"I booked a room with a city view. I passed by other rooms and saw a lot of vacancies. Because the doors were all open, the front desk gave me a room that basically blocked the city view. It was all covered with iron bars. When I opened the door, a black man walked in. Question mark face. I rarely commented back. I didn’t have a good impression of this hotel. The corridor lights suddenly flashed in the middle of the night after falling asleep. The video was proof. From 12 am to 1:30, I called the front desk 2 times to repair. I woke up and found it difficult to fall asleep. It affected the itinerary of the next day. The hotel did not care about it the next day. Instead, I took the initiative to go to the front desk to ask the waitress. Because of the hotel, the guests did not rest well. How did they deal with it? The waiter said that they could delay the check-out by 2 hours. I proposed that it take 4 hours. Not only did I not rest well, but also affected the itinerary, and I didn't ask for a room change at the time. I hope I can understand each other. The customer service said that I would apply with my superior and asked me to wait for the notification. Later, I was notified by phone that I could delay it for 4 hours, but there was never an apology.
Facilities: Hotel does not have shower cap
Environment: There is always a sound from the floor-to-ceiling windows. The maintenance staff said that it is hot and cold, and there is no sense of security.

First of all, the room was clean, the environment was warm, and the facilities were up to date.
Most importantly, I want to thank the front desk lady [Liu Xingyu] at the All Seasons Hotel. I forgot to pack my clothes on a business trip, and it was hot in Fuzhou. Time was tight for me getting to the hotel, and I had a client meeting that afternoon. I told her about my situation, and she went out of her way to help me wash and dry my clothes, leaving them smelling great. My meeting with the client that afternoon went very smoothly. All Seasons deserves my praise for their attention to detail and their personal touch. Thank you again to All Seasons, and to Liu Xingyu. From now on, I'll only stay at All Seasons.

This bird's-eye view is really amazing, especially at night, it feels like being on the Oriental Pearl Tower on the Bund in Shanghai. With this view and this price, I feel like I got it. There are all kinds of milk tea shops, hot pot restaurants, convenience stores, and Internet cafes in the entire commercial street downstairs, and the transportation is convenient, not far from the subway entrance. I added the boss on WeChat and will come to this restaurant next time.

The hallway is also completely uninsulated. I especially want to complain about breakfast.
