"The hotel is beautiful, small, and cozy, close to the center. Although I never quite figured out where the center of Dalat is 🥳. But we walked to many places, being among the few tourists doing so. Nearby, there's a cafe and a super massage parlor – it's down the road, at the fork, then the second turn right, uphill, with a bow on the window. The 'Crazy House' is about a 30-minute walk away. No breakfast is provided. The price is a bit high for this hotel, especially since rooms at the Crazy House are cheaper and more interesting. Here, the sheer curtains in the room are veeeery dirty, which really ruins the whole impression. They should either remove them entirely or replace them, and everything would be perfect. The staff is friendly, but for some reason, they message on WhatsApp asking how they can help, then don't respond to our replies 🤣🤣🤣. A strange approach. However, the room itself is clean, the linen is spotless white, and the bed is comfortable. The windows open, so you can sleep with them open, like we did – no insects 🙂↔️. I've attached a photo of the massage parlor. The woman in the red shirt with glasses gave me a massage; she was amazing, really got the lymph flowing in my legs."

VVanidalalalaWe had a wonderful stay at this hotel during our trip to Da Lat. The room was fantastic — very cute, cozy, and gave such a warm feeling. It’s truly a perfect stay for couples.
The ladies at the reception were especially impressive. They were super kind and supportive, even though we arrived very early before check-in time. They also helped us arrange the motorbike rental smoothly, which we really appreciated.
There was only one thing that bothered me a little after the stay. During the night shift, I asked the male receptionist a few questions about extending the motorbike rental. While speaking with the rental agent, he referred to me using “nó” several times (“nó bảo”, “nó hỏi”, “nó muốn”, etc.). Since I understand Vietnamese, I felt a bit uncomfortable because this pronoun can sound disrespectful when used toward a guest. Of course, I may be overthinking it, but I wanted to share this feedback honestly and respectfully.
Other than that, the experience was lovely, and the morning reception staff left a very positive impression on us.
If I have a chance to come back to Da Lat, I would definitely stay here again.

NNana HanizanIt was an amazing experience staying at the resort. Every staff were friendly attentive and helpful. The resort view surrounding it is spectacular. Only concerned about their swimming not so clean. Full of bugs, bird poop and dirts. No one swims coz of it. But I did huhu.
Tips on Room View, if you want a beautiful Mountain View, opt for the Golf Course view coz the actual Mountain View option doesn’t really give u a beautiful Mountain View.
If you’re a Muslim traveller you need to inform the hotel before you arrive so they can try and accommodate your halal meal request for breakfast buffet.
There’s also pickel ball court there (but for rental sadly not complimentary) so bring your attires if you’re a player like me!
The breakfast spread is really nice. Variety and a lot to choose from.
They recommend to come during special occasions like NYE, Xmas and Liberation/Labour Day.
For those who travels solo like me and don’t like to travel on a bus for 7-8 hours to Da Lat, wait till after September 2026 to come coz then the airport is already done renovating.
But you MUST come visit Da Lat and if you’re looking for a peace and quiet kinda resort far from the city buzz, THIS is the resort you must choose.
Also they provide shuttle service daily to help send guests to Da Lat city centre according to time schedule so u are able to plan your activities daily. I’m definitely coming back here.

PPalinaDHighly recommend this place! We were staying there only for 3 days, but I’m sure the place will be pretty comfy for a longer stay too.
Room is spacious, modern and clean. Views are amazing, it faces the sunrise side, so it’s worth waking up early and enjoy it.
Staff is friendly and helpful. They made cleaning everyday and refilled bottles with filtered water. Also they have a coffee shop on site, so feel free to ask them for a cup of coffee.

