Sheraton Mesa Hotel at Wrigleyville West

Was a great time and stay there staff worked with me on extending during my stay

Did not like that there will be a charge for parking also rooms are outdated and carpets dirty. First day we got there the toilet was clogged

Overall it was very nice. Missed breakfast because the bed was awesome!! I booked two more nights…….

The breakfast restaurant was never open for breakfast or dinner. The coffee bar was not open over the weekend. Room was a bit over priced compared to other similar properties. Regarding staff, from check in to adding an additional night to my stay the staff was awesome.

I was scammed. The bar staff charged me for meals and drinks that were paid for in cash. I have tried contacting them for 4 days now and the manager does not answer the telephone nor will she return my voicemails. I am beyond frustrated.

Super staff, the Sheraton Mesa at Wrigleyville West has just gotten better and better since the pandemic. Everything is open and clean.

Staff were absolutely amazing. On site restaurant situation was a bit of a confusing muddle, but again, staff were all very accommodating & helpful. Very close to off site dining (walkable). Great park on property.

Stayed 3 nights. They never once cleaned our rooms. They had a newly implemented required valet parking situation. It was a disaster. There was an app that worked poorly and we often waited 20 minutes for our car that we could see but they had our keys! We have stayed there every spring since 2017 but we are done. They added a new rooftop bar without bar service and it was closed on a Saturday night. Something is horribly wrong with this hotel now.

Clean hotel and friendly staff. Room needs some attention to small details- burned out lightbulb in entry, barn door to bathroom off track, shower/tub diverter not working, microwave glass tray doesn't fit properly, no luggage rack.
