What we liked: - We received a friendly welcome from the hotel staff. - The Family Room was spacious and comfortably accommodated three adults, or would be suitable for two adults and two children. - The AI-controlled lights, curtains, and TV added a modern and convenient touch to the room. - We made use of the gym and self-service laundry facilities, which were convenient and well maintained. - Although the hotel is not located in as lively an area as Wanda, it was about a 1 km leisurely walk to the shopping district. We also managed to enjoy a late-night hotpot dinner at a nearby restaurant. - The hotel is located in a quieter area, so guests looking for more shopping and dining options within walking distance may prefer staying closer to Wanda. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel for comfortable stay.

The independent air conditioning, not central, was great. The inward-opening window with a screen was perfect for keeping out bugs. The automatic toilet didn't splash, which was also a plus. However, the duvet was way too thick! Considering it's summer, the duvet thickness should be adjusted for different seasons; a summer comforter would be much better. Otherwise, I literally woke up sweating in the middle of the night!

I booked this hotel last minute for a sudden business trip. On the way, I accidentally lost my charger, and I urgently needed to work that evening. I contacted the front desk just to try my luck. The staff quickly brought charging equipment and thoughtfully reminded me to call if I needed anything else. The room was meticulously cleaned, even the corners were spotless, and the bed was soft and quiet. I worked late into the night, and there was hardly any noise in the hallway, so I slept very soundly. The location is convenient for getting around, and the overall atmosphere is warm. A small, unexpected hiccup actually made this stay particularly memorable. I'll definitely choose this place again next time because this hotel is just so heartwarming, and the service is incredibly attentive. Aside from the view outside the window, just this detailed and thoughtful service alone left a great impression. It's excellent value for money and well worth staying.

The hotel is located in the city center. Although there are parking spaces, there are fewer parking spaces. Parking is a bit troublesome. Fortunately, the store manager is very enthusiastic, the command service is very thoughtful, and the car is stopped smoothly. Room hygiene is not bad. But this hotel has three flaws. One is that there is no hand-held shower, and there is no way to do local cleaning. The second is that there is a step between the room and the aisle, and it is easy to trip up at night. The third is that the hot water is not good. The water in the two wash basins is not hot. Finally, the warm water comes, which is not hot water. In addition, the breakfast variety is not delicious, I want a bowl of noodles, the small bowl is very mini, put a little egg crush, two fingernail-sized tomatoes, no taste, very difficult to eat. Soy milk tastes wrong, a little about to feel. Also, when checking in, she said that the room I booked was on the 6th floor, and there was KTV on the 34th floor. It would be noisy. Let me add money to upgrade to the 10th floor. I said no, I slept late, she said that KTV only started at zero, and was forced to add 15 yuan, very speechless. I regretted living in. These problems were the first time I encountered them in Xinjiang for more than 30 days.

We stayed in this hotel for 4 nights. The hotel is just opposite Xining Train Station and is quite convenient for transportation. The hotel room was clean but having cigarette smell even though I requested for non smoking room. The safe in the room was not working and the bathroom drainage was blockage. Most of the hotel staff here are not friendly and helpful. I would stay in other hotel if I visit to Xining again.

The room has all the basic amenities, and the bedding is reasonably comfortable. Hot water and Wi-Fi are stable, fulfilling basic rest needs. Hygiene is up to par; there are no noticeable odors or stains in public areas or the guest room, and daily cleaning is well-maintained. The price is very reasonable, offering good value for money compared to other places in the same area and category. It's ideal for short stays or business trips.

I am a little disappointed. Advertising said English speaking staff. One lady spoke some English but mainly used translator - which is fine - but communication was very difficult. I experienced the following issues: The room was extremely hot and it seems it’s centrally controlled. When I said it was too hot they didn’t adjust it but gave me a humidifier which didn’t help with temperature. When I was checking out I asked to help to call the taxi - their initial response was to walk - 15min. I have 3 heavy bags and am also feeling sick so I didn’t want to walk. I asked again later - they just said hi to the bus stop and get a taxi. I was surprised that they couldn’t be bothered to down with me and get one for me - knowing that I can’t speak Chinese - it’s few minutes of their time. They were standing around not doing anything anyway. So very disappointed overall. One positive is that they packed me a small takeaway breakfast for fist morning when I had to leave early. Please try to help your guests - small gestures of care makes a big difference!

The receptionist was friendly and smiling, taking the initiative to introduce the hotel's facilities and local conveniences, which instantly made me feel welcome and settled. We booked a cinema room, and its cleanliness and tidiness were a pleasant surprise. The bedding was so soft and comfortable, lying down felt like sinking into clouds, ensuring a wonderfully deep sleep all night long. The bathroom featured excellent wet/dry separation, the hot water supply was plentiful and consistent, and the complimentary toiletries were of good quality – no need to bring your own! The hotel breakfast offered a wide variety of fresh and delicious options. The freshly cooked dishes, in particular, were incredibly tasty and cooked to perfection. Enjoying such a delicious, hot breakfast in the morning truly brightens your day. The location is also superb, just a few minutes' walk from the high-speed rail station, making it incredibly convenient for visiting attractions and night markets. At check-out, the front desk staff thoughtfully inquired about my stay and any potential areas for improvement. This level of attention to detail and commitment to feedback truly won me over. All in all, this was an extremely satisfying stay, and I will definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit!

The hotel room and its bathroom are very large spacious and they would meet four star hotel standard if they were kept clean and well maintained. But the carpet throughout the hotel needs to be changed and only one (and two later) out of four elevators was (were) working that caused big problems when all room were occupied. Guest reported the problem to the local police and a second elevator started to work one day later. Overall a great asset but very poor managed.