GGuest UserIf you're expecting a true 5-star hotel experience, you might be slightly disappointed. They really need to improve in order to live up to a 5-star standard.
A child had scribbled on the wall with pencil, and no one had cleaned it off. There were drill holes in the bathroom wall, the shampoo was not refilled enough, there was no body lotion provided, and the refrigerator was completely empty. Our room was right next to an unfinished construction area of the hotel. The balcony was dusty and connected to other rooms, which did not feel very safe or private. Our motorbike was parked in the basement in the guest parking area, but it was frequently moved to another spot. I also tried to find the complimentary sauna, but it was only available to spa customers.
I was satisfied with the breakfast selection, which was varied and suited our taste, especially the Pho. The dining area was very crowded during peak morning hours. Our table was taken by someone else while we went to get food. The staff seemed overwhelmed and not very professional; they were somewhat sparing with their words and smiles.
We celebrated our wedding anniversary here, and the hotel prepared a small gift for us, which I truly appreciated. The location is quite convenient, close to the city center. There is a park with many beautiful flowers right in front of the hotel.

GGuest UserManor Villas Da Lat really offers beautiful scenery. It’s located on the outskirts of the city, yet still only about 5–7 minutes from the lake, which makes it feel peaceful without being too far 🌿
The property is very clean. We originally booked a Superior Room with garden view, but they offered us an upgrade to a suite with city view at a much better price, which we really appreciated.
We made the booking around 9 AM after landing early in the morning and arrived at the property around 11 AM. They showed us the upgraded room first before asking us to pay, which felt very transparent. They also tried to arrange an early check-in for us, but after waiting about an hour, we decided to head out and explore the city instead.
Unfortunately, I don’t have photos—only videos.
One thing that could be improved is the shower area. The floor felt a bit squeaky and slippery, and the shower and toilet are on the same floor level, so the area can get quite wet 🚿
Other than that, everything was great. The staff were super friendly and helpful, amenities were complete (cotton buds, toothbrush, hairdryer), and the shower gel smelled really good.
For the price, this place offers great value with a spacious room. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Da Lat 😊

GGuest UserI chose this place specifically for the view, even though it's a bit far from the city center. We had to rely on Grab to get around, but waking up to that amazing view outside the window was incredibly healing and refreshing. The staff were all super friendly, and the room was spotlessly clean. We had a wonderful stay for three days. The breakfast on the 4th floor was decent, though the view was a bit obscured by trees, which was a minor disappointment. But oh my, the yogurt was absolutely delicious! It's a quiet, peaceful spot, perfect for a relaxing getaway.

The place ist nice and quiet, feels luxurious, good bedsheets, nice sunset view. Some piano (tv) sound comes from the lobby. Nice Ambiente. Good value for the price. This is not the city center, you take a grab to go somewhere, place can be found as ”d house” on Google maps easily.
Many power outlets, space, tables and some chairs and 2 mirrors in the room. The bedsheets are thick, only 2 sheets for 4 persons but I guess it's for couples.
Con:
The indoor slippers hurt my feet with every step, there are many steps to level -2. Cannot take them off because the floor is cold.
When going to toilet or shower, you must bring the toiletpaper, towel, shampoo clothes etc from your room, lock your room, bring your keys, ...
*** you need an orgachart and checklist just for taking a poop.
Light cannot be switched from bed, and when entering the room you must first reach behind the door.
After 8pm you need to fiddle a bit to open the gate.
No wifi information stored in the app or in the room.
Super Inconvenient, hire someone to improve the flow(i.e. japanese person)!

It can be chilly in the date, but the smaller rooms can get a bit stuffy (I had a vintage room with a balcony, and no A/C). The staff are lovely, breakfast is excellent, and the location is perfect! Definitely worth the money.

GGuest UserThe room is spacious and relatively clean, the price is reasonable, the parking space is quite inconvenient, if you have parked your car and another car arrives, the staff will ask you to get off to park again, my car is a Ranger so it is quite big compared to other cars, to avoid being called to bother my family, I parked on the sidewalk next to the hotel. The bathroom design is not very reasonable, every time I finish showering, the water overflows all over the bathroom, making it slippery.

Generally the best way to travel in this area if you’re living in this hotel - is not difficult to walk around the city wearing a good pair of walking shoes in the late morning till early afternoon
Can walk - go to the old city centre Dalat market or walk to GO! Supermarket and sit around the lake side for a refreshing time
The weather dropped cooler and can be very cold in the evening and it is advisable to keep warm in case the sun sets earlier
Grab car is easily available
Taxi service from the hotel is reasonable and reliable for going to further places - better than using the Grab car
