"We stayed at this hotel for one night and chose the largest room for a couple – the executive room. The hotel's location is excellent, and the staff are friendly. However, for a room of this caliber, it was very old. The plumbing and floors were dirty, and the bed linen had stains. The room desperately needs renovation and a deep clean. We understand that cleanliness standards in Asia can be different, but this was genuinely unpleasant. You could clearly hear people using the toilet in the next room, and from 4 AM onwards, there were various noises that made it impossible to sleep – construction, barking dogs, and car horns. On top of that, groups of locals were walking around late at night, trying to take pictures at the nearby attraction. The only positive is the location. If you want to get a good night's sleep, choose another hotel."

"The best hotel ever for under 500k! If you dream of a lakeside cabin, this is a fairy tale. The air, the atmosphere, the dogs, the views – it's all incredible. If you have the chance to stay here for a long time, take it. We ordered delivery from Grab with beautiful views. It's a place to recharge, relax, and connect with nature. Or, you can just watch TV with a forest view; YouTube works great. The husky is adorable! Special thanks for the massage chair, and for piano lovers, there's one here too. If the price goes above 500k, the downsides become more noticeable: the road, the length of the drive, and the food. The pool in the yard is more of a dog's water bowl; it's dirty. The windows in the room are so clear you could walk right into them, so be careful! 💖"

"Our stay at this hotel left us with nothing but positive impressions. First and foremost, I have to commend the staff: they were incredibly friendly, cheerful, and attentive, always ready to help whether it was carrying luggage or resolving any issues that arose. I particularly enjoyed the breakfast; it was high-quality, delicious, and offered a great selection of food. What made it even better was the beautiful setting—it's served in the hotel's restaurant with mountain views, which creates a particularly pleasant atmosphere right from the morning. It was also a lovely touch that the hotel takes care of its guests throughout the day: they offer tea and sweets at lunch, and in the evening, they bring pancakes and tea to each guest. These small gestures genuinely create a feeling of attentiveness and hospitality. The rooms were clean, and housekeeping was excellent. The hotel itself feels quite new, with beautiful views and a convenient location close to the city center. Overall, my experience was overwhelmingly positive, and I would gladly stay here again."

"Manor Villas Da Lat really offers beautiful scenery. It’s located on the outskirts of the city, yet still only about 5–7 minutes from the lake, which makes it feel peaceful without being too far 🌿 The property is very clean. We originally booked a Superior Room with garden view, but they offered us an upgrade to a suite with city view at a much better price, which we really appreciated. We made the booking around 9 AM after landing early in the morning and arrived at the property around 11 AM. They showed us the upgraded room first before asking us to pay, which felt very transparent. They also tried to arrange an early check-in for us, but after waiting about an hour, we decided to head out and explore the city instead. Unfortunately, I don’t have photos—only videos. One thing that could be improved is the shower area. The floor felt a bit squeaky and slippery, and the shower and toilet are on the same floor level, so the area can get quite wet 🚿 Other than that, everything was great. The staff were super friendly and helpful, amenities were complete (cotton buds, toothbrush, hairdryer), and the shower gel smelled really good. For the price, this place offers great value with a spacious room. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Da Lat 😊"
