"Facilities: As it's a new Atour hotel, all the facilities are quite new and convenient, with everything you need. The only minor issue is the wireless charging, which isn't particularly effective.
Cleanliness: The hygiene is basically flawless; it's exceptionally clean. The cleaning staff are also wonderful, highly recommend them.
Service: The service was a delightful surprise. The front desk staff were all very enthusiastic and thoughtful, and the laundry room attendant was also excellent."

"This hotel was good except for the disappointment about the gym. We booked this hotel specifically out of others in kangding as it was written on booking that the hotel offers a gym. We are on a training program and need a gym. When we arrived and asked about the gym they said that the gym had not been opened yet. When I asked why they advertise themselves as hotel with a gym the response was “we used to have a gym, now it’s under renovation because some of the equipment is out of use”, and when I asked if I still could use what equipment that was working, the response was simply no and that I can go to an outdoor exercise area outside in the freezing cold. So rude! Except for this the hotel was totally fine, nice rooms and good breakfast. Just don’t advertise what you don’t have online, it leaves costumers dissatisfied even if the rest was good."

The rooms are well-laid out and brightly lit. The bedding is incredibly comfortable, with just the right firmness. The bathroom features a well-designed wet and dry separation and even oxygen supply, which is crucial at high altitudes. These details demonstrate the hotel's attention to detail.
From the warm welcome and patient answers to all my questions at check-in, to the spotless cleaning staff, and the attentive service from the restaurant staff, every aspect made me feel right at home.
I will definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit Xinduqiao, and I highly recommend it!"

"I was so lucky to stay in a wonderful B&B in Kangding. The owner, a very kind and thoughtful lady, was very welcoming and considerate throughout the entire stay. She gave me a great discount and even upgraded my room. The view from the window was incredible. The overall style was very stylish, and I loved sitting in the lobby lounge area. The weather was nice, and the sunlight streaming in was so relaxing. From the upstairs observation deck, I could almost see the snow-capped mountains in the distance. The cable car to Paomashan was also very atmospheric. They even gave me free coffee to take away before leaving. It was absolutely amazing!"

"This time I stayed at the Love Songwan Hotel and the experience exceeded expectations! The location of the hotel is excellent, the window is the beautiful bay, and it is very pleasant to take a walk in the evening to watch the sunset. The room is spacious and bright, the bedding is soft and clean, the shower water pressure is stable, and the living is particularly practical. What I want to boast about most is the service: from the front desk to the room aunt, everyone is smiling and responsive, and they also take the initiative to help us plan the play route, warm like family. The breakfast is also very rich, and the local specialties of small fried and fresh fruits make people appetite. This family trip, the old and young are very satisfied, next time I come to choose this one! highly recommended."

The facilities are complete and intimate, the floor heating, oxygen production, and bathroom are very comfortable. The towels and bath towels are disposable and clean. The boss service was super warm and thoughtful. He informed in advance that the day of check-in was his birthday. The boss specially prepared cakes and red envelopes and sent red wine! ! ! So touched! ! The yak hot pot yak beef for dinner is fresh and tender, and the entrance is instant, and you can feel the romantic hot pot atmosphere at the foot of the snow-capped mountains. The overall environment is quiet and healing, it is an ideal choice for avoiding the world in the mountains, will come again next time, really recommend!"
