SSteve177This hotel is about my first choice whenever I need to book a hotel in Fuzhou. This is third time and the experience is just as before, excellent. I will surely come back the fourth time. Friendly front desk, perfect location and clean. The breakfast is also ideal with both western and chinese style cuisine. The hotel is sure a value for the money. Highly recommended.

When you are fine at night, you can go to the commercial street of the university town and feel the youthful atmosphere of the campus. There is a shared bicycle at the entrance of the hotel, which is very convenient to travel. There is a TV in the room, you can watch it when you are bored at night. And the sanitary condition of the hotel is very reassuring! Every corner of the room was cleaned very cleanly. The sheets and quilts are changed for each guest, and they are clean and have no smell. The toilet and sink in the bathroom are very bright, making people use it very comfortable

GGuest UserI rarely commented back. I didn’t have a good impression of this hotel. The corridor lights suddenly flashed in the middle of the night after falling asleep. The video was proof. From 12 am to 1:30, I called the front desk 2 times to repair. I woke up and found it difficult to fall asleep. It affected the itinerary of the next day. The hotel did not care about it the next day. Instead, I took the initiative to go to the front desk to ask the waitress. Because of the hotel, the guests did not rest well. How did they deal with it? The waiter said that they could delay the check-out by 2 hours. I proposed that it take 4 hours. Not only did I not rest well, but also affected the itinerary, and I didn't ask for a room change at the time. I hope I can understand each other. The customer service said that I would apply with my superior and asked me to wait for the notification. Later, I was notified by phone that I could delay it for 4 hours, but there was never an apology.
Facilities: Hotel does not have shower cap
Environment: There is always a sound from the floor-to-ceiling windows. The maintenance staff said that it is hot and cold, and there is no sense of security.

SsikidayouThe room looks exactly like the official pictures, and the hotel service is decent. The only downside is the disposable slippers – their quality is pretty poor 😓, they really only last a day. During the Chinese New Year period, the park had a full schedule of activities every day, but the evening water show required an extra ticket. For families with kids, they might want to consider a few things: perhaps slightly larger rooms, and a ticket package for 2 adults and 1 child (or 2 children). I saw several families having to pay extra for their children's tickets during check-in, which was a bit annoying. Staying at a hotel inside the scenic area is really convenient, especially in the mornings when it's much quieter before the outside visitors arrive.

SSumu_SHOur room was very spacious and comfortable. We loved having the private hot spring right in our room, which meant we didn't have to share with anyone and could soak at our leisure. The room also came with complimentary outdoor hot spring tickets for 2 adults and 1 child. We were fortunate to visit when it wasn't crowded at all. The only minor inconvenience was that I forgot my swimsuit and had to purchase one there.

The room is equipped with disposable towels, cups, toilet seats, etc. The housekeeper is also very responsible and will reply to any questions immediately. GGuest UserComing to Fuzhou for exams, the hotel is very nice! There is a table in the room for review, there is plenty of hot water for bathing, the mattress and pillows are comfortable, and the pillows are of the right height. Electric double curtains, double pine wardrobes at entrance. A fruit plate was also given. The room is well ventilated, with double windows. The overall feeling is very good.
The service was also very good. The admission ticket was not printed the night before, but the front desk helped print it. It's also very convenient to order food, drinks and stationery from Pu Pu. The two days of review were very peaceful.
