"This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. The breakfast felt like they were forcing it upon me against my will; there weren't even basic items like fruit or yogurt. The worst part is that they charged my booking card multiple times before I even arrived, and then made several more charges on-site, completely ruining my account. They responded very slowly to my requests for corrections, and the incorrect charges have still not been canceled after a week. The hotel facilities are also old and poor. Please stay somewhere else."

"We stayed here for one night before flying out from Mesa Gateway Airport, Location was good, Hotel was very nice. Our flight was leaving early in the morning, so I wanted a hotel close to the airport. A little more than what I wanted to spend but it ended up being a good place to stay before leaving early in the morning. It worked out perfect."

"Hotel facilities are very old. I lived in a room on the first floor and felt that the sound insulation was very poor, and the footsteps upstairs were very clear. The sound of walking outside the door was also very clear, and I always felt that someone outside would break in at any time! So it was a scared night. Morning is even more rudimentary, because there are no eggs, no meatloaf, no fresh fruit."

"We spent 7 days here in the middle of April. Hotel is in a good location as you have easy access to highway 60 and 101. Rooms were a good size and clean and we had everything we needed. It was nice to have a full size fridge and Microwave. There was also a hot plate and a dishwasher. Beds and couch were comfortable. Two tv's - main room and bedroom. Pool is nice with towels available. Breakfast was good although repetitive. Staff were super friendly and helpful. I would absolutely stay here again."

"Paid $300 for a single night, breakfast was out of food an hour before closing, 24hr “gourmet” coffee/espresso machine was out of coffee at 9:45 on a Sunday morning. Place could be great if the employees gave a hoot."
