Yinrun Jinjiang Castle Hotel

Spontaneously decided to take my daughter to Hello Kitty Park for the May Day holiday. When booking on Trip.com, there were no family rooms available, so I booked a king room. Upon arrival, the front desk staff upgraded me to a family room, which was spacious. My little one was thrilled 🥳. They also thoughtfully showed me the activity schedule. We managed to try almost all the attractions this time, and my daughter said she wants to go again!

Service: The service was excellent, everyone was very friendly and attentive. It was super convenient to stay here for our theme park visit, as the hotel has direct access to the park. They even upgraded our room to a family room, which had a separate, safe, and comfortable bed for our child. Plus, we could see the park's Ferris wheel directly from our room, which made our child incredibly happy! The hotel's family-friendly facilities are also great, with a small play area for kids and movie screenings in the evening. The entire hotel is filled with Hello Kitty elements, and there's even a Kitty store for shopping. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and our child had a wonderful time.

The hotel's design is truly unique, and the moment you step into the lobby, it feels like you've entered a pink fairy tale. Hello Kitty elements are everywhere. The rooms are also exquisitely decorated, with thoughtful details that showcase a feminine charm. They also offer a good range of children's amenities, making it perfect for families. Even the breakfast features Kitty-themed plates and placemats, which are great for photos!

It was okay, just a standard hotel. On the first day, the toilet broke, and I was planning to take a nap. Ended up waiting half an hour for it to be fixed, which was pretty annoying.

Had an amazing time, it was truly dreamy and created beautiful memories with my bestie. The themed room was actually very clean, contrary to what I read online. But the best part was definitely the night view! Absolutely enchanting.

Booked the closest hotel to Hello Kitty Theme Park for a trip with friends and kids! It felt just like a castle! The view from the window was absolutely beautiful! The hotel staff provided excellent service! The entire hotel was filled with Hello Kitty elements! You can directly access the park from the 2nd floor! It was great!

We came to Hello Kitty Park for the weekend, and it was great that we could check in before noon. The lady at the front desk even upgraded us to a room with a view, where we could see the Ferris wheel in the park. The hotel breakfast was quite rich, and there were Kitty-themed facilities everywhere in the hotel, which made for a wonderful experience. We'll definitely come again next time!

The castle's exterior is absolutely stunning, especially at night when it's lit up, making you feel like you've stepped into an old European castle. The room was spacious, clean, and hygienic. The front desk even upgraded us to a family room, which had an extra connecting bed, a child-sized toilet seat, and a Laifen hairdryer. There was also a round table. Room service was very responsive when we requested items, and we could get extra bottled water for free. I highly recommend everyone to experience this castle stay!

The room was fantastic! The front desk staff kindly upgraded us to a view room facing the K.T. Land theme park, which offered an amazing view. Housekeeping was incredibly responsive; whatever we needed, the front desk staff did their best to accommodate. The air conditioning in the room wasn't very strong, but they immediately provided an air cooler so we didn't have to wait for the AC to kick in. When ordering takeout, a Sanrio-themed robot even delivered it to our room – so adorable! The entire hotel, including the park, had photo opportunities everywhere. The rides were also very friendly for someone like me who's a bit of a scaredy-cat. Since it was a weekday, it wasn't crowded, and we easily got to interact with the mascots. All in all, it was a very pleasant experience.
