The room amenities were a pleasant surprise! The smart air conditioner was very responsive, adjusting the temperature from hot to cold with just one touch. Paired with the Xiaodu voice assistant, I could turn on the lights, open the curtains, and play music simply by speaking, without having to get out of bed the whole time. This really enhanced my stay to the fullest. I'll definitely choose this place again for my next trip! The room view was also amazing, a great start to my Qinghai-Gansu Loop journey. So refreshing! 👍🏻

I stayed twice in between my Qinghai trip. It is a new facility and very clean and modern. Everything works perfectly. Had one of my best stays here. The room does not have any smoke smell (unlike many properties I stayed in). Staff is very willing to assist and the coffee is a warm welcome. They are generous with their water too. Only improvement is the lift which has yet to undergo any renovation. Oh yes, the dryer and washer makes it convenient to travel with light luggage.

The front desk staff were warm, attentive, and very efficient. The location was also convenient, making it easy to get around and find places to eat. Overall, it offered excellent value for money, and I'd definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit. The service was excellent, the facilities were well-equipped, and it's close to the business district, which made getting around really convenient.

The Radisson Blu in Xining offers thoughtful and attentive service. The rooms are clean and feature smart home systems throughout, with soft bedding and great views from the floor-to-ceiling windows. The breakfast is authentic and delicious, making it my top choice when visiting Xining. The front desk staff are warm and efficient, handling check-in quickly. They patiently explained about the oxygen supply and breakfast arrangements, responded promptly to requests, and were gentle and considerate. The front desk was also efficient with check-in and check-out, proactively informing us about hotel amenities. Their professional service made my business trip very hassle-free.

The hotel is located in the city center. Although there are parking spaces, there are fewer parking spaces. Parking is a bit troublesome. Fortunately, the store manager is very enthusiastic, the command service is very thoughtful, and the car is stopped smoothly. Room hygiene is not bad. But this hotel has three flaws. One is that there is no hand-held shower, and there is no way to do local cleaning. The second is that there is a step between the room and the aisle, and it is easy to trip up at night. The third is that the hot water is not good. The water in the two wash basins is not hot. Finally, the warm water comes, which is not hot water. In addition, the breakfast variety is not delicious, I want a bowl of noodles, the small bowl is very mini, put a little egg crush, two fingernail-sized tomatoes, no taste, very difficult to eat. Soy milk tastes wrong, a little about to feel. Also, when checking in, she said that the room I booked was on the 6th floor, and there was KTV on the 34th floor. It would be noisy. Let me add money to upgrade to the 10th floor. I said no, I slept late, she said that KTV only started at zero, and was forced to add 15 yuan, very speechless. I regretted living in. These problems were the first time I encountered them in Xinjiang for more than 30 days.

We stayed in this hotel for 4 nights. The hotel is just opposite Xining Train Station and is quite convenient for transportation. The hotel room was clean but having cigarette smell even though I requested for non smoking room. The safe in the room was not working and the bathroom drainage was blockage. Most of the hotel staff here are not friendly and helpful. I would stay in other hotel if I visit to Xining again.

Overall, everything was excellent. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Xining.

During my trip around Qinghai Lake, I stayed at the Kaiyuan Hotel in Xining, and it was a fantastic experience. The hotel is very close to Xining Station, within walking distance, which is super convenient for catching high-speed trains. The front desk staff were very dedicated and proactive in helping with any issues. The hotel breakfast was plentiful, and the restaurant was spacious. They also have an underground parking garage, which is great for those traveling by car. The rooms were clean and tidy, and the bedding was very comfortable. The hotel's surroundings have a well-developed commercial area, making shopping and strolling very convenient. It's close to Xining's shopping streets and night markets. Highly recommended!

Enjoying such a delicious, hot breakfast in the morning truly brightens your day. The location is also superb, just a few minutes' walk from the high-speed rail station, making it incredibly convenient for visiting attractions and night markets. At check-out, the front desk staff thoughtfully inquired about my stay and any potential areas for improvement. This level of attention to detail and commitment to feedback truly won me over. All in all, this was an extremely satisfying stay, and I will definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit!

This hotel is at the good location . There are bus stop which be very near with this hotel . The bedroom is very clean and very high quality ( 4 stars hotel , AAAA for me ) But the price is not expensive, I recommend everyone to stay here . Thank you for hotel staff . Everyone of hotel staff are helpful , polite and professional staff . I may come back to stay here again in the future if I have opportunities. Because I am very convenient and comfortable , so I am very happy to stay in this high quality hotel .
