Birendra at the front desk was very welcoming and upgraded me to a king room for free. There's food available on the 7th floor, and the room itself was spacious with plenty of hot water – great value for money. The duvet might be a bit old, but it was clean.

I stayed here for one day. Sir bireuda was in charge of me and the service was excellent. Also, I had dinner here and foods there were very delicious, so I highly recommend this hotel.

The best thing is staffs are so nice ! Very helpful, kind and great service. Especially Bireudrer helps me a lot . But the room was not that clean properly, had dust , bed sheet and pillow looks a bit unhygienic. total still good in over all .

Nice hotel in the city center with all the conditions I need. There is a good restaurant on the top, and the coffee shop on the ground floor. The service was perfect, the men from reception, his name is Birendra, allowed me to leave my belongings while I was on track, and helped me with all the questions I had.

There was no air conditioning and it was cold. I wouldn't recommend staying here in winter.
