Good service, friendly staff, a nice pool, and clean, comfortable rooms, plus a fantastic buffet breakfast. The downside is the location; there's absolutely nothing around, not even a decent place to eat. My friends and I had to go back to Thamel every day to really enjoy ourselves. The poolside restaurant wasn't great either. All the food was Indian (which means spicy with a mountain of spices) and twice as expensive as restaurants in the tourist area. The cocktails weren't tasty either. The sauna, if you can even call it that, also leaves a lot to be desired – you can barely turn around in it with two people.

This hotel surpassed all my expectations! The staff was extremely nice and helpful with anything we needed. They helped us to call taxis for anywhere we wanted to go. The top floor restaurant and bar were both tasty and the pool is beautiful. The gym is very nice and modern as well. Will definitely stay here again when I’m back in Kathmandu.

It’s a very new hotel with nice facilities and super comfortable bed with King Koil mattress. The location is close to the airport so it’s a good option for those have an early flight next morning. The staff is super hospitable. Would highly recommend for both tourists and business travellers.

This hotel is quite good, very new, and has a swimming pool with an excellent environment. The room service is great, always available when called. However, the breakfast is very average, comparable to what you'd find in a basic domestic setting. But for just over 500 RMB, it's not expensive, so I recommend staying here. There aren't many food options nearby, and it's mostly a local residential area, but the overall environment is still very pleasant. There's also a gym, and the rooftop bar is particularly relaxing, being an open-air terrace.

Absolutely in love with the hotel. From checking in to checking out, we were attended by really great staff. We were first greeted with a scarf/shawl/cloth and given a welcome drink. Luggage was send to the room for us and breakfast was really good!! They prepared a birthday and anniversary celebration for us too! We had such a great time. Room was really clean and spacious! View from room was good too! Spa wasn’t great, not worth the price but I Would definitely recommend staying at this hotel.

An average service from the front desk. Not so guest oriented.

The whole hotel system seems to be created with foreigners in mind. I stayed for 2 nights, while my family stayed for 3 nights. I originally booked the 2 nights through Trip.com. When I wanted to add an extra day, I was informed it was better to book it again online. At that time, I was in Nepal for 3 days and my phone was being repaired in Hong Kong, so I didn’t have access to my usual email or digital wallet. I had Nepali cash, but the payment system wouldn’t allow it, and I was denied the option to add more nights directly at the front desk. I tried booking again using my temporary phone, but the credit/card wouldn’t allow it—possibly because the phone and location were new and my digital wallet couldn’t be used. The only solution was asking a friend to book the additional night for me. This experience made me feel that the system is not friendly to Nepali guests and that they may strongly prefer online foreign-currency-style payment methods rather than Nepali rupees. I also tried to get the Nepali rate. It was around NPR 12,000–15,000, while the online rate was significantly cheaper. Based on the current currency conversion, the price difference felt like it could be about 3,000–5,000 rupees less online. This also made me feel they may not truly support Nepali pricing equally. The front desk staff were sometimes helpful, but they often didn’t seem genuine. Some staff seemed reluctant and not truly welcoming or happy to assist. In contrast, the only people who felt consistently happy to see me amd my family were the housekeeping staff and the guards. About the room it’s a bit small. I took a long warm shower, and after a while the water started leaking toward the bedroom corridor. However, there were also positives—despite being in Kathmandu, the tap had good water flow and the water color looked clear, not yellowish (and not as low-flow). Overall, the stay didn’t feel welcoming to me or my family. I’m not sure if this is because the system is designed not to cater well to Nepali guests, or simply because the staff attitude was “blah.” Would I stay again? It feels like 50–50. My honest advice is: if you’re not Nepali, you will love it. But if you are Nepali and want to feel genuinely welcomed, you should think carefully—because you could spend the same amount or much more less at a family-owned business and likely feel much more respected and welcomed.

Very good value for money. The location is not ideal if you want to explore Kathmandu but it's perfect if you have to catch a flight the following day. The view of the city from the rooftop is also amazing.
