better. I realized other rooms were probably in a similar state, so I didn't bother asking to move again. The hotel itself is on a hill, very close to all the attractions, which was a plus. There's a great view of the city from the roof, but my room had a view of a construction site. There was no drinking water, tea, or coffee in the room, though that would have been a nice bonus. Overall, the hotel's condition and upkeep leave a lot to be desired. A bit more coziness and cleanliness would make a huge difference.

GGuest UserWe took a taxi from Tbilisi Station to the hotel, which took about 20 minutes. The hotel is in a great location. It is opposite the trade center. The room is clean and hygienic. The hotel has a swimming pool. The breakfast is also very rich. The only drawback is that it is close to the main road and it is a bit noisy at night.
