New Hotels in Berlin

"Hotel is in a quiet residential area. My room was clean and spacious. My bathroom was with separated shower (unlike other reviews state). I did have a window facing the train tracks but actually it wasn’t too bad and I’ve slept well. USB ports would be useful by the bed in addition to the electric sockets. The only disappointment was the TV as the signal was distorted, all the channels were pixelated and I couldn’t screen-share either from my iPhone 🫤 I think simple coffee/tea (and a kettle) provision in the room would be a nice touch rather than just one small bottle of sparkling water. Breakfast was nice with loads to choose but it got very busy (the second morning) and staff struggled to clear the tables for the newcomers as well as bring fresh food and replenish the coffee machines. I had to settle at a table with leftovers from the previous diners 🫤"

"My parents have stayed at H2 Hotel Berlin-Alexanderplatz before and previously had a much better experience. On this occasion, they were allocated a room on a lower floor where the Wi-Fi was extremely poor and often unusable. The television was also disappointing. The hotel remains well located and the room was clean, but the service fell below expectations. When these issues were raised, the younger members of staff were not particularly helpful or proactive in trying to resolve them. Basic problems such as unreliable Wi-Fi should be taken seriously, especially when guests are staying for several days. The staff would benefit from stronger customer-service training and a more attentive approach. Based on their earlier stays, my parents know the hotel can do better."

"I originally booked a Cosy Room, but due to a problem with the hotel, I was upgraded to a balcony room on the fifth floor the next day (I booked four nights in total). The room type was excellent. This hotel is very new, only opened this year, and there was a strong smell of renovation. Some rooms were not thoroughly cleaned, so those sensitive to smells and hygiene should choose carefully. Also, the lobby downstairs is very noisy every day because of the restaurants and cafes. I really love this area. It's a 10-minute walk to the shopping street, and there are all kinds of restaurants around. There's also a small park and a church behind the hotel, which made me, a girl, feel very safe."

"Amazing experience in Homaris K48 Studio. Excellent location, extremely clean not only the room but also the common spaces. The place is modern and the neighborhood is plenty of cafes, restaurants, bars and shops. Good transport communication and easy walking with many interests history points nearby."

"This place is a bit far from the center of Berlin, but it seems to be a safe and, according to locals, affluent area. There isn't staff on-site all the time, but I was able to check in via internet call. The showers are shared between men and women, which is common in Germany, but there seems to be a separate women's shower room, so effectively they are separated. Both the showers and toilets were clean; I had no issues with them. However, since it's on the ground floor and faces the street, I occasionally heard voices, footsteps, and smelled cigarette smoke from outside, but that's to be expected. I'd likely stay here again on my next trip to Berlin!"

"This hotel is located far from the subway. It is expected to walk for ten minutes. Fortunately, there is a large supermarket next to it. The facilities are newer but there is no phone for room service. You can only scan the code to make an appointment!"
