I went out for a bit, and when I went back to pick them up around midnight, your male employee said the clothes were in the wrong basket and accidentally put back in for washing? He said he'd wash them and bring them back? I called your front desk around 1 AM, and they said the female employee hadn't put my clothes in the washing basket, as if they were shirking responsibility. Am I supposed to determine who's at fault? Let the customer decide! Then they said you only have one person on duty that night, and the clothes would be delayed. I went to the laundry room to dry them around 1 AM, and they dried until 2 AM. When I picked them up, there were clothes from some unknown customer mixed in with mine. Is this how you operate? So disgusting! Can't you train your staff properly before putting them on the job? This is a terrible service experience; a negative score. And the next morning, they had the nerve to ask how the experience was? I'm going to file a complaint! The following photos show items belonging to one of your customers that were washed with my clothes!"

"The homestay recommended by a friend, I was really not disappointed after I arrived. The large lawn outside, children's slides, billiards, chess and cards are all available. The swimming pool is also very big and beautiful. I have a cafe downstairs in the house. In the afternoon, I sit inside and see the scenery outside. The balcony in the public area upstairs is also very large. Standing on the balcony, watching the mountains and the scenery, listening to the proprietress said that if it doesn’t rain, standing on the balcony, you can see the paraglider flying down, the room is clean and tidy. The boss family is really very enthusiastic, breakfast has been asking if enough to eat, haha, this experience is really good, will recommend friends to stay at this treasure homestay."

"The location was in a small mountain area, with a beautiful and pristine environment; however, the pictures on the official website were vastly different from reality. The ceiling was moldy, the curtains had mildew spots, and even basic installations were inadequate. The sink was broken, and there was dog food left by the previous customer on the floor. Without the filters, the actual scene was quite disappointing. The butler service was good, but they didn't inform us in advance that lunch and dinner needed to be ordered a day ahead. We provided the phone number of a delivery partner, but were told the restaurant was too busy to deliver. 😂"

Plus, breakfast goes until 10 AM, so no need to rush – perfect for late sleepers like us. We'll definitely choose this hotel again next time we're in Anji."

"Before arriving, I was a bit worried about the hotel's layout and room smells, as mentioned by others. However, after arriving, I have to give a definite thumbs up to the layout design. We're used to the lobby being on the first floor, but in high-rise buildings, only guests in the top-floor rooms have panoramic views. The design and layout of the top-floor lobby is ingenious, giving all hotel guests the right to enjoy the scenery – a thoughtful design approach that prioritizes quality over quantity. Regarding the room smell, I'm very particular about smells. Because of the hot weather, we spent a lot of time in the hotel, and I didn't notice any strong odor. The hotel's overall design emphasizes color and texture. The rooms are stylish and youthful, with soft and pleasing colors – this aspect is highly commendable. Furthermore, the hotel's location is excellent, surrounded by Lingxi Park, Bamboo Garden, and Lingfeng Temple – a very spiritual location. Especially from the 35th floor, the natural beauty of the small dam in Lingxi Park is a rare sight in the city. Children can play in the natural water, even catching fish and shrimp – a truly unique life experience. Enjoy a hearty breakfast in the morning, work up a sweat at the gym in the afternoon, and then relax in the sun-baked outdoor swimming pool as the sun sets—warm, comfortable, and free of UV rays. This is the true essence of travel."

"The housekeeping service was meticulous and attentive, with high hygiene standards and a clean and comfortable environment. From the bedding and toiletries to the cleanliness of every corner, it was clear that care was taken to maintain a comfortable and relaxing stay. Seeing that I was traveling with elderly relatives and a child, and that breakfast was an hour late, the front desk manager made an exception and took me to the restaurant to get several kinds of pastries, especially their signature Qingming Festival dumplings, which were absolutely delicious. Later, because we were pressed for time to catch the high-speed train and the hotel shuttle hadn't returned from dropping off other guests, the housekeeping manager even used his own car to personally drive the three of us to the train station. We truly felt at home."

"The room was quite clean. The hotel upgraded us to a room after hearing that we were traveling with our children. The front desk was very welcoming and the room was large. They gave us a bed rail, a bathtub in the middle of the room, and two TVs. Our baby slept in the bedroom. You can also watch TV in the living room. There are capsule coffee and tea in the minibar. There are slides in the children's playground. Maybe the swimming pool is not open because it is too cold. It is a pity that the coffee restaurant opened in the hotel has a bit bad taste. The boss's service The attitude is also quite subtle. The outdoor children's paradise at the entrance of the cafe is also difficult to describe. The ground is covered with cinder-like stones and the overall situation is quite dirty. The location of the hotel is very close to the Bamboo Expo Park, which is quite good.
