🚗 Parking available right outside, and you can charge your car!. Ever since having a kid, overnight camping has become such a challenge 🥹. Then I discovered this tent hotel in Anji 😌. It gives you the camping vibe, but with the comfort and stability needed for kids. The hotel is nestled among many pine trees 🌲, offering an absolutely stunning environment ‼️. There's a lake 🈶, and you can even choose a lake view room! The rooms are tent-shaped, but they come with a toilet 🚽 and a shower ‼️. ⚠️ The front desk butler was amazing! From the moment of booking, they provided all the necessary information in advance. They'd tell you about all the hotel activities beforehand so you could plan your time accordingly 🥹🥹🥹 – so thoughtful!! Outdoor activities include paddleboarding, a mini-train, horseback riding, go-karts… so many things to do! Indoors, you can sing karaoke, play motion-sensing games 🎮, or do pinecone crafts 🤩. Your whole day will be packed with fun 😉. I heard they even have hot springs in winter ♨️ ‼️. I'm already planning my second visit! 🤣

The room design was great, and both the elderly and children loved it. They even thoughtfully provided eye masks. The room had a smart smart control system and underfloor heating. Both the indoor and outdoor views were fantastic, especially the hot spring in the bamboo forest. The service was excellent; they responded immediately to every request, even late at night – thank you so much to the young man! Initially, the guesthouse had stopped providing underfloor heating for the first few days of our stay because it was getting warmer, but on the day we arrived, it got a bit cold, and my child liked to walk on the floor without slippers. The owner kindly turned the heating back on – thank you! We had dinner at the guesthouse: chicken soup, braised bamboo shoots, and braised catfish. The auntie cooked it very well; my elders still rave about it afterward, haha. Breakfast was rather home-style, but the auntie's soft-boiled eggs were delicious, and the young man's hand-drip coffee was also very good. One small suggestion: could the guesthouse consider allowing guests to choose between regular towels and disposable towels in the future? My child only made this suggestion about the towels, haha. Also, it would be even better if there was an absorbent mat in the bathroom. Overall, it's good, pet-friendly, and I recommend it.

My stay at Anji Hantian Resort exceeded my expectations, highly recommended! It's nestled amidst tea plantations and bamboo forests, offering a serene and healing environment. The service was incredibly thoughtful and attentive; check-in was efficient, the shuttle bus was available on demand, and the staff were enthusiastic and quick to respond to requests. The room was spacious and grand, immaculately clean, with floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking a bamboo forest, making for a particularly comfortable stay. The bamboo forest hot springs had an amazing atmosphere, with pools hidden among the trees – all my fatigue melted away after a soak. The resort restaurant served delicious food, with fresh ingredients and authentic, tasty local specialties. It's perfect for both a relaxing getaway and family trips. Overall, the experience was fantastic, and I'd love to come back again!

This hotel is located higher up in the village, making it a bit quieter and less bustling, which is perfect for a peaceful stay. The view from the window, overlooking distant mountains and a bamboo forest, is incredibly soothing. The room itself is spacious, and the guesthouse facilities are excellent. The lobby on the second floor features a tea room, complimentary fruits, and recreational facilities, making it ideal for families with children. The proprietress is very kind and knowledgeable. As soon as we arrived, she added us on WeChat and sent us a detailed guide to local dining, entertainment, and attractions. When we checked out, she even gave each guest a lovely souvenir.

I am a hotel control. Unless there is a better B&B than a hotel, I will update my hotel B&B ranking list after staying at Ke Player. I chose two B&Bs for this trip to Anji. After booking, I found that they were both in the same village. Ke Player, we stayed in a tree house, which was really built against the mountain. It was a bit difficult to climb up, but the feeling of being embraced by nature was great. The aesthetics of the B&B are first-class, the details are great, and the most important service is responsive, far exceeding that of a five-star hotel. It was very late when we ordered takeout, and the housekeeper also delivered it to the tree house for us, and brought us beer and Coke. The bathing pool is also one room and one time period. We chose the night, listened to the insects, smelled the grass, and washed away the smell of a month's work. I hope Ke Player will not forget his original intention and continue to maintain a high level.

I literally hate when I book a room looking at the picture and get something different in reality. I’m a fan of hotsprings , and when I planned this little getaway with my husband, the room with a private outdoor soaking tub caught my eye. According to the photos on Trip.com , the room had a spacious terrace and a cozy corner soaking tub. When we arrived , they gave us some middle room and the soaking tub was right next to neighbors’ one, separated by a short see-through fence, as if we were supposed to bathe all together. When my husband pointed this out to the front desk , they made up some excuse how all the rooms have the same photo on the website and how they can’t change our room saying someone already booked that better room. I can’t confirm but I had a feeling they were lying because I never saw anyone on the terrace of that room. This unpleasant experience aside, the hotel territory is lovely , they have a glamping area and the swimming pool. Very suitable for families to enjoy . We had a dinner in their restaurant and it was delicious . The Chinese traditional breakfast was included in the room price , it was very fresh and good as well. So in the end I’d still recommend this hotel but if you have a choice better not come during national holidays .

