"I got the cheapest room, it has no window. It has some problems with bathroom, even had some smell. The host speaks English and very friendly, she did her best to clean the room, I really loved that she changed the towels very often. She also gave me water for free. There's a laundry service organised by the hotel, very nice.
The internet is ok, gives a speed about 50mbps.
The place is very quiet at night, I slept really well.
Overall, the room is ok for this price, bathroom needs better cleaning. Water from the tap smells like a lot chlorinated. The sink has something like a small leakage.
I recommend you pay a bit more and book the room with balcony, it is much better!"

"Location was walking distance from city centre BUT near a construction site that was working round the clock (so it was noisy even at night). Next to a major artery of Dalat city traffic so honking sounds are very common too - not good for light sleepers like me.
Cleanliness and service quality was fantastic - staff were responsive to requests and room was generally very clean. Safe didn't work and there was no facial tissue paper provided (which was a small hassle)."
Very Good

Amazing
GGuest UserThe guesthouse rooms were quite new, the bedding was nice, and the rooms were simply decorated with fresh flowers, creating a cozy atmosphere. The soundproofing was so-so; it seems like most hotels in Vietnam have poor soundproofing. Nearby are the popular Soho Cafe and a very authentic and delicious Italian restaurant/guesthouse called Email Garden Restaurant – highly recommended!
On our first night, the guesthouse was overbooked. We booked two rooms, but they only had one reserved. The receptionist was very nice and offered to refund us for one night, but the owner insisted on giving us a larger room – the room opposite the reception desk. I ended up being the building's doorkeeper. I said no to the noise, but the owner insisted on making money, and we accepted it because we didn't want the hassle. The owner even said, ”The room I gave you is bigger than the one you booked,” as if we were taking advantage of him. It was very unpleasant. The room was a last-minute arrangement, with no fresh flowers or hairdryer, and the owner was stationed at the building entrance, making it noisy with people coming and going in the morning and evening. The receptionist was very helpful and even offered jasmine tea as an apology, but their boss seemed a bit profit-driven, which I didn't like. The service was downgraded because of their boss.
GGuest UserThe hotel's design is fantastic, with pink balconies and bathrooms that are really creative. From the sixth-floor balcony, you can see a part of Da Lat's cityscape. It's about a 20-minute walk to the lively district, and just a five-minute walk to the supermarket. Breakfast isn't a buffet; the front desk will ask you to choose your options the day before. The pho and coffee both taste great. This hotel really added to my positive impression of Da Lat!
GGuest UserBreakfast: great!
Cleaning: great!
Staff: great!
Location: great! It's in the forest, and there's a shuttle to Da Lat, but the timing isn't very convenient.
Gym: okay.
The indoor pool is terrible – it's only 1.2 meters deep, quite cold, and there's no sauna. Well, there *is* a sauna, but it's an extra charge in the spa area.
You can rent a motorbike, but it's much more expensive, and it's charged in 4 or 8-hour blocks, then hourly after that.
GGuest UserManor Villas Da Lat really offers beautiful scenery. It’s located on the outskirts of the city, yet still only about 5–7 minutes from the lake, which makes it feel peaceful without being too far 🌿
The property is very clean. We originally booked a Superior Room with garden view, but they offered us an upgrade to a suite with city view at a much better price, which we really appreciated.
We made the booking around 9 AM after landing early in the morning and arrived at the property around 11 AM. They showed us the upgraded room first before asking us to pay, which felt very transparent. They also tried to arrange an early check-in for us, but after waiting about an hour, we decided to head out and explore the city instead.
Unfortunately, I don’t have photos—only videos.
One thing that could be improved is the shower area. The floor felt a bit squeaky and slippery, and the shower and toilet are on the same floor level, so the area can get quite wet 🚿
Other than that, everything was great. The staff were super friendly and helpful, amenities were complete (cotton buds, toothbrush, hairdryer), and the shower gel smelled really good.
For the price, this place offers great value with a spacious room. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Da Lat 😊
AAnonymous UserI recently stayed at MerPerle and had a generally pleasant experience. The room was clean, nicely designed, and new and well-maintained. However, one downside was the noise level. My room faced the road, and it was quite noisy. The sliding door to the balcony didn’t provide much soundproofing, which made it difficult to sleep at times. If you're planning to stay here, I recommend staying a room that doesn't face the main road.
KkimyejinThe room felt wonderfully dry and fresh, with no humidity. The breakfast view was excellent. I had heard that if you arrive late for breakfast, the food selection might be limited, but perhaps because it was a weekday, we found there was still plenty available. Overall, I was very satisfied.
AAnonymous UserA classical dame that needs a lot of maintenance. The breakfast offers a wide variety of choices. The room furniture is outdated and the bed is out of support. The fresh air and environment is good. The staffs are friendly.
GGuest UserThe hotel is very luxurious, beautiful, and clean. The staff are enthusiastic and friendly. It's quite close to Da Lat market, just over 1km away. Another plus is its proximity to the famous Tao Ngo Chicken Hotpot with É Leaves restaurant in Da Lat. You can walk there in about 50m. This was a real surprise on my trip, truly delightful!
MMatt(ger)Unnecessarily inconvenient.
I rate the 4person room with balcony.
Pro:
The place ist nice and quiet, feels luxurious, good bedsheets, nice sunset view. Some piano (tv) sound comes from the lobby. Nice Ambiente. Good value for the price. This is not the city center, you take a grab to go somewhere, place can be found as ”d house” on Google maps easily.
Many power outlets, space, tables and some chairs and 2 mirrors in the room. The bedsheets are thick, only 2 sheets for 4 persons but I guess it's for couples.
Con:
The indoor slippers hurt my feet with every step, there are many steps to level -2. Cannot take them off because the floor is cold.
When going to toilet or shower, you must bring the toiletpaper, towel, shampoo clothes etc from your room, lock your room, bring your keys, ...
*** you need an orgachart and checklist just for taking a poop.
Light cannot be switched from bed, and when entering the room you must first reach behind the door.
After 8pm you need to fiddle a bit to open the gate.
No wifi information stored in the app or in the room.
Super Inconvenient, hire someone to improve the flow(i.e. japanese person)!
GGuest UserThe room is spacious and relatively clean, the price is reasonable, the parking space is quite inconvenient, if you have parked your car and another car arrives, the staff will ask you to get off to park again, my car is a Ranger so it is quite big compared to other cars, to avoid being called to bother my family, I parked on the sidewalk next to the hotel. The bathroom design is not very reasonable, every time I finish showering, the water overflows all over the bathroom, making it slippery.
