The hotel is very close to the city center, making it convenient for getting around, shopping, and dining. Transportation is easy and straightforward. The overall environment is quiet and comfortable, offering great value for money, perfect for both leisure and business trips."

"This hotel is great, Treasure Island theme, cabin style, very special; the whole villa is still under development, the concierge brother drove us to visit the whole mountain with a battery car, and patiently explained, the scenery is beautiful, if all the development is completed, it will definitely come back to see; The service here is absolutely five-star, from the front desk to the concierge to the restaurant, it feels absolutely at home. "The room is very large, in the center of the county, the surrounding business district is rich, and it is very close to the Jialebi and the museum. In particular, I want to praise the front desk lady, because I brought 2 children out to travel with my friends. The front desk lady immediately helped us upgrade 3 breakfasts the next day for free. "This newly opened hotel is great overall. The high-level view is also excellent, though the room is a bit small. Also, I'm not sure if they properly checked things during the hotel's renovation, but the vanity mirror was installed about 20cm above my head – I'm 166cm tall, so was this meant for someone over 190cm? And the shower water temperature could only be adjusted to 37 degrees Celsius, which was really a bit cold. The overall environment is lovely, and the infinity pool view is fantastic. If you're bringing kids, there aren't many family-friendly facilities. The butler service was very good; they even gave the child a small water gun which she loved. Overall, it was still a good stay."

"整體入住體驗非常滿意！ 專門自駕過來，酒店停車超級方便，有專門的地下停車場還配備了電車充電樁，大車、房車都能停，對自駕遊客太友好了。 環境真的沒得説，山谷風景絕美，庭院乾淨舒服，綠化率超高，空氣清新。房間外面還有私湯池，帶小朋友過來或者是情侶出遊都很合適。 房間乾淨整潔、佈局舒服，居住舒適度很高。我這個會認床的人居然一覺睡到天亮，不得不説酒店的枕頭和床墊都非常舒服，真正的做到了零壓體驗。酒店配套齊全，泳池、庭院、麻將房，親子設施都有，大人小孩都有的玩。 工作人員服務熱情耐心，細節做得很到位，入住送了歡迎水果，當時訂錯房型了，工作人員貼心的幫忙調整了房型。考慮到山裡潮濕，房間除濕、通風都做得很好，入住很乾爽舒適。 酒店旁有個很大的水庫，夏天在那裡玩水的人超級多。玩累了還可以到旁邊的綠谷咖啡喝杯咖啡，旁邊還有好幾個帳篷，據説還可以在這邊吃烤肉，想想都很愜意啊。 性價比非常高，安靜不吵鬧，適合週末放鬆、短途出遊，已經推薦給朋友，值得回購！"

The private hot spring bath is a huge plus; you can light aromatherapy while soaking, enjoying snacks and drinks while watching TV, completely shutting out the outside noise. Large windows offer panoramic views of the lush green mountains, allowing for abundant natural light. The soft, skin-friendly bedding ensures a restful night's sleep. 🍜The most convenient aspect of a vacation is the all-inclusive meal plan: A beautifully presented Chinese and Western breakfast is served in the morning, featuring pancakes, fresh fruit, and a wide variety of local noodles. Lunch and dinner are exquisitely presented Western dishes, including fresh sashimi, steak, and high-quality seafood. Afternoon tea and evening sweet soup are served continuously, and the in-room minibar offers drinks and snacks at your convenience—no need to go out to find restaurants; you can enjoy a variety of delicious options without leaving the room. This place is perfect for aimless wandering and enjoying the pastoral atmosphere. Eat fresh vegetables at the farm restaurant and watch the lambs. Several scenic spots make you feel like you're in Monet's garden. Listen to music and watch the sunset in the evening. Your heart will instantly find peace. Although its family-friendly facilities aren't as extensive as some big hotels (I suggest improvements! High chairs and children's amenities could be better). The people, service, and environment here feel like a warm home in the countryside. Very cozy. I stayed for four days and didn't want to leave. I'll definitely come back."

"房间干净，风景好，但服务、体验感、性价比一般。 This place is designed for the 'gram, not the 3000 RMB/night experience. The room is beautiful, you've seen that already, but here's my genuine experience that I hope helps set your expectations. Overall, bare minimum service. There is no proper front desk reception, and I had to remind them to set up the butler group chat the day before arrival because there were no instructions. Upon arrival, the main door was locked. Someone eventually came and brought my luggage up to the room, and that was it. No friendly chats, no personal touch, no estate introduction or tour, no other instructions, just a few pre-set WeChat images. The butler is quite responsive on chat but often provides incomplete answers. Service at breakfast was cold. No one welcomes you when you walk in, and there was no proper introduction to what was available. There was only one staff member at breakfast. He eventually came over and asked which main dish I'd like. There was no mention of Western vs. Chinese options until I overheard someone else's order. Most of the time he was standing at the kitchen entrance using his phone loudly, which made it hard to get his attention. The loud phone noise made the experience quite unpleasant, as I was hoping for a relaxing, quiet breakfast. Food options are very limited for a solo traveller. I ordered ******* for every lunch and dinner. I was quite hungry in the late afternoon and looking forward to the savory snacks in the afternoon tea set. I ordered them to my room and was told the ”chef had a family emergency” and could not prepare the fries and popcorn chicken, though I later saw someone else having the complete set in the lobby. :/ I saw another review a few months back giving feedback that there was no floor mat near the hot tub area. Even though they always respond to negative reviews the same way, saying they will improve, the problem was unfortunately not fixed. You only have one floor mat at the shower area and have to remember to bring it across the room to the hot tub area, or you'll be dripping wet on a slippery floor when you exit the tub. Soundproofing is bad. There is a road right next to the room, and you can hear occasional cars passing by. During my stay, farmers were harvesting bamboo, and you could hear the loud truck engines (which sounded like excavators) and them talking loudly. Mad respect for farmers, just highlighting the downside of the location that you dont see in the nice photos. The whole experience was strange because it felt like other guests were there for photoshoot over an actual hotel stay experience. You could see beautifully dressed ladies posing at every corner of the estate. Nothing wrong with that, just not something I'm used to. The experience is not without positives. The room I stayed in 【云渌】 had an insanely beautiful view, which was what I came for. It directly faces the bamboo forest and mountains. On good days, you'll probably be able to see a nice sunset. The room was clean and had great, thoughtful amenities, including Le Labo toiletries, a small pack of laundry detergent, eye masks, earplugs, and a Dyson hairdryer, to name a few. I also loved the huge private balcony it came with. I was really looking forward to this stay, but coming from another 民宿 I absolutely enjoyed, the service here was a stark contrast. This place has so much potential if they could brush up on the professionalism of the service crew to match the aesthetic and pricetag. I sincerely wish them well and hope the service can be improved."

The environment in the store is elegantly arranged, and every detail is carefully designed with exquisite and elegant. The boss treats people sincerely and enthusiastically, and the service is professional and full of intimacy. From the moment you enter the door, you can feel the meticulous care.