This hotel was designed with great intentions. the architecture is splendid, as are the surroundings. It's a great starting point to discover the region of Anji. However, as beautiful as the hills and the simplistic villas are, the hotel was let down by a relatively poor service. The staff were always friendly and willing to help. However, it was chronically understaffed, and it seems they don't understand what kind of gem they are running. As an example, we went to the bar multiple times. It was beautifully designed, provided a limited, but good enough choice of teas and alcoholic beverages. But it did not have a bar tender. Instead, we had to walk to the reception, ask for someone to come by, then go back and place our oder. We were served, but I felt like a burden to the staff. There was no music and no attempt to use the location and scenery to create a unique atmosphere. Instead, we were left alone, unattended in a quiet, empty room, that happened to look like a bar. One more thing: If you wish to have dinner, you need to order a day in advance.

The resort environment is great in all aspects, perfect for a trip with family and friends. We stayed for several days and it was quite enjoyable. Tiger provided excellent and enthusiastic service, recommending many places. We'll definitely go back if we get the chance!

Our stay at this hotel was absolutely exceptional. From the very beginning, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. There was a small mistake during our stay, but the way the hotel handled it truly impressed us. We are also deeply grateful to the manager, 罗会军, whose exceptional care truly stood out. What touched us the most was their genuine hospitality. When we were leaving, we couldn’t find a taxi, and the manager personally drove us down the mountain. This level of service is rare and unforgettable. Throughout our stay, the staff were always helpful, kind, and attentive to every detail. It felt like we were not just guests, but truly valued visitors. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for outstanding service, warm hospitality, and a memorable experience. We will definitely come back again!

This hotel is much more than just a place to stay — it is a complete family holiday destination designed around children, imagination and creating unforgettable memories. 🌟 Exceptional Service from Shi Jun — A True Credit to the Hotel Before arriving, I honestly considered cancelling our reservation due to communication difficulties. However, one person completely changed our experience — Shi Jun from the front desk team. Shi Jun demonstrated truly exceptional hospitality. Through WeChat, he patiently communicated with us, answered every question and did everything possible to make our stay comfortable. He helped us when we were close to giving up on the reservation, arranged room changes, helped find a suitable place for me to work, assisted when we needed to visit the hospital, and continued to care about every detail of our family’s needs. His professionalism, kindness and genuine concern for guests represent the very best of hospitality. Shi Jun is a young man who is a true credit to Fantasy Jialebi Theme Hotel. It was beautiful, spacious, comfortable and extremely clean. The family design created a warm and welcoming environment, with excellent bedding, a well-maintained bathroom and plenty of space for parents and children. For families travelling with young children, cleanliness and comfort are essential — and Fantasy Jialebi Theme Hotel truly delivered. 🍳 Excellent and Abundant Breakfast The breakfast was another highlight. There was a fantastic selection of food suitable for both adults and children. The variety was impressive and provided a great start to each day. 👨👩👧 A Wonderful Family-Friendly Environment The greatest strength of this hotel is its understanding of families. Everything is designed with children in mind, creating a place where children can feel excited, happy and full of imagination. Our child especially enjoyed the family atmosphere, and it was wonderful to see so many families creating happy memories together. ❤️ Great Potential with Some Areas for Improvement The hotel has an excellent foundation: beautiful rooms, a fantastic concept, wonderful family facilities and a great location. With some improvements, it has the potential to become one of the best family resorts in Anji. 🌍 International Guest Communication As an international guest, communication was sometimes challenging. Unfortunately, none of the staff members we met could speak English, and some were reluctant to use translation tools. Basic English support or greater willingness to use translation applications would greatly improve the experience for overseas visitors. 🧑🍳 Breakfast Service Professionalism Although breakfast was excellent, we noticed the chef using his phone in the breakfast area during service time. For a family resort with such great potential, maintaining professionalism in all public areas is important. 🌙 Night Reception Service At approximately 5:00 am, we needed assistance because our room key required reactivation. Unfortunately, nobody was immediately available at reception. A 24-hour guest service presence would improve the overall experience. 🚗 Arrival Experience The entrance creates the first impression. We noticed the security staff member appeared distracted using his phone and smoking rather than actively welcoming guests.
