Great hotel near Boudhanath Stupa! It's easy to reach from the airport, and the breakfast is great. The staff are incredibly attentive and always happy to help. A nice bonus—they offer yoga sessions every morning to start the day off right. Also, great views from the higher floors!

A beautiful and charming boutique hotel with exceptional hospitality. We received a warm welcome, including a traditional bindi greeting, which made us feel special right away. The rooms were clean, tastefully designed, well-maintained, and had good water pressure. Service throughout the stay was excellent. Breakfast was a highlight of our stay. With low occupancy, it was served à la carte with a wide range of options. We ordered several items, and every dish was delicious and well-prepared. Special mention to Gunjan at the restaurant for his outstanding service, attentive, warm, and professional. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a comfortable, welcoming, and high-quality stay in Kathmandu.

This is definitely the first choice for business travelers in Kathmandu. Overall, it's very good. The only issue was that the desk in the room wasn't very functional for working. Another downside was that my flight turned back, so I missed a night, but couldn't get a refund.

This is a newly built hotel, and it's rare to find such clean bathrooms in Nepal. It's located in a quiet spot at the entrance of Thamel, right next to the Garden of Dreams. While it's a bit far from central areas like Durbar Square, it's a great place to stay if you're looking for peace and quiet at the hotel. Since it seems brand new, the room was exceptionally clean. The bathroom was also spotless, so I felt very comfortable using it. The breakfast area on the 8th floor offered a lovely view. The front desk staff were polite, but during breakfast, I noticed other guests were asked for their egg orders, whereas I wasn't (perhaps because I had already taken scrambled eggs). Also, coffee (other than instant) at breakfast was an extra charge.

I had a wonderful 8-day stay at Mercure Kathmandu Sukedhara Heights and it truly felt like a home away from home. From the moment I arrived, the service was warm, professional, and consistent throughout my stay. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was calm and welcoming—perfect for both relaxing and unwinding after a busy day. A very special appreciation goes to the reception team, especially Alon and Shreesha. They went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable, always greeting me with genuine warmth and taking care of any requests promptly and thoughtfully. Their kindness and attention to detail really made my experience stand out. The hospitality here is exceptional, and it’s clear the team genuinely cares about their guests. I would definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again.

Absolutely loved my stay here! The staff were super friendly and helpful. The room was clean, cozy, and exactly what I needed after a long day of exploring. I stayed at Kusum Airport Hotel, Kathmandu 🇳🇵 for 3 nights (April 1st – April 4th), and overall it was a really good experience. The location is very convenient, especially for travelers since it’s close to the airport ✈️. The room was clean, comfortable, and perfect to relax after a long day. What I enjoyed the most was the food — very tasty and satisfying, definitely something I looked forward to every day. A very special thanks to Sachin Thapa 👏 He was honestly one of the best parts of my stay. Always welcoming with a smile, very respectful, and gave excellent service every time. He made sure everything was smooth and comfortable, and his positive attitude really stood out. Staff like him make a place feel more than just a hotel. The only thing that needs improvement is the bathroom, which wasn’t up to the same standard as the rest of the hotel. Other than that, everything else was great — good service, nice atmosphere, and a comfortable stay overall. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Kathmandu, especially if you want a convenient location and good food 👍

Nice hotel in the city center with all the conditions I need. There is a good restaurant on the top, and the coffee shop on the ground floor. The service was perfect, the men from reception, his name is Birendra, allowed me to leave my belongings while I was on track, and helped me with all the questions I had.

The hotel is perfect location 20 min drive from airport. Hotel is Amazing,like room is big ,bathroom amenities all very useful, service is excellent,and breakfast has a lots of variety and testy as well .value of money

Because I didn't catch the plane, I found a small hotel temporarily in the early morning. facility: Although the hotel is small, the hardware facilities are relatively good in Nepal, which is good. There is air conditioning, hot water and card swipe door locks, which are advanced. But there is no hair dryer either… health: I still saw the hair... environment: Room comfortable Serve: The breakfast provided is relatively simple (Picture 6 is the breakfast menu) The service attitude of the staff at night is good, but the service attitude during the day is average. In the evening, my friend in Kathmandu sent me to the hotel to pick up my luggage and take me to the airport. The hotel staff was even more hospitable.
